本发明公开了一种竹塑发泡层配方,质量份组成为:聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂100份、竹粉35份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)10份、钙锌复合稳定剂7份、聚酯增塑剂10份、硼酸酯偶联剂1.6份、AC发泡剂1.4份、碳酸氢钠1份、发泡调节剂4份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.5份、聚乙烯蜡1份。本发明能实现毛竹的规模化利用。

本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种竹塑发泡层配方。
背景技术
PVC复合板材设有发泡层,如何在发泡层中将大量毛竹得到充分利用,是节约型社会的一个课题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能实现毛竹的规模化利用的竹塑发泡层配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
竹塑发泡层配方,质量份组成为:聚氯乙烯(PVC) 树脂100份、竹粉35份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)10份、钙锌复合稳定剂7份、聚酯增塑剂10份、硼酸酯偶联剂1.6份、AC 发泡剂1.4份、碳酸氢钠1份、发泡调节剂4份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.5份、聚乙烯蜡1份。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、将PVC、毛竹复合制成,能实现毛竹规模化利用。
2、添加纳米活性碳酸钙,提高本发明的综合性能。
