本发明涉及一种涂料,具体涉及一种纳米仿瓷涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
仿瓷涂料是众多功能涂料的一种,常用于建筑工程外墙或内墙上,质地坚硬。但是其耐冷热、耐盐雾、耐水性和人生老化性较差。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种纳米仿瓷涂料。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种纳米仿瓷涂料,其制备原料按重量百分比由以下成分组成:纳米钛白粉35~39份,纳米氧化钙粉33~48份,丙烯酸黏合剂25~35份,柠檬酸5~8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯9~12份,纳米硅酸铝粉1~2份,木质素2~5份,乙二胺0.1~0.2份,聚氯化铝0.2~0.5份,消泡剂0.2~0.4份,水50~80份。
进一步地,其制备原料按重量百分比由以下成分组成:纳米钛白粉35~37份,纳米氧化钙粉33~38份,丙烯酸黏合剂25~30份,柠檬酸5~6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯9~11份,纳米硅酸铝粉1~2份,木质素2~5份,乙二胺0.1~0.2份,聚氯化铝0.2~0.5份,消泡剂0.2~0.4份,水50~70份。

一种纳米仿瓷涂料,其制备原料按重量百分比由以下成分组成:纳米钛白粉39份,纳米氧化钙粉33份,丙烯酸黏合剂25份,柠檬酸5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯9份,纳米硅酸铝粉1份,木质素2份,乙二胺0.1份,聚氯化铝0.2份,消泡剂0.2份,水50份。
上述的纳米仿瓷涂料的制备方法,其制备过程包括以下步骤:按重量份计称取相应原料组分;将上述混合料一次性投放至反应釜中,启动搅拌器,在68~78℃下搅匀3h~5h出料即可。
实施例2:
一种纳米仿瓷涂料,其制备原料按重量百分比由以下成分组成:纳米钛白粉35份,纳米氧化钙粉48份,丙烯酸黏合剂35份,柠檬酸8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12份,纳米硅酸铝粉2份,木质素5份,乙二胺0.2份,聚氯化铝0.5份,消泡剂0.4份,水80份。
上述的纳米仿瓷涂料的制备方法,其制备过程包括以下步骤:按重量份计称取相应原料组分;将上述混合料一次性投放至反应釜中,启动搅拌器,在68~78℃下搅匀3h~5h出料即可。
实施例3:
一种纳米仿瓷涂料,其制备原料按重量百分比由以下成分组成:纳米钛白粉37份,纳米氧化钙粉38份,丙烯酸黏合剂30份,柠檬酸6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯11份,纳米硅酸铝粉2份,木质素4份,乙二胺0.1份,聚氯化铝0.3份,消泡剂0.4份,水55份。
上述的纳米仿瓷涂料的制备方法,其制备过程包括以下步骤:按重量份计称取相应原料组分;将上述混合料一次性投放至反应釜中,启动搅拌器,在68~78℃下搅匀3h~5h出料即可。
实施例4:
一种纳米仿瓷涂料,其制备原料按重量百分比由以下成分组成:纳米钛白粉36份,纳米氧化钙粉36份,丙烯酸黏合剂27份,柠檬酸6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯11份,纳米硅酸铝粉2份,木质素3份,乙二胺0.15份,聚氯化铝0.3份,消泡剂0.2~0.4份,水60份。
上述的纳米仿瓷涂料的制备方法,其制备过程包括以下步骤:按重量份计称取相应原料组分;将上述混合料一次性投放至反应釜中,启动搅拌器,在68~78℃下搅匀3h~5h出料即可。
实施例1~4所制备的产品性能见下表:
通过上表所示,本专利产品具备较好的耐冷热、耐盐雾、耐水性和人生老化性。
