Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种控制昆虫的方法,此方法使用化学式为(Ⅰ)的化合物
式中R是乙基或丙基,其特点是控制同翅目或磷翅目昆虫。为此目的涉及使用这类化合物,为此目的涉及的杀虫剂的组合物,其活性成分是由这些化合物中选出的,还涉及这类杀虫剂组合物的制备方法及使用,条件是完全对映体纯型和主要对映体纯型的(2R,4S)-2-乙基-4-(4-苯氧基)苯氧甲基-1,3-二氧杂环戊烷不在本发明所有主题事物的范围之内。
在本发明的范围内,上述(2R,4S)对映体是“占优势对映体纯型”。在此情形下,上述限制条件是适用的。本发明的式(Ⅰ)化合物的混合物中所含这种对映体占混合物分子总数的至少90%,特别是至少88%,较特别的是至少85%,优选至少80%,特别是至少70%,最优选的是高于50%。
美国专利4,097,581号建议式(Ⅱ)的化合物
作为促进果实脱落的组合物活性成分,也作为杀虫组合物的活性成分,特别用于控制双翅目和鞘翅目昆虫的杀虫组合物;式中R1是H、C1-C7的烷基、C3-C6的环烷基、C2-C3的链烯基、C2-C3的链炔基、C2-C4的甲氧烷基、氯甲基或苄基,R2是H或C1-C6烷基,或者R1和R2共同构成-(CH2)n-基团,基中n是4或5,或者R1和R2与连接它们的碳原子形成式(Ⅲ)的基团。
未料到和十分惊奇的是发现上述的式(Ⅰ)化合物非常适宜用于控制同翅目某些科和鳞翅目某些科的昆虫,即控制属于同翅目(Homoptera)的粉虱科(Aleyrodidae)、叶蝉科(Cicadellidae)、蚧科(Coccidae)、珠蚧科(Margaroddae)和木虱科(Psyllidae)的昆虫,属于Homoptera目盾蚧科(Diaspididae)中盾蚧(Aonidiella)、园盾蚧(Aspidiotus)、轮盾蚧(Aulacaspis)、褐园盾蚧(Chrysomphalus)、蛎盾蚧(Lepidosaphes)、片盾蚧(Parlatoria)、桑白盾蚧(Pseudaulacaspis)、齿盾蚧(Quadraspidiotus)、辉盾蚧(Selenaspidus)和矢尖盾蚧(Unaspis)属的昆虫,属于同翅目粉蚧科(Pseudococcidae)臀纹粉蚧(Planococcus)属的昆虫,以及属于鳞翅目细蛾科(Gracilariidae)、潜蛾科(Lyonetiidae)、小卷蛾科(Olethreutidae)、蓑蛾科(Psychidae)和卷蛾科(Tortricidae)的昆虫。
式(Ⅰ)化合物对于控制同翅目中某些科、属的昆虫和对于控制鳞翅目中某些科、属的昆虫突出适宜性为此惊人的原因是:尽管式(Ⅰ)化合物落于美国专利4,097,581号所公开的式(Ⅱ)化合物的范围之内,甚至美国专利4,097,581号在9、10栏的表中还具体公开了非对映异构体混合物的形式,但美国专利4,097,581号既未提到任何关于本发明式(Ⅰ)化合物对同翅目某些科、属昆虫和鳞翅目某些科、属昆虫的突出活性;也未具体提到本发明所述的式Ⅱ化合物对同翅目的某些科、属和鳞翅目的某些科的昆虫具有特殊显著的活性,也未提及在美国专利4,097,581中未公开的被认为是式Ⅱ化合物的一个具体副族的式Ⅰ化合物的相应的具体显著活性。
本发明的所述的控制昆虫的种类对于昆虫控制方面的用户非常重要,因为如果这些昆虫未能有目标的地进行控制,就会产生巨大经济损失,例如农业生产上由于这些昆虫所造成的灾害。
一方面,本发明范围内提出的式(Ⅰ)的化合物(R为乙基)控制本发明所提及的各类昆虫的方法。
另一方面,本发明范围内提出一个控制方法适合于以下昆虫:
(1)蚧科(Coccidae)昆虫
特别是蜡蚧属(Ceroplastes)、绵蜡蚧属(Pulvinaria)和盔蚧属(Saissetia),

本发明所用的式(Ⅰ)化合物是已知的并已描述于例如美国专利4,097,581中。
本发明所用的式(Ⅰ)化合物当用于昆虫控制方面的防和治甚至在低浓度时,也是很有价值的活性成分,而温血动物、鱼和植物却完全有耐药性。本发明所用活性成分对上述类型的敏感的,但也有耐药性的昆虫,在全部或个别发育阶段都有活性。本发明所用活性成分的杀虫活性能直接显效,即立刻或经过一段时间就产生对昆虫的毁坏,例如在蜕皮期间;或间接显效,例如减少产卵和孵化率,其良好杀虫活性相当于死亡率至少为50-60%。
本发明所用活性成分用于控制上述类型的害虫,即抑制或消灭上述类型的害虫。这些害虫可在植物上发现,尤其在农业园艺和森林中的有用植物和观赏植物上,或者在这些植物的某些部位上,例如果实、花、叶片、叶柄、块茎或根上,在某些情况下对抗这些害虫的保护作用甚至及时地扩展到植物后来所形成的部位。
适宜的目标作物有梨果类作物,如苹果、梨;核果类作物如桃;柑果类作物,如柠檬、桔、柚;蔬菜如土豆、豆类、西红柿或黄瓜、胡椒、橄榄;芒果;葡萄;观赏植物;坚果;石榴;茶或鳄梨。尤其适宜的是梨果、核果、柑果、蔬菜类、橄榄、芒果、葡萄、观赏植物或坚果类,最好是梨果、核果和柑果。
本发明所用活性成分在其它方面的应用是对储存产品或仓库的保护,对材料的保护,以及在卫生区内特别是保护家养动物或生产性牲畜不受上述类型的虫害。
因此本发明也涉及到用于对抗上述类型害虫的杀虫组合物,例如可乳化的浓缩液,悬浮浓缩液,现成喷撒或现成稀释溶液,可展涂膏状物,稀乳状液,可润湿粉剂,可溶性粉剂,可分散粉剂,粉尘,细颗粒或聚合物包囊物都至少要包括一种本发明所用的活性成分,组合物的选择依赖于预期目的和主要情况。
在这些组合物中用纯的活性物来做活性组分,例如特定颗粒大小的固态活性物,或者更好的是纯活性物和至少一种常用的辅剂按配方工艺一起使用,譬如用扩展剂(例如溶剂、固态载体)、或表面活性剂。
适宜溶剂的例子如下:部分氢化的或未氢化的芳香烃类,最好是C8-C12的烷基苯如二甲苯混合物、烷基化的萘或四氢萘、脂肪烃或环脂肪烃如石蜡或环己烷、醇类(如乙醇、丙醇、丁醇)、二元醇及其醚和酯(如丙二醇、二丙二醇醚、乙二醇、乙二醇单甲基醚或乙二醇单乙基醚)、酮类(如环己酮、异佛尔酮或双丙酮醇),强极性溶剂(如N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜或N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)、水、环氧化与未环氧化的植物油(如环氧化和未环氧化的菜籽油、蓖麻籽油、椰子油或豆油)和硅油。
采用的如粉尘,可分散的粉剂的固态载体一般是磨碎了的天然物质,如方解石、滑石、高岭土、蒙脱石或硅粉土。为了改善物理性质也可加入高分散性二氧化硅或高分散吸附性的聚合物。微粒、粒状吸附性载体可能的颗粒剂的是多孔型的,例如浮石、砖砂、海泡石,或者是膨润土;非吸附型载体材料有方解石或砂子。此外,还可用许多粒状的无机或有机天然材料,特别是白云石或粉碎的植物残渣。
适宜的表面活性剂是具有好的乳化性、分散性、润湿性的非离子、阳离子、阴离子型表面活性剂或它们的混合物,取决于配方中活性在分的本性。列于下面的表面活性剂仅是一些例子,大量常用于配方工艺和本发明适宜的表面活性剂记述于专家文献中。
适宜的非离子型表面活性剂主要是聚乙二醇醚衍生物、脂肪醇、环脂肪醇、饱和与不饱和脂肪酸及烷基酚,其中脂肪族碳氢基中可有3-30个乙二醇醚基团及8-20个碳原子,在烷基酚的烷基中有6-18个碳原子。其他适宜的非离子表面活性剂是可溶于水的聚氧化乙烯与聚丙二醇,乙烯二氨基聚丙二醇和烷基聚丙二醇的加成物,它们在烷基链上有1-10个碳原子,还有20-250个乙二醇醚基和10-100个丙二醇醚基。上述化合物通常每一个丙二醇单元有1-5个乙二醇单元。它们的例子有壬聚苯酚聚乙氧基乙醇类、蓖麻子油聚乙二醇醚类、聚丙烯和聚氧化乙烯加成物类、三丁基苯氧基聚乙氧基乙醇、聚乙二醇及辛基苯氧基聚乙氧基乙醇。其他适宜的物质有聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐的脂肪酸酯类例如聚氧乙烯山梨醇三油酸酯。
阳离子表面活性剂主要是季铵盐类,至少有一个8-22个碳原子的烷基作为取代基,作为进一步取代基有低级卤代或未卤代的烷基,苄基或低级羟烷基基团,优选的盐是卤化物、甲基硫酸盐或乙基硫酸盐,例如氯化硬脂酰三甲基铵和溴化苄基二(2-氯乙基)乙基铵。
适宜的阴离子表面活性剂既可以是所谓水溶性皂类也可以是合成的水溶性阴离子表面活性化合物,适宜的皂类有高级脂肪酸(C10-C22)的碱金属盐类、碱金属盐类或取代或未取代的铵盐类,(例如油酸、硬脂酸的钠盐或钾盐)或从椰子油、妥尔油获得的脂肪酸的天然混合物的上述盐类,也可以是脂肪酸甲基牛磺酸盐。但是,所谓合成表面活性剂是通常应用更多的。特别是脂肪族磺酸酯、脂肪类硫酸酯、磺化的苯并咪唑衍生物或烷基芳香基磺酸盐。通常脂肪族硫酸盐和脂肪族磺酸盐常常是碱金属盐、碱土金属盐、取代与未取代的铵盐的形式,通常有一个有8-22个碳原子的烷基,烷基也包括脂酰基的烷基;可以述及的例子有木素磺酸钠盐或钙盐、十二烷基硫酸酯的钠盐、钙盐或由天然脂肪酸制得的脂肪醇硫酸酯混合物的钠盐、钙盐。这一基团也包括硫酸酯的盐类和脂肪醇磺酸酯/氧化乙烯加成物。磺化的苯并咪唑衍生物最好有两个磺酰基和一个大约8-22个碳原子的脂肪酸基。例如烷基芳基磺酸盐是十二烷基苯磺酸的钠盐、钙盐或三乙醇铵盐,二丁基萘磺酸的钠盐,钙盐或三乙醇铵盐,或萘磺酸/甲醛缩合物的钠盐、钙盐或三乙醇铵盐,适宜的磷酸盐有例如对壬基酚/(4-14)氧化乙烯加成物的磷酸酯的盐类或磷酯类。
通常,组合物包含0.1-99%,特别是0.1-95%活性成分;至少一种含量1-99.9%的特别是5-99.9%的固体或液体辅助剂,若可能,通常组合物中含表面活性剂0-25%,特别是0.1-20%(以上%指重量百分)。当浓缩组合物更适于用作商品时,通常最终用户使用的是稀配方,其活性物质浓度是相当低的。优选的组合物的组成如下(%为重量百分):

通过加入其它杀虫的活性在分,相当大地扩展了本发明组合物的作用谱,更加适应普遍的情况。例如可加入的适宜的活性成分有以下各类活性成分的代表物:有机磷化合物、硝基酚类及其衍生物、甲脒类、尿素类、氨基甲酸酯类、拟除虫菊酯类、氯化烃类和苏云菌杆(Bacillus thurinoiensis)。本发明的组合物也包括其它固态或液态的辅助剂,比如稳定剂,如环氧化的或未环氧化的植物油(如环氧化可可油、菜籽或豆油),防沫剂(为硅油),防腐剂,粘度调节剂,粘合剂和(或)增粘剂及肥料或其他用以获得特殊的效果的活性成分(如杀菌剂、杀真菌剂、杀线虫剂、杀软体动物剂或选择性除草剂)。
本发明的组合物是用已知方法制备的,例如在没有辅助剂时通过研磨,过筛和(或)挤压固体活性成分或活性成分的混合物以得到例如特定的粒度;在至少有一种辅助剂存在时,是将添加剂与活性成分或活性成分混合物一起致密混合和/或研磨。本发明也涉有到制备本组合物方法以及使用式(Ⅰ)的化合物来制备这些组合物。
本发明还涉及组合物的应用方法,也就是控制上述类型害虫的方法,如喷洒、雾化、干撒、涂施、拌施、播撒或淋撒,这些方法的选择取决于所用目的和主要的环境,以及使用组合物控制上述类型的害虫。活性成分的典型浓度为0.1-1000ppm之间,优选0.1-500ppm。特别是在喷洒混合物时,活性成分浓度为50,100,150或200ppm。活性成分的施用率通常是1-2000克/公顷,特别是10-1000克/公顷,适宜的是20-600克/公顷,最好是300、400或450克/公顷。每颗树最好是用0.25、0.75、1.0至2.0克活性成分。
一种用在农作物保护方面的优选方法是施用到植物的叶上,通过改进施用频率和比率可避免前述害虫传染的危险。但是,还可用液体组合物浸润植物根生长区或将固体状活性成分混入植物根生长区,例如以颗粒的形式施到土壤中(土壤施用),活性成分可通过根系经内吸作用进到植物体内。
下面的例子是为了说明本发明,但本发明不局限这些例子(温度采用摄氏度)。

例B1:对棉褐带卷蛾(Adoxophyes reliculana)的活性
将产在沪纸上的棉褐带卷蛾卵短暂地浸入活性成分为400ppm的丙酮/水试验液中,试验溶液干后,将虫卵在陪氏培养皿中进行孵化,六天后,将其与未经处理过的对照批相比较测定卵孵化率(孵化率降低%)。
在此实验中,式(Ⅰ)化合物是十分有效的,特别是(Ⅰ)式中R为乙基时,化合物(Ⅰ)的活性超过80%。
例B2:对红肾园盾蚧(Aonidiella aurantii)的活性
使红肾园盾蚧幼虫在土豆块茎上繁殖,约两星期后,将实验用的土豆浸入含活性成分400ppm的水乳液喷洒混合物或悬浮液喷洒混合物中。土豆干后,在塑料容器中孵化虫卵。10-12周后,将处理过的种群的子代幼虫的存活率与未经处理的对照组进行对比以估算实验结果。在此实验里式(Ⅰ)化合物很有效,特别是式(Ⅰ)中R为乙基时,活性超过80%。
例B3对红肾园盾蚧的活性
使红肾园盾蚧的幼虫(Aonidiella aurantii crawlers)在柑桔切枝上繁殖,两星期后将活性成分为50ppm的水乳液混合物喷到切枝上,直到滴水叶尖,10-12周后,将处理过切枝上昆虫种群的子代幼虫的存活率与未经处理的对照组相对比以估算实验结果。
在此实验中,式(Ⅰ)化合物很有效,特别是式(Ⅰ)中R为乙基时,活性超过80%。
例B4:对木薯粉虱(Bemisia tabaci)的活性
将矮杆种豆科植物放入纱布笼内并使木薯粉虱的成虫在其上繁殖。产卵后将所有成虫移去,10天后在植株和蛹上喷洒活性成分为400ppm的水乳液喷洒混合物。再过14天后与未处理过的对照组相对比以估算卵的孵化百分率。在此实验中,化合物(Ⅰ)很有效,特别是式(Ⅰ)中R为乙基时,活性超过80%。
例B5:对木薯粉虱的活性
将矮种豆科植物放到纱布笼内并使木薯粉虱的成虫在上面繁殖。产卵后移去所有成虫,2天后对植株和蛹喷洒含活性成分为400ppm的水乳液喷洒混合物。再过10天,与未经和理的对照组相对比以估算卵孵化率。
在此实验中,式(Ⅰ)中化合物很有效,特别是式(Ⅰ)中R为乙基时,活性超过80%。
例B6对苹果小卷蛾(Cydia pomonella)的活性
将产在沪纸上的苹果小卷蛾的卵,短暂浸入活性成分为400ppm的丙酮/水溶液中,当实验溶液干后,将卵在陪氏培养皿中进行孵化。六天后,与未经处理的对照组相比较以估算百分孵化率。
此实验中,化合物(Ⅰ)很有效,特别是式(Ⅰ)中R为乙基时,活性超过80%。
Claims (21)
1、一种控制昆虫的方法,该方法包括施用一种杀虫组合物和至少一种辅剂(适合时)于昆虫或其环境,该组合物包括至少一种作为活性成分的下式的化合物:
式中R是乙基或丙基;其特征是控制属于 Homoptera 目 Aleyrodidae、Cicadelliae、Coccidae、Margarodidae 和 Psyllidae 科昆虫,属于 Homoptera 目 Diaspididae 科的 Asnidiella、Aspidiotus、Aulacaspis、Chrysomphalus、Lepidosaphes、Parlatoria、Pseudaulacaspis、Quadraspidiotus、Selenaspidus 和 Unaspis 属昆虫,属于 Homoptera 目 Pseudococcidae 科 Planococcus 属昆虫和属于 Lepidoptera 目 Gracilariidae、Lyonetiidae、Olethreutidae、Psychidae 和 Tortricidae科昆虫,但须完全对映体纯型和主要的对映体纯型的(2R,4S)-2-乙基-4-(4-苯氧基)苯氧甲基-1,3二氧杂(环戊烷)不包括在杀虫剂组合物中活性成分的范围内。

7、权利要求1,2和6中任何一项的方法控制的是Iccrya属昆虫。
8、权利要求1或2的方法控制的是Pseudococcidae科Plamococcus属、Psyllidae科Psylla属和Aleyrodidae科Trialeurodes与Bemisia属昆虫。
9、权利要求1或2的方法控制的是Olethreutidae科昆虫。
10、权利要求1,2和9中任何一项的方法控制的是Cydia和Laspeyresia属昆虫。
11、权利要求1或2的方法控制的是Tortricidae科昆虫。
12、权利要求1,2和11中任何一项的方法控制的是Adoxophyes、Paudemis、Cacoecia和Eulia属昆虫。
13、权利要求1或2的方法控制的是Lyonaliidae科昆虫。
14、权利要求1,2和13中任何一项的方法控制的是Leucoptera和Lyonetia属昆虫。
15、权利要求1或2的方法控制的是gracilariidae科昆虫。
16、权利要求1,2和15中任何一项的方法控制的是Lithocollelig属昆虫。
18、权利要求17的组合物,其中式(Ⅰ)化合物的R为乙基。
19、包括权利要求17所述的至少一种辅助剂的杀虫组合物的制备方法以,其特征为活性成分与辅助剂一起致密混合和/或研细。
21、用权利要求17的组合物于权利要求1的方法。
