本发明公开了一种抑菌抗静电木竹塑地板的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:1)采用辐照交联的方法在碳纳米管的表面接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),将改性碳纳米管添加到UV涂层中,对纳米TiO2进行疏水修饰,制成UV涂层;2)按照木竹塑发泡层配方比例称重后一起加入高速混合机热混搅拌到105℃放入冷混搅拌冷却到40℃,加入挤出机结皮发泡、真空定型形成木竹塑发泡层,在该层上热转印花纹膜,在该花纹膜上热滚压形成立体花纹结构,然后对上述结构淋膜UV油、紫外线固化、切割冲裁、包装、入库;其中UV油是按配方称重后一起加入分散机超声分散、高速磁搅拌制备;挤出机温度是:160‑170℃,真空度‑0.04‑0.05MPa;冷却用的冷却水温度≤40℃。本发明备具有抗静电、抑菌性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料制备方法,特别是一种木竹塑地板的制备方法。
背景技术
木竹塑地板是由PVC、木、竹复合而成的PVC地板,如何制备具有抗静电、抑菌性能的木竹塑地板是一个重要的课题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种具有抗静电、抑菌性能的抑菌抗静电木竹塑地板的制备方法。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抑菌抗静电木竹塑地板的制备方法,其改进之处在于:其包括以下步骤:
1)采用辐照交联的方法在碳纳米管的表面接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),将改性碳纳米管添加到UV涂层中,对纳米TiO2进行疏水修饰,制成UV涂层;
2)按照木竹塑发泡层配方比例称重后一起加入高速混合机热混搅拌到105℃放入冷混搅拌冷却到40℃,加入挤出机结皮发泡、真空定型形成木竹塑发泡层,在该层上热转印花纹膜,在该花纹膜上热滚压形成立体花纹结构,然后对上述结构淋膜UV 油、紫外线固化、切割冲裁、包装、入库;其中UV 油是按配方称重后一起加入分散机超声分散、高速磁搅拌制备;挤出机温度是:160-170℃,真空度-0.04-0.05MPa ;冷却用的冷却水温度≤40℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、添加纳米TiO2,使本发明具备抑菌性能。
2、添加碳纳米管,显著改善抗静电性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
抑菌抗静电木竹塑地板的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)采用辐照交联的方法在碳纳米管的表面接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),将改性碳纳米管添加到UV涂层中,对纳米TiO2进行疏水修饰,制成UV涂层;

1.一种抑菌抗静电木竹塑地板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)采用辐照交联的方法在碳纳米管的表面接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),将改性碳纳米管添加到UV涂层中,对纳米TiO2进行疏水修饰,制成UV涂层;
