本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PVC复合板材配方。
背景技术
PVC板材具有防腐蚀、重量轻等特点被广泛使用,如何更环保是目前重要的研究课题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种环保性能较好的含有竹炭的复合板材配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
含有竹炭的复合板材配方,包括木塑发泡层、花纹层、UV涂层,其改进之处在于:其质量份组成为:聚氯乙烯(PVC) 树脂100份、竹炭25份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)10份、纳米活性碳酸钙7份、钙锌复合稳定剂6份、聚酯增塑剂11份、硼酸酯偶联剂1.5份、AC发泡剂1.2份、碳酸氢钠0.6份、发泡调节剂3份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.6份、聚乙烯蜡0.5份。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加竹炭,显著改善环保性能。
