本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种木竹塑发泡层配方。
背景技术
PVC复合板材设有发泡层,如何在发泡层中将大量木材边角料、毛竹得到充分利用,是节约型社会的一个课题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能实现木材边角料、毛竹的规模化利用的木竹塑发泡层配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
木竹塑发泡层配方,其改进之处在于:质量份组成为:聚氯乙烯(PVC) 树脂100份、木粉18份、竹粉27份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)12份、钙锌复合稳定剂8份、聚酯增塑剂8份、硼酸酯偶联剂0.8份、AC 发泡剂1.1份、碳酸氢钠0.8份、发泡调节剂6份、润滑脂1.5份。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、将PVC、木材边角料、毛竹复合制成,能实现木材边角料、毛竹规模化利用。
2、添加纳米活性碳酸钙,提高本发明的综合性能。
