Abstract
本发明公开了一种高耐热塑木复合板材,包括耐热层、隔热层及表面装饰层,所述耐热层、隔热层及表面装饰层从里到外一次粘接而成,所述耐热层由以下各原料制成:聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯、木粉、稀土稳定剂、硅烷偶联剂、复合热稳定剂、白云母、纳米硫酸钡、凹凸棒土及抗氧化剂。通过上述方式,本发明一种高耐热塑木复合板材,对复合板材的拉伸强度及弯曲轻度有了较大的盖改善,而其耐热性比普通的复合板材提高了2~3倍,可以用于高强度、高耐热性的使用场所。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合板材,特别是涉及一种高耐热塑木复合板材。
背景技术
塑木复合板材在人们的日常生活中随处可见,门窗、桌椅、地板、围栏、脸盘等等,它应用广泛,在各行各业中发挥着重要的作用。
在建筑应用中,对于塑木复合板材在耐热方面有着极为重要的要求,尤其是对于防火性能中高温防护要求更为严格,一般的塑木复合板材难以满足耐热及耐高温要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供种一种高耐热塑木复合板材,对复合板材的拉伸强度及弯曲轻度有了较大的盖改善,而其耐热性比普通的复合板材提高了2~3倍,可以用于高强度、高耐热性的使用场所。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高耐热塑木复合板材,包括耐热层、隔热层及表面装饰层,所述耐热层、隔热层及表面装饰层从里到外一次粘接而成,所述耐热层由以下各原料制成:聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯、木粉、稀土稳定剂、硅烷偶联剂、复合热稳定剂、白云母、纳米硫酸钡、凹凸棒土及抗氧化剂,所述各原料在耐热层中的重量份比例为:45~55、氯化聚氯乙烯25~35、木粉5~10、稀土稳定剂2.5~5、硅烷偶联剂4~8、复合热稳定剂5~7、白云母3~6、纳米硫酸钡4~8、凹凸棒土3~6、抗氧化剂5~7.5。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述各原料在耐热层中的重量份比例为:50~55、氯化聚氯乙烯30~35、木粉8~10、稀土稳定剂3.5~5、硅烷偶联剂6~7、复合热稳定剂5~6、白云母4~6、纳米硫酸钡4~5、凹凸棒土3~5、抗氧化剂5~6.5。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述隔热层为带空心内腔厚度的板层,所述空心内腔厚度为10~15mm。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述耐热层的厚度为5~15mm。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述表面装饰层表面带有立体花纹
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种高耐热塑木复合板材,对复合板材的拉伸强度及弯曲轻度有了较大的盖改善,而其耐热性比普通的复合板材提高了2~3倍,可以用于高强度、高耐热性的使用场所。

一种高耐热塑木复合板材,包括耐热层1、隔热层2及表面装饰层3,所述耐热层1、隔热层2及表面装饰层3从里到外一次粘接而成,所述耐热层1由以下各原料制成:聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯、木粉、稀土稳定剂、硅烷偶联剂、复合热稳定剂、白云母、纳米硫酸钡、凹凸棒土及抗氧化剂,所述各原料在耐热层中的重量份比例为:45~55、氯化聚氯乙烯25~35、木粉5~10、稀土稳定剂2.5~5、硅烷偶联剂4~8、复合热稳定剂5~7、白云母3~6、纳米硫酸钡4~8、凹凸棒土3~6、抗氧化剂5~7.5。
进一步,所述各原料在耐热层1中的重量份比例为:50~55、氯化聚氯乙烯30~35、木粉8~10、稀土稳定剂3.5~5、硅烷偶联剂6~7、复合热稳定剂5~6、白云母4~6、纳米硫酸钡4~5、凹凸棒土3~5、抗氧化剂5~6.5。
进一步,所述隔热层2为带空心内腔2-1厚度的板层,所述空心内腔2-1厚度为10~15mm,空心内腔2-1可对高温进行有效隔热及延缓其板材表面升温,具有一定的耐热性。
进一步,所述耐热层1的厚度为5~15mm。
进一步,所述表面装饰层3表面带有立体花纹,具有装饰效果。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种高耐热塑木复合板材,对复合板材的拉伸强度及弯曲轻度有了较大的盖改善,而其耐热性比普通的复合板材提高了2~3倍,可以用于高强度、高耐热性的使用场所。

1.一种高耐热塑木复合板材,其特征在于,包括耐热层、隔热层及表面装饰层,所述耐热层、隔热层及表面装饰层从里到外一次粘接而成,所述耐热层由以下各原料制成:聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯、木粉、稀土稳定剂、硅烷偶联剂、复合热稳定剂、白云母、纳米硫酸钡、凹凸棒土及抗氧化剂,所述各原料在耐热层中的重量份比例为:45~55、氯化聚氯乙烯25~35、木粉5~10、稀土稳定剂2.5~5、硅烷偶联剂4~8、复合热稳定剂5~7、白云母3~6、纳米硫酸钡4~8、凹凸棒土3~6、抗氧化剂5~7.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐热塑木复合板材,其特征在于,所述各原料在耐热层中的重量份比例为:50~55、氯化聚氯乙烯30~35、木粉8~10、稀土稳定剂3.5~5、硅烷偶联剂6~7、复合热稳定剂5~6、白云母4~6、纳米硫酸钡4~5、凹凸棒土3~5、抗氧化剂5~6.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高耐热塑木复合板材,其特征在于,所述隔热层为带空心内腔厚度的板层,所述空心内腔厚度为10~15mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高耐热塑木复合板材,其特征在于,所述耐热层的厚度为5~15mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高耐热塑木复合板材,其特征在于,所述表面装饰层表面带有立体花纹。
