本发明公开了一种少变形木塑发泡层配方,质量份组成为:聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂100份、木粉26份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)9份、SiC纳米粉末5份、纳米活性碳酸钙5份、钙锌复合稳定剂5份、聚酯增塑剂10份、硼酸酯偶联剂1.4份、AC发泡剂1.5份、碳酸氢钠0.7份、发泡调节剂6份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.5份、硅酮加工助剂3份。本发明耐磨性、强度高,且不易变形、开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种木塑发泡层配方。
背景技术
木塑复合板材设有木塑发泡层,木塑发泡层是通过发泡而成,容易变形,耐磨性也较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著减少变形,并能显著提高耐磨性的少变形木塑发泡层配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
少变形木塑发泡层配方,其改进之处在于:质量份组成为:聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂100份、木粉26份、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)9份、SiC纳米粉末5份、纳米活性碳酸钙5份、钙锌复合稳定剂5份、聚酯增塑剂10份、硼酸酯偶联剂1.4份、AC发泡剂1.5份、碳酸氢钠0.7份、发泡调节剂6份、硬脂酸甘油脂0.5份、硅酮加工助剂3份。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、SiC纳米粉末,大大增强了本发明耐磨性和强度,且不易变形、开裂。
2、加入硅酮加工助剂,有利于增加物料的流动性,易于冲模成形,有利于提高本发明的内在质量和表面光洁度。
