本发明涉及面料染色领域,具体涉及一种弹性面料的染色装置及方法。
背景技术
近年来,弹性面料越来越得到广大人群的喜欢,适合各类人群穿着,特别是裤子面料上使用及其广泛,弹性面料有良好的弹性,柔软的手感,穿着后更加舒适,对于穿着者没有任何压迫感,但对于现在人各种的审美感,单一的弹性面料颜色已经满足不了个人对美的追求,因此,需要对弹性面料进行染色,传统的染色由于面料强力较低,染色牢度及染色均匀性都较差,染色后的织物的手感也受到影响,同时还会降低弹性面料的弹力。因此,本发明提出一种弹性面料的染色装置及方法。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种染色装置及方法,通过先向染缸内添加染料一后搅拌均匀,再向染缸内添加染料二搅拌升温到70摄氏度,然后将需要染色的面料放入染缸内浸泡30分钟,在浸泡过程中染料持续升温到100℃后自然降温,再将浸泡后的面料取出烘干,最后将烘干后的面料用水漂洗后自然晒干,使本发明染色后的面料表面颜色更加均匀,同时也不会影响到弹性面料的弹力,即一种弹性面料的染色装置及方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种弹性面料的染色装置,包括染缸、进料口、进液口、控温装置和排液口,所述染缸内部设有一搅拌装置,所述染缸上侧设有进料口,所述染缸上方侧面设有进液口,所述进液口上方设有一进液管,所述进液管上设有一阀门,所述进液管上方设有量筒,所述量筒表面设有容量刻度,所述排液口设在染缸下方侧面,所述控温装置包括碳纤维加热片和温度控制器,所述碳纤维加热片设在染缸外部,所述碳纤维加热片外部设有壳体。
进一步优化,所述进料口上设有一盖体。
进一步优化,所述壳体由隔热保温板制成。
进一步优化,所述温度控制器连接一定时控制操作板,所述定时控制操作板连接一警示灯,所述警示灯设在壳体两侧,所述时控操作板设在壳体外表面。
应用上述的一种弹性面料的染色装置的染色方法,所述一种染色方法包括以下步骤:
(1)添加染料底料:
向染缸内添加染料一,所述染料一包括体积比为3-5%的环氧氯丙烷、1-2%的硫酸亚铁;2-4%的六偏磷酸钠;3-5%的二甲胺和25-30%的植物染料,其余为水,经过染缸内搅拌装置搅拌使染缸内的各个材料融合均匀;
(2)添加融合料:
向染缸内投入染料二,染料二的包括体积比为1-2%的马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、2-4%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯宓磷酸脂、2-4%的二乙烯三胺和1-2%的苯醚四酸二酐,继续搅拌,并在搅拌的过程中通过碳纤维加热片使染缸内部染料温度至70℃;
(3)染色:
将需要染色的面料通过进料口放入染缸中的染色的染料,浸泡30分钟;
(4)烘干:
将浸泡后的面料取出,再通过80℃的温度烘干面料;
(5)漂洗:
将烘干后的面料浸入清水中漂洗30分钟;
(6)晾干:
取出漂洗后的面料进行晒干。
进一步优化,所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的控制各个染料体积的方式是通过量筒上的容量刻度确定需要加入液体的体积,然后打开阀门,使量筒内的溶液进入染缸中。
进一步优化,所述步骤(3)中在面料放入染缸中的时候,碳纤维加热片继续升温,升温时间为15分钟,升温频率为2℃/min,在升温开始时向染缸内添加适量的冰醋酸,升温到100摄氏度时停止升温,让染料自然冷却15分钟后取出面料。
进一步优化,所述步骤(4)中在将面料烘干后,再持续烘干10-20分钟。
进一步优化,所述步骤(5)中在漂洗面料时需要来回搅动面料,待清水漂洗至较浑浊时需要更换清水,继续搅拌漂洗,漂洗到清水不会染色为止。
进一步优化,所述步骤(6)中将漂洗后的面料撑开,不需要脱水,直接晾干,用一个晾衣杆挂住面料中部,将面料挂在能吸收到太阳光的位置,晾晒期间隔一个小时将面向太阳光的一面和背对太阳光的一面相互转换一次。

1.本发明通过设有容量刻度的量筒,可以确定加入到染缸内部的量,精确染料的成分,使弹性面料更好的染色。
2.本发明通过在染缸内设有搅拌装置,使添加进染缸内部的染料混合更加均匀。
3.本发明用过在加料口设有一盖体,在碳纤维加热片外侧设有保温隔热板,能使染缸内部染料的温度更加保温。
4.本发明通过碳纤维加热片连接温度控制器,温度控制器连接定时控制操作板,定时控制操作板连接一警示灯,能有效的控制碳纤维加热片的温度,还能定时控温,当达到预定时间使,警示灯会亮,提醒工人进行下一步骤。

根据图1所示的一种弹性面料的染色装置,包括染缸1、进料口2、进液口3、控温装置和排液口4,所述染缸1内部设有一搅拌装置5,所述染缸1上侧设有进料口2,所述染缸1上方侧面设有进液口3,所述进液口3上方设有一进液管6,所述进液管6上设有一阀门7,所述进液管6上方设有量筒8,所述量筒8表面设有容量刻度9,所述排液口4设在染缸1下方侧面,所述控温装置包括碳纤维加热片10和温度控制器,所述碳纤维加热片10设在染缸1外部,所述碳纤维加热片10外部设有壳体11。
在本实施例中,所述进料口2上设有一盖体12。
在本实施例中,所述壳体11由隔热保温板制成。
在本实施例中,所述温度控制器连接一定时控制操作板13,所述定时控制操作板13连接一警示灯14,所述警示灯14设在壳体11两侧,所述时控操作板13设在壳体11外侧。
实施例一
本实施例应用于上述一种弹性面料的染色装置的染色方法,所述一种染色方法包括以下步骤:
(1)添加染料底料:
向染缸1内添加染料一,染料一通过量筒8确定体积后打开阀门7进入染缸1内,所述染料一包括体积比为3%的环氧氯丙烷、2%的硫酸亚铁;2%的六偏磷酸钠;5%的二甲胺和25%的植物染料,其余为水,经过染缸1内搅拌装置5搅拌使染缸1内的各个材料融合均匀;
(2)添加融合料:
向染缸1内投入染料二,染料二通过量筒8确定体积后打开阀门7进入染缸1内,染料二的包括体积比为2%的马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、2%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯宓磷酸脂、4%的二乙烯三胺和1%的苯醚四酸二酐,继续搅拌,并在搅拌的过程中通过碳纤维加热片10使染缸1内部染料温度至70℃;
(3)染色:
将需要染色的面料放入染缸1中的时候,碳纤维加热片10继续升温,升温时间为15分钟,升温频率为2℃/min,在升温开始时向染缸内添加适量的冰醋酸,升温到100摄氏度时停止升温,让染料自然冷却15分钟后取出面料;
(4)烘干:
将浸泡后的面料取出,再通过80℃的温度烘干面料,面料烘干后,再持续烘干10-20分钟;
(5)漂洗:
将烘干后的面料浸入清水中漂洗,在漂洗面料时需要来回搅动面料,待清水漂洗至较浑浊时需要更换清水,继续搅拌漂洗,漂洗到清水不会染色为止;
(6)晾干:
将漂洗后的面料撑开,不需要脱水,直接晾干,用一个晾衣杆挂住面料中部,将面料挂在能吸收到太阳光的位置,晾晒期间隔一个小时将面向太阳光的一面和背对太阳光的一面相互转换一次。
实施例二
本实施例应用于上述一种弹性面料的染色装置的染色方法,所述一种染色方法包括以下步骤:
(1)添加染料底料:
向染缸1内添加染料一,染料一通过量筒8确定体积后打开阀门7进入染缸1内,所述染料一包括体积比为4%的环氧氯丙烷、1.5%的硫酸亚铁;3%的六偏磷酸钠;4%的二甲胺和28%的植物染料,其余为水,经过染缸1内搅拌装置5搅拌使染缸1内的各个材料融合均匀;
(2)添加融合料:
向染缸1内投入染料二,染料二通过量筒8确定体积后打开阀门7进入染缸1内,染料二的包括体积比为1.5%的马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、3%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯宓磷酸脂、3%的二乙烯三胺和1.5%的苯醚四酸二酐,继续搅拌,并在搅拌的过程中通过碳纤维加热片10使染缸1内部染料温度至70℃;
(3)染色:
将需要染色的面料放入染缸1中的时候,碳纤维加热片10继续升温,升温时间为15分钟,升温频率为2℃/min,在升温开始时向染缸内添加适量的冰醋酸,升温到100摄氏度时停止升温,让染料自然冷却15分钟后取出面料;
(4)烘干:

向染缸内1投入染料二,染料二通过量筒8确定体积后打开阀门7进入染缸1内,染料二的包括体积比为1%的马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、4%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯宓磷酸脂、2%的二乙烯三胺和2%的苯醚四酸二酐,继续搅拌,并在搅拌的过程中通过碳纤维加热片10使染缸1内部染料温度至70℃;
(3)染色:

根据以上三组实施例可以得出,添加的染料一中体积比为3-5%的环氧氯丙烷、1-2%的硫酸亚铁;2-4%的六偏磷酸钠;3-5%的二甲胺和25-30%的植物染料,其余为水时,添加的染料二中体积比为1-2%的马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、2-4%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯宓磷酸脂、2-4%的二乙烯三胺和1-2%的苯醚四酸二酐的时候,对于弹性面料的染色最好,保证了弹性面料染色后表面颜色均匀,同时也不会使染色后的弹性面料确实弹性。
基于上述,本发明通过先向染缸1内添加染料一后搅拌均匀,再向染缸1内添加染料二搅拌升温到70摄氏度,然后将需要染色的面料放入染缸1内浸泡30分钟,在浸泡过程中染料持续升温到100℃后自然降温,再将浸泡后的面料取出烘干,最后将烘干后的面料用水漂洗后自然晒干,使本发明染色后的面料表面颜色更加均匀,同时也不会影响到弹性面料的弹力。

Claims (10)
1.一种弹性面料的染色装置,其特征在于,包括染缸(1)、进料口(2)、进液口(3)、控温装置和排液口(4),所述染缸(1)内部设有一搅拌装置(5),所述染缸(1)上侧设有进料口(2),所述染缸(1)上方侧面设有进液口(3),所述进液口(3)上方设有一进液管(6),所述进液管(6)上设有一阀门(7),所述进液管(6)上方设有量筒(8),所述量筒(8)表面设有容量刻度(9),所述排液口(4)设在染缸(1)下方侧面,所述控温装置包括碳纤维加热片(10)和温度控制器,所述碳纤维加热片(10)设在染缸(1)外部,所述碳纤维加热片(10)外部设有壳体(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性面料的染色装置,其特征在于,所述进料口(2)上设有一盖体(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性面料的染色装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(11)由隔热保温板制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性面料的染色装置,其特征在于,所述温度控制器连接一定时控制操作板(13),所述定时控制操作板(13)连接一警示灯(14),所述警示灯(14)设在壳体(11)两侧,所述时控操作板(13)设在壳体(11)外侧。
5.应用权利要求1至4任一项染色装置的染色方法,其特征在于,该染色方法包括以下步骤:
(1)添加染料底料:
向染缸(1)内添加染料一,所述染料一包括体积比为3-5%的环氧氯丙烷、1-2%的硫酸亚铁;2-4%的六偏磷酸钠;3-5%的二甲胺和25-30%的植物染料,其余为水,经过染缸(1)内搅拌装置(5)搅拌使染缸(1)内的各个材料融合均匀;
(2)添加融合料:
向染缸(1)内投入染料二,染料二的包括体积比为1-2%的马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、2-4%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯宓磷酸脂、2-4%的二乙烯三胺和1-2%的苯醚四酸二酐,继续搅拌,并在搅拌的过程中通过碳纤维加热片(10)使染缸(1)内部染料温度至70℃;
(3)染色:
将需要染色的面料通过进料口放入染缸(1)中的染色的染料,浸泡30分钟;
(4)烘干:
将浸泡后的面料取出,再通过80℃的温度烘干面料;
(5)漂洗:
将烘干后的面料浸入清水中漂洗30分钟;
(6)晾干:
取出漂洗后的面料进行晒干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的控制各个染料体积的方式是通过量筒(8)上的容量刻度(9)确定需要加入液体的体积,然后打开阀门(7),使量筒(8)内的溶液进入染缸(1)中。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中在面料放入染缸(1)中的时候,碳纤维加热片(10)继续升温,升温时间为15分钟,升温频率为2℃/min,在升温开始时向染缸(1)内添加适量的冰醋酸,升温到100摄氏度时停止升温,让染料自然冷却15分钟后取出面料。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中在将面料烘干后,再持续烘干10-20分钟。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中在漂洗面料时需要来回搅动面料,待清水漂洗至较浑浊时需要更换清水,继续搅拌漂洗,漂洗到清水不会染色为止。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中将漂洗后的面料撑开,不需要脱水,直接晾干,用一个晾衣杆挂住面料中部,将面料挂在能吸收到太阳光的位置,晾晒期间隔一个小时将面向太阳光的一面和背对太阳光的一面相互转换一次。
