针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种防霉涂层材料,具有良好的耐候效果和防霉性能,回弹力强,杀菌性能得到很大的提高,能长期使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是,一种防霉涂层材料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸乙酯15-25份,蛇纹石粉1-3份,丙烯酸黏合剂12-20份,聚酯树脂6-17份,聚氯化铝0.4-0.8份,纳米钛白粉25-36份,降粘剂4-6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂15-26份,碳酸钙14-26份,天然胶乳8-14份,甘酪素2-4份,氧化锌13-20份,氟硅酸钾5-10份,三硫代碳酸酯3-6份,环氧硬脂酸辛酯4-8份。
优化的,一种防霉涂层材料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸乙酯20份,蛇纹石粉2份,丙烯酸黏合剂16份,聚酯树脂11份,聚氯化铝0.6份,纳米钛白粉30份,降粘剂5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂20份,碳酸钙20份,天然胶乳11份,甘酪素3份,氧化锌16份,氟硅酸钾7.5份,三硫代碳酸酯4.5份,环氧硬脂酸辛酯6份。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的防霉涂层材料,具有良好的耐候效果和防霉性能,回弹力强,杀菌性能得到很大的提高,能长期使用。

丙烯酸乙酯15-25份,蛇纹石粉1-3份,丙烯酸黏合剂12-20份,聚酯树脂6-17份,聚氯化铝0.4-0.8份,纳米钛白粉25-36份,降粘剂4-6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂15-26份,碳酸钙14-26份,天然胶乳8-14份,甘酪素2-4份,氧化锌13-20份,氟硅酸钾5-10份,三硫代碳酸酯3-6份,环氧硬脂酸辛酯4-8份。
