本发明公开了一种耐磨型木塑复合板材配方,包括木塑发泡层、花纹层、UV涂层,其中木塑发泡层配方质量份组成为:聚氯乙烯(PVC) 树脂100份、木粉20份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)9份、SiC纳米粉末5份、钙锌复合稳定剂4份、聚酯增塑剂12份、乙二醇/偶联剂1份、AC发泡剂1.2份、碳酸氢钠0.7份、发泡调节剂8份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.6份、聚乙烯蜡0.7份;进一步改进在于:采用乙二醇/偶联剂对木粉进行表面处理。本发明耐磨,不易变形、开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种木塑复合板材配方。
背景技术
木塑复合板材具有较好的强度、硬度和韧性,但耐磨性能较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高耐磨性的耐磨型木塑复合板材配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐磨型木塑复合板材配方,包括木塑发泡层、花纹层、UV涂层,其改进之处在于:其中木塑发泡层配方质量份组成为:聚氯乙烯(PVC) 树脂100份、木粉20份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)9份、SiC纳米粉末5份、钙锌复合稳定剂4份、聚酯增塑剂12份、乙二醇/偶联剂1份、AC发泡剂1.2份、碳酸氢钠0.7份、发泡调节剂8份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.6份、聚乙烯蜡0.7份。
进一步改进在于:采用乙二醇/偶联剂对木粉进行表面处理。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入SiC纳米粉末,大大增强了本发明的耐磨性和强度,地板不易变形、开裂。
2、采用乙二醇/偶联剂对木粉进行表面处理,改善了木粉与PVC基材间的相容性,在增加木粉填充量的同时,显著降低了复合板材的吸水率。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
耐磨型木塑复合板材配方,包括木塑发泡层、花纹层、UV涂层,其中木塑发泡层配方质量份组成为:聚氯乙烯(PVC) 树脂100份、木粉20份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)9份、SiC纳米粉末5份、钙锌复合稳定剂4份、聚酯增塑剂12份、乙二醇/偶联剂1份、AC发泡剂1.2份、碳酸氢钠0.7份、发泡调节剂8份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.6份、聚乙烯蜡0.7份。
本实施例中,采用乙二醇/偶联剂对木粉进行表面处理。

1.一种耐磨型木塑复合板材配方,包括木塑发泡层、花纹层、UV涂层,其特征在于:其中木塑发泡层配方质量份组成为:聚氯乙烯(PVC) 树脂100份、木粉20份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)9份、SiC纳米粉末5份、钙锌复合稳定剂4份、聚酯增塑剂12份、乙二醇/偶联剂1份、AC发泡剂1.2份、碳酸氢钠0.7份、发泡调节剂8份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.6份、聚乙烯蜡0.7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型木塑复合板材配方,其特征在于:采用乙二醇/偶联剂对木粉进行表面处理。
