Abstract
本发明涉及环保材料领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃型可回收环保板材。本发明采用的技术方案是:配方组成范围如下:PVC:100‑150份;竹粉:40‑60份;聚丙烯:5‑10份;聚乙烯蜡:1‑6份;发泡调节剂:4‑8份;石蜡:5‑10份;增韧剂:2‑3份;抗氧剂:1.3‑1.7份;滑石粉:50‑70份;染料:1.2‑1.5份。本发明的优点是:能够替代传统的常规室内装饰材料,能够满足装修时对环保的要求,本阻燃型可回收环保板材在使用过程中具有更高的搞弯强度,抗冲击性能更好。

本发明涉及环保材料领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃型可回收环保板材。
背景技术
随着森林资源的不断减少和人们对家装材料性能要求的不断提升,市面上的各种人造家装板材应用而生,由于人造板类产品主要原料是脲醛剂作为胶粘剂,这种胶原料易得,价格低廉,生产工艺相对简单,同时使用方便,因此,是木制品生产长期所依赖的核心原料产品。
然而随着环保意识的不断提高,人们对家庭室内装饰材料的环保要求越来越苛刻,现有的木塑材料的阻燃性差,且大多不能回收利用,不利于环保,因此需研发一种阻燃性更好的可回收环保板材解决上述问题。。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃型可回收环保板材,它能够替代传统的常规室内装饰材料,能够满足装修时对环保的要求,本阻燃型可回收环保板材在使用过程中具有更高的搞弯强度,抗冲击性能更好,它的整体性能在PVC板材的基础上具有更稳定的阻燃隔热性,在使用过程中的安全性更高,并且使用后能够进行回收利用,能够重新作为板材的加工材料进行使用,使它具有更好的环境保护作用,也能够减少资源的浪费,提高材料的利用率,从而能够降低整体的使用成本。
