Abstract

本发明公开一种阻燃抗菌的木塑复合材料,由以下重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂35‑42份、聚丙烯6‑12份、花生壳10‑15份、锯末16‑23份、麦秸秆35‑45份、沉香木粉12‑18份、轻质碳酸钙5‑9份、氢氧化铝8‑15份、氢氧化镁3‑9份、聚磷酸铵6‑10份、防霉剂3‑7份、润滑剂2‑5份、偶联剂2‑7份。本发明采用PVC树脂、聚丙烯与花生壳、锯末、麦秸秆等为原料,实现了废弃物的综合再利用。同时还添加了轻质碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵,使得木塑复合材料易于制备,提高了机械力学性能和阻燃性能;采用硼酸锌作为防霉剂,可以保障木塑复合材料能够抵抗环境中的菌类,防止木塑复合材料生霉。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种阻燃抗菌的木塑复合材料。
背景技术
随着森林资源的减少,木材供应量逐渐下降,已不能满足人们的生产生活需要。同时,塑料制品废旧物的处理也日益成为一个亟待解决的环境问题。一种新型材料即木塑复合材料成为木材的理想替代品。木塑复合材料是指利用聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚氯乙烯等,代替通常的树脂胶粘剂,与超过50%以上的木粉、稻壳、秸秆等废植物纤维混合成新的木质材料,再经挤压、模压、注射成型等塑料加工工艺,生产出的板材或型材。主要用于建材、家具、物流包装等行业。现有的木塑复合材料的原料选用比较传统,导致材料的性能一般,使用寿命较短且易燃易生霉,影响外观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃抗菌、机械力学性能好、使用寿命长的木塑复合材料。
为了实现本发明的目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种阻燃抗菌的木塑复合材料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
PVC树脂35-42份、聚丙烯6-12份、花生壳10-15份、锯末16-23份、麦秸秆35-45份、沉香木粉12-18份、轻质碳酸钙5-9份、氢氧化铝8-15份、氢氧化镁3-9份、聚磷酸铵6-10份、防霉剂3-7份、润滑剂2-5份、偶联剂2-7份。
优选地,木塑复合材料由以下重量份的原料组成:
PVC树脂38-40份、聚丙烯8-11份、花生壳12-15份、锯末18-21份、麦秸秆38-42份、沉香木粉15-18份、轻质碳酸钙5-8份、氢氧化铝10-13份、氢氧化镁5-7份、聚磷酸铵8-10份、防霉剂4-7份、润滑剂2-4份、偶联剂2-5份。
优选地,木塑复合材料由以下重量份的原料组成:
PVC树脂39份、聚丙烯10份、花生壳13份、锯末20份、麦秸秆40份、沉香木粉16份、轻质碳酸钙6份、氢氧化铝12份、氢氧化镁6份、聚磷酸铵9份、防霉剂5份、润滑剂3份、偶联剂3份。
优选地,防霉剂为硼酸锌。
优选地,润滑剂为硬脂酸。
优选地,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用PVC树脂、聚丙烯与花生壳、锯末、麦秸秆等为原料,实现了废弃物的综合再利用,为固体废弃物处理提供了一条切实可行的解决途径。同时还添加了轻质碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵,使得木塑复合材料易于制备,提高了机械力学性能和阻燃性能;采用硼酸锌作为防霉剂,可以保障木塑复合材料能够抵抗环境中的菌类,防止木塑复合材料生霉。

下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
一种阻燃抗菌的木塑复合材料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
PVC树脂35份、聚丙烯6份、花生壳10份、锯末16份、麦秸秆35份、沉香木粉12份、轻质碳酸钙5份、氢氧化铝8份、氢氧化镁3份、聚磷酸铵6份、防霉剂3份、润滑剂2份、偶联剂2份。其中防霉剂为硼酸锌,润滑剂为硬脂酸,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
以下实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
实施例2
一种阻燃抗菌的木塑复合材料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
PVC树脂42份、聚丙烯12份、花生壳15份、锯末23份、麦秸秆45份、沉香木粉18份、轻质碳酸钙9份、氢氧化铝15份、氢氧化镁9份、聚磷酸铵10份、防霉剂7份、润滑剂5份、偶联剂7份。其中防霉剂为硼酸锌,润滑剂为硬脂酸,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
实施例3
一种阻燃抗菌的木塑复合材料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
PVC树脂40份、聚丙烯11份、花生壳15份、锯末21份、麦秸秆42份、沉香木粉18份、轻质碳酸钙8份、氢氧化铝13份、氢氧化镁7份、聚磷酸铵10份、防霉剂7份、润滑剂4份、偶联剂5份。其中防霉剂为硼酸锌,润滑剂为硬脂酸,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
实施例4
一种阻燃抗菌的木塑复合材料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
PVC树脂38份、聚丙烯8份、花生壳12份、锯末18份、麦秸秆38份、沉香木粉15份、轻质碳酸钙5份、氢氧化铝10份、氢氧化镁5份、聚磷酸铵8份、防霉剂4份、润滑剂2份、偶联剂2份。其中防霉剂为硼酸锌,润滑剂为硬脂酸,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
实施例5
一种阻燃抗菌的木塑复合材料,由以下重量份的原料组成:

PVC树脂35-42份、聚丙烯6-12份、花生壳10-15份、锯末16-23份、麦秸秆35-45份、沉香木粉12-18份、轻质碳酸钙5-9份、氢氧化铝8-15份、氢氧化镁3-9份、聚磷酸铵6-10份、防霉剂3-7份、润滑剂2-5份、偶联剂2-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃抗菌的木塑复合材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:
PVC树脂38-40份、聚丙烯8-11份、花生壳12-15份、锯末18-21份、麦秸秆38-42份、沉香木粉15-18份、轻质碳酸钙5-8份、氢氧化铝10-13份、氢氧化镁5-7份、聚磷酸铵8-10份、防霉剂4-7份、润滑剂2-4份、偶联剂2-5份。

PVC树脂39份、聚丙烯10份、花生壳13份、锯末20份、麦秸秆40份、沉香木粉16份、轻质碳酸钙6份、氢氧化铝12份、氢氧化镁6份、聚磷酸铵9份、防霉剂5份、润滑剂3份、偶联剂3份。
