Abstract

本发明提供一种筒纱低色差染色工艺,通过煮练、漂白、染色、皂煮等工艺,对筒纱进行染色,并且在染色工艺中加入蒸气预处理和水质控制,提高染色效果,避免染色内外层存在色差,并且通过对染色剂进行分散染料的溶解处理,使得染色更加均匀,提高染色质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线染色领域,尤其涉及一种筒纱低色差染色工艺。
背景技术
目前在对筒纱进行染色时,由于使用的工艺为简单的漂白后染色,在染色时水质中的硬度较大或存在悬浮物,造成染色内外层存在色差,影响纱线的使用,而且在染色前在精练漂白中遇强碱收缩比较严重,对筒纱染色内外层也会造成较大的色差,影响纱线的质量。因此,设计一种筒纱的低色差的染色工艺就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种筒纱低色差染色工艺,通过煮练、漂白、染色、皂煮等工艺,对筒纱进行染色,并且在染色工艺中加入蒸气预处理和水质控制,提高染色效果,避免染色内外层存在色差。
本发明提供一种筒纱低色差染色工艺,所述染色工艺步骤如下:
步骤一:将原纱清洗后放入静置缸中浸泡;
步骤二:对静置缸进行加热,对原纱进行加热;
步骤三:将原纱捞出后进行蒸气加热;
步骤四:将原纱放入漂白缸中,在漂白缸内加入漂白剂,并对漂白缸进行搅动;
步骤五:将染色缸内的水质进行深度过滤,将水质中的硬度除去;
步骤六:将漂白后的纱线送至染色缸中,添加染色剂进行染色,并对染色缸进行加热;
步骤七:对染色完成的纱线进行皂煮处理,晾干后完成染色工艺。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤三中蒸气加热的温度为130℃,加热时间为10min。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤六中对染色缸进行加热时,当纱线温度<60℃时,保证纱线温度以3~5℃/min的幅度上升,当纱线温度>100℃时,保证纱线温度以1℃/min的幅度上升,直到纱线温度为130℃时停止升温。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤六中添加染色剂时,需要对染色剂进行分散染料的溶解处理,即先在化料桶内放入30~40℃温水,然后撤入染料,搅拌2min左右以加速分散,再将助剂加入60℃的染料桶中。
本发明的有益效果是:通过煮练、漂白、染色、皂煮等工艺,对筒纱进行染色,并且在染色工艺中加入蒸气预处理和水质控制,提高染色效果,避免染色内外层存在色差,并且通过对染色剂进行分散染料的溶解处理,使得染色更加均匀,提高染色质量。

本实施例提供了一种筒纱低色差染色工艺,所述染色工艺步骤如下:
步骤一:将原纱清洗后放入静置缸中浸泡;
步骤二:对静置缸进行加热,对原纱进行加热;
步骤三:将原纱捞出后进行蒸气加热;
步骤四:将原纱放入漂白缸中,在漂白缸内加入漂白剂,并对漂白缸进行搅动;
步骤五:将染色缸内的水质进行深度过滤,将水质中的硬度除去;
步骤六:将漂白后的纱线送至染色缸中,添加染色剂进行染色,并对染色缸进行加热;
步骤七:对染色完成的纱线进行皂煮处理,晾干后完成染色工艺。
所述步骤三中蒸气加热的温度为130℃,加热时间为10min。

1.一种筒纱低色差染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染色工艺步骤如下:
步骤一:将原纱清洗后放入静置缸中浸泡;
步骤二:对静置缸进行加热,对原纱进行加热;
步骤三:将原纱捞出后进行蒸气加热;
步骤四:将原纱放入漂白缸中,在漂白缸内加入漂白剂,并对漂白缸进行搅动;
步骤五:将染色缸内的水质进行深度过滤,将水质中的硬度除去;
步骤六:将漂白后的纱线送至染色缸中,添加染色剂进行染色,并对染色缸进行加热;
步骤七:对染色完成的纱线进行皂煮处理,晾干后完成染色工艺。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种筒纱低色差染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中蒸气加热的温度为130℃,加热时间为10min。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种筒纱低色差染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤六中对染色缸进行加热时,当纱线温度<60℃时,保证纱线温度以3~5℃/min的幅度上升,当纱线温度>100℃时,保证纱线温度以1℃/min的幅度上升,直到纱线温度为130℃时停止升温。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种筒纱低色差染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤六中添加染色剂时,需要对染色剂进行分散染料的溶解处理,即先在化料桶内放入30~40℃温水,然后撤入染料,搅拌2min左右以加速分散,再将助剂加入60℃的染料桶中。
