本发明提出的一种竹制品防蛀处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将竹材切段,清洗,干燥,然后进行微波处理,得到预处理竹材;
S2、将预处理竹材置于石灰水中浸泡,清洗,然后置于防蛀液中浸泡,浸泡后沥干水分;
S3、将S2中处理得到的竹材进行热处理。
优选地,S1中,干燥工艺参数如下:干燥温度为50-60℃,干燥时间为1-1.5h。
优选地,S1中,微波处理过程如下:将干燥后的竹材在12-18KW微波功率下加热10-15min,然后在22-28KW微波功率下加热5-8min,再在60-70KW微波功率下加热1-2min。

本发明中先将竹材预热,再优化微波处理工艺,竹材不易开裂,且能有效破坏竹材中营养物质及消除竹制品本身带有的病菌及虫卵,有效防止霉变和虫蛀等现象,同时还改善了竹材的柔韧性及加工性能;再通过将预处理竹材置于石灰水中浸泡,清洗,然后置于防蛀液中浸泡,进一步消除竹制品本身带有的病菌及虫卵,并将竹材中经微波处理破坏的竹材中的营养物质溶出带走,进一步加强竹材防霉防蛀性能,再与之后的热处理工艺结合,防蛀液中有益成分有效渗入竹制品表面,且防蛀液附着性好,其中铜离子、锰离子与中草药提取液、竹醋液配合具有强化效果,杀虫防蛀防霉变效果稳定持久,同时改善竹制品气味及防止竹子表面变色,竹材柔韧性增强,性能稳定,有效延长竹制品使用寿命并能改善竹制品产品品质。

中草药提取液按以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将12份樟脑、3.5份使君子、8份苦楝叶、4份鱼腥草、6份薄荷、3.5份龙葵和10份柠檬皮清洗,粉碎后混合,加水煎煮5次,合并煎煮液,真空浓缩,与1.6份姜黄粉、0.8份薄荷香精混合,得到中草药提取液。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种竹制品防蛀处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将竹材切段,清洗,在60℃温度条件下干燥1h,然后将干燥后的竹材在18KW微波功率下加热10min,然后在28KW微波功率下加热5min,再在60KW微波功率下加热2min,得到预处理竹材;
S2、将预处理竹材置于石灰水中浸泡3h,清洗,然后置于防蛀液中,在35℃温度条件下浸泡1h,浸泡后沥干水分;
S3、将S2中处理得到的竹材升温至37℃,保温25min,然后以4℃/min的升温速率升温至62℃,保温6h,再以2℃/min的升温速率升温至85℃,保温3min,空冷至室温,静置3d。
其中,防蛀液的原料按重量份包括:石蜡乳液20份、氨基硅油15份、纳米凹凸棒土12份、氢氧化铜0.6份、高锰酸钾0.2份、明矾2份、中草药提取液2份、竹醋液10份、清水300份;
中草药提取液按以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份樟脑、2份使君子、10份苦楝叶、2份鱼腥草、8份薄荷、2份龙葵和12份柠檬皮清洗,粉碎后混合,加水煎煮6次,合并煎煮液,真空浓缩,与1份姜黄粉、1份薄荷香精混合,得到中草药提取液。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种竹制品防蛀处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将竹材切段,清洗,在56℃温度条件下干燥1.2h,然后将干燥后的竹材在15KW微波功率下加热12min,然后在25KW微波功率下加热5.5min,再在62KW微波功率下加热1.2min,得到预处理竹材;
S2、将预处理竹材置于石灰水中浸泡2.8h,清洗,然后置于防蛀液中,在34℃温度条件下浸泡1.2h,浸泡后沥干水分;
S3、将S2中处理得到的竹材升温至42℃,保温22min,然后以3.5℃/min的升温速率升温至66℃,保温7.5h,再以1.2℃/min的升温速率升温至82℃,保温3.5min,空冷至室温,静置2.5d。
其中,防蛀液的原料按重量份包括:石蜡乳液18份、氨基硅油18份、纳米凹凸棒土10份、氢氧化铜0.5份、高锰酸钾0.5份、明矾1.8份、中草药提取液3.5份、竹醋液8份、清水280份;
中草药提取液按以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将12份樟脑、5份使君子、10份苦楝叶、5份鱼腥草、6份薄荷、4份龙葵和10份柠檬皮清洗,粉碎后混合,加水煎煮6次,合并煎煮液,真空浓缩,与2份姜黄粉、1份薄荷香精混合,得到中草药提取液。

Claims (9)
1.一种竹制品防蛀处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将竹材切段,清洗,干燥,然后进行微波处理,得到预处理竹材;
S2、将预处理竹材置于石灰水中浸泡,清洗,然后置于防蛀液中浸泡,浸泡后沥干水分;
S3、将S2中处理得到的竹材进行热处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述竹制品防蛀处理方法,其特征在于,S1中,干燥工艺参数如下:干燥温度为50-60℃,干燥时间为1-1.5h。
3.根据权利要求1所述竹制品防蛀处理方法,其特征在于,S1中,微波处理过程如下:将干燥后的竹材在12-18KW微波功率下加热10-15min,然后在22-28KW微波功率下加热5-8min,再在60-70KW微波功率下加热1-2min。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述竹制品防蛀处理方法,其特征在于,S2中,将预处理竹材置于石灰水中浸泡2-3h,清洗,然后置于防蛀液中,在30-35℃温度条件下浸泡1-2h,浸泡后沥干水分。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述竹制品防蛀处理方法,其特征在于,S2中,防蛀液的原料按重量份包括:石蜡乳液10-20份、氨基硅油15-25份、纳米凹凸棒土6-12份、氢氧化铜0.2-0.6份、高锰酸钾0.2-0.6份、明矾1-2份、中草药提取液2-4份、竹醋液6-10份、清水200-300份。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述竹制品防蛀处理方法,其特征在于,中草药提取液按以下工艺进行制备:将樟脑、使君子、苦楝叶、鱼腥草、薄荷、龙葵和柠檬皮清洗,粉碎后混合,加水煎煮4-6次,合并煎煮液,真空浓缩,与姜黄粉、薄荷香精混合,得到中草药提取液。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述竹制品防蛀处理方法,其特征在于,中草药提取液按以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将8-15份樟脑、2-5份使君子、5-10份苦楝叶、2-6份鱼腥草、4-8份薄荷、2-5份龙葵和6-12份柠檬皮清洗,粉碎后混合,加水煎煮4-6次,合并煎煮液,真空浓缩,与1-2份姜黄粉、0.5-1份薄荷香精混合,得到中草药提取液。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述竹制品防蛀处理方法,其特征在于,将S2中处理得到的竹材升温至37-44℃,保温15-25min,然后以2-4℃/min的升温速率升温至62-68℃,保温6-8h,再以1-2℃/min的升温速率升温至80-85℃,保温3-5min,空冷至室温,静置1-3d。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述竹制品防蛀处理方法,其特征在于,将S2中处理得到的竹材升温至38-42℃,保温18-22min,然后以2.5-3.5℃/min的升温速率升温至64-66℃,保温6.5-7.5h,再以1.2-1.8℃/min的升温速率升温至82-84℃,保温3.5-4.5min,空冷至室温,静置1.5-2.5d。
