Abstract
本发明公开了一种抑菌竹塑地板的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:1)对纳米TiO2进行疏水修饰,制成UV涂层;2)按配方称重后一起加入高速混合机热混搅拌到110℃放入冷混搅拌冷却到40℃,加入挤出机结皮发泡、真空定型形成木竹塑发泡层,在该层上热转印花纹膜,在该花纹膜上热滚压形成立体花纹结构,然后对上述结构淋膜UV油、紫外线固化、切割冲裁、包装、入库;其中UV油是按配方称重后一起加入分散机超声分散、高速磁搅拌制备;挤出机温度是:160‑165℃,真空度‑0.05‑0.06MPa;冷却用的冷却水温度≤40℃。本发明备具有抑菌性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料制备方法,特别是一种木竹塑地板的制备方法。
背景技术
木竹塑地板是由PVC、竹复合而成的PVC地板,如何制备具有抑菌性能的木竹塑地板是一个重要的课题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种具有抑菌性能的抑菌竹塑地板的制备方法。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抑菌竹塑地板的制备方法,其改进之处在于:其包括以下步骤:
1)对纳米TiO2进行疏水修饰,制成UV涂层;
2)将聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂、竹粉、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、钙锌复合稳定剂、聚酯增塑剂、硼酸酯偶联剂、AC 发泡剂、碳酸氢钠、发泡调节剂、硬脂酸甘油脂、聚乙烯蜡按比例称重后一起加入高速混合机热混搅拌到110℃放入冷混搅拌冷却到40℃,加入挤出机结皮发泡、真空定型形成木竹塑发泡层,在该层上热转印花纹膜,在该花纹膜上热滚压形成立体花纹结构,然后对上述结构淋膜UV 油、紫外线固化、切割冲裁、包装、入库;其中UV 油是按配方称重后一起加入分散机超声分散、高速磁搅拌制备;挤出机温度是:160-165℃,真空度-0.05-0.06MPa ;冷却用的冷却水温度≤40℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加纳米TiO2,使本发明具备抑菌性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
抑菌竹塑地板的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)对纳米TiO2进行疏水修饰,制成UV涂层;
2)将聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂、竹粉、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、钙锌复合稳定剂、聚酯增塑剂、硼酸酯偶联剂、AC 发泡剂、碳酸氢钠、发泡调节剂、硬脂酸甘油脂、聚乙烯蜡按比例称重后一起加入高速混合机热混搅拌到110℃放入冷混搅拌冷却到40℃,加入挤出机结皮发泡、真空定型形成木竹塑发泡层,在该层上热转印花纹膜,在该花纹膜上热滚压形成立体花纹结构,然后对上述结构淋膜UV 油、紫外线固化、切割冲裁、包装、入库;其中UV 油是按配方称重后一起加入分散机超声分散、高速磁搅拌制备;挤出机温度是:160-165℃,真空度-0.05-0.06MPa ;冷却用的冷却水温度≤40℃。

1.一种抑菌竹塑地板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)对纳米TiO2进行疏水修饰,制成UV涂层;
