技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种木塑复合板材配方。
背景技术
PVC板材具有无甲醇、防腐蚀、重量轻、隔音、隔热等特点被广泛使用,木材资源越来越少,而且大量木材边角料未得到充分利用,将PVC、木材复合制成复合材料,能实现木材边角料的规模化利用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能实现木材边角料的规模化利用的木塑复合板材配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
木塑复合板材配方,包括木塑发泡层、花纹层、UV涂层,其改进之处在于:其中木塑发泡层配方质量份组成为:聚氯乙烯(PVC) 树脂100份、木粉25份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)8份、纳米活性碳酸钙6份、钙锌复合稳定剂5份、聚酯增塑剂10份、硼酸酯偶联剂1.2份、AC发泡剂1.5份、碳酸氢钠0.5份、发泡调节剂4份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.5份、聚乙烯蜡0.6份。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、将PVC、木材复合制成复合材料,能实现木材边角料的规模化利用。
2、添加纳米活性碳酸钙,提高本发明的综合性能,而且减少制造成本。
