本发明公开了一种PVC木塑板材，包括耐磨层、加强筋、防潮层、散热孔、保温层、PVC木塑板材层和真空腔体，PVC木塑板材层两侧外表面依次包覆有保温层、防潮层、耐磨层，加强筋在耐磨层内，散热孔在防潮层内，真空腔体在PVC木塑板材层内。该种PVC木塑板材设计合理，结构紧凑，层次感强，具有良好的耐磨、保温、防潮性能，使用寿命长。

本发明涉及建筑装饰材料技术领域，具体涉及一种PVC木塑板材。
背景技术
目前，PVC木塑板材凭借其优良性能在家具和地板装饰领域占有重要地位，随着我国经济建设脚步的加快，PVC木塑板材使用的范围也越来越广泛，在PVC木塑板材加工生产过程中，通常需要将各种主、辅料放置于高温混合仓中进行，在熔融状态下混合，然后将高温混合后的材料进行冷却作用后再经挤出机模具进行挤出。现有的PVC木塑板材在使用过程中仍然存在一定的缺陷，在防潮、保温、耐磨方面有较大的提升空间，因此，需要设计一种PVC木塑板材，以满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题，提供一种PVC木塑板材。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种PVC木塑板材，包括耐磨层、加强筋、防潮层、散热孔、保温层、PVC木塑板材层和真空腔体，所述PVC木塑板材层两侧外表面依次包覆有所述保温层、防潮层、耐磨层，所述加强筋在所述耐磨层内，所述散热孔在所述防潮层内，所述真空腔体在所述PVC木塑板材层内。
所述PVC木塑板材的散热孔为沿着防潮层长度方向分布的圆孔。
所述PVC木塑板材的真空腔体内设有隔音材料。
本发明的有益效果：该种PVC木塑板材设计合理，结构紧凑，层次感强，具有良好的耐磨、保温、防潮性能，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明采取以下技术方案来实现：该种PVC木塑板材，包括耐磨层1、加强筋2、防潮层3、散热孔4、保温层5、PVC木塑板材层6和真空腔体7，PVC木塑板材层6两侧外表面依次包覆有保温层5、防潮层3、耐磨层1，加强筋2在耐磨层1内，散热孔4在防潮层3内，真空腔体7在PVC木塑板材层6内。
作为本发明的优选方案，PVC木塑板材的散热孔4为沿着防潮层3长度方向分布的圆孔。
作为本发明的优选方案，PVC木塑板材的真空腔体7内设有隔音材料。
该种PVC木塑板材设计合理，结构紧凑，层次感强，具有良好的耐磨、保温、防潮性能，使用寿命长。

1.一种PVC木塑板材，其特征在于：包括耐磨层、加强筋、防潮层、散热孔、保温层、PVC木塑板材层和真空腔体，所述PVC木塑板材层两侧外表面依次包覆有所述保温层、防潮层、耐磨层，所述加强筋在所述耐磨层内，所述散热孔在所述防潮层内，所述真空腔体在所述PVC木塑板材层内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC木塑板材，其特征在于：所述散热孔为沿着防潮层长度方向分布的圆孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC木塑板材，其特征在于：所述真空腔体内设有隔音材料。
