Description

通常同步驱动皮带的齿设置在垂直于皮带的中间圆周面上,如本申请人的在先美国专利第3924481号和4108011号中所述的皮带。在这些皮带中,整个齿同时与对应皮带轮上的凹槽相啮合,其方式类似于齿条与齿轮装置。这样的啮合造成皮带与皮带轮之间的一些冲撞,并使空气突然地从皮带轮凹槽中排出,由此产生噪音。对同步驱动皮带产生的噪音的频谱分析中通常显示出其主频率是齿的啮合频率,以及该频率的谐频。

附图说明一条同步驱动皮带10,它由弹性合成橡胶制成并以纵向的抗拉件11予以加强,该抗拉件沿着节线12设置,一般是用多根高弹性模数的绳索制成。这些绳索可以由玻璃纤维,碳纤维、钢、聚乙烯、高强度人造丝或最好是聚芳酰胺制成。如果需要,齿表面22可以用一层耐磨织物29加强,例如,用尼龙加强。合成橡胶可以是那些熟悉的适用于这种皮带的任何一种,例如,聚氯丁二烯,聚氨基甲酸乙酯,NBR,IIR,IR,SBR,CSM,EPDM,以及其它的热固性材料,热塑弹性体和其它聚合物混合体。
皮带10具有至少两排横向相邻的齿13,它们的中心线为13a和13b。齿13以它们的节距P在纵向上均匀地间隔开排列并斜向于纵向延伸,从而使横向相邻排列的齿13以相反对称的角度17设置,其中心线13a和13b相互错开一段距离21,该距离为节距P的10%至90%。更好的错开范围是节距的40%至60%。而最好的错开距离是节距的50%。倾斜角度17的范围可以从15°至45°。
每个齿13具有前、后侧表面15,15,这些侧表面呈一段弧形,弧的半径其中心位于节线12和两个相邻齿之间中线的交叉点上。当然,可以意识到,半径R的中心也可以位于不同的点上,例如,象前述的现有专利中所述的那样。半径R的长度一般约为节距P的70%至90%。齿的宽度W由半径R的长度和其中心点所决定。皮带齿的高度14约为节距P的30%至55%。为了在皮带侧面15和两齿之间的表面所形成的齿底面之间提供平滑的传动,提供一个皮带齿根半径18。皮带齿顶转接半径20在皮带侧面15和皮带齿顶22之间提供平滑的传动。虽然并不是必需,但是皮带的相邻两排齿13都隔开一段间隙23以减少从皮轮凹槽26中摩擦脱出也是有用的。
图中所示的皮带轮24具有一系列互补齿25,各齿以节距P均匀地相间隔开。齿25之间的空间形成凹槽26,该凹槽具有一个槽底27。凹槽26的前和后侧表面为一段弧形成,其半径为R′,R′等于或者大于皮带齿侧面半径R。凹槽深度34可以是皮带齿深度14的85%至105%。半径R′的中心位于皮带轮齿径向中心线30和节圆28的交点,节圆28是超出皮带轮齿外半径一段节线差16的假想线,该节线差16相当于皮带齿之间的齿底面与节线12之间的距离。
槽底27可以是平的,也可以是圆弧,该圆的半径32位于槽底27的下面。从凹槽侧面至皮带轮齿顶再至槽底的平滑传动分别由皮带轮齿顶转接半径36和皮带轮槽底转接半径38提供。
该皮带轮可以用金属、热塑或热固材料制成。本发明中的皮带也可以选择性地用横向加强件19提供额外的横向刚度。

Claims (4)

1、一种同步驱动皮带,它用弹性合成橡胶制成,以一条或多条一起延伸的加强件予以加强,借此形成一条节线,所述皮带上带有至少两排横向相邻具有中心线的齿,这些齿的在纵向上以它们的节距P均匀相间隔排列并斜向于纵向延伸,从而使横向相邻排列的齿以相反对称的角度设置,所述相邻齿的中心线相互错开一段距离,该距离为节距P的10%至90%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的皮带,其特征在于所述的倾斜角度范围为15°至45°。

4、根据权利要求3所述的皮带,其特征在于所述的错位为节距P的50%。
