Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及二剂型毛发化妆品(two-agent type hair cosmetic)用双重结构气溶胶容器。更具体地,本发明涉及设置有对来源于二剂型毛发化妆品中包含的特定组分的有机酸具有优异的阻隔性的内袋(inner bag)、由此有效地防止外装容器(outer vessel)的内表面的腐蚀的二剂型毛发化妆品用双重结构气溶胶容器。
背景技术
如二剂型染发剂(hair dye)或二剂型毛发脱色剂(hair bleaching agent)等二剂型毛发化妆品由包含碱性组分的第一剂和包含过氧化氢的第二剂组成。第一剂的组分在贮存期间与氧接触时化学劣化,从而使染发功能下降。
第二剂包括包含过氧化氢作为主要成分的氧化性酸性组分。因此,用于容纳第二剂的内袋需要具有对通过由于用作氧化剂的过氧化氢的分解而生成的氧引起的内部膨胀压力的抵抗性。要解决的其它问题包括,当内容物中的过氧化氢透过内袋时可能发生的有效成分的消失。另外,当外装容器为金属制容器时,必要的是,防止外装容器的内表面因透过内袋的组分而引起腐蚀。
作为具有上述特征的这样的二剂型毛发化妆品用的包装容器,提供了双重结构气溶胶容器。双重结构气溶胶容器包括分别容纳第一剂和第二剂的内袋以及内袋收纳在其中的外装容器。例如,以下的专利文献1记载了通过连接两个双重结构气溶胶容器形成的二连式气溶胶容器。该双重结构气溶胶容器通过将填充有第一剂的内袋和填充有第二剂的另一内袋收纳在外装容器中来制备。该二连式气溶胶容器能够同时喷出第一剂和第二剂。该专利文献1中,作为收纳在外装容器中的内筒,提出了由通过将高分子类抗氧化剂与线性低密度聚乙烯混合而得到的合成树脂制成的内筒。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
如上所述,专利文献1的双重结构气溶胶容器包括由线性低密度聚乙烯制成的内袋,该内袋填充有二剂型毛发化妆品的第二剂。然后,将该内袋收纳在金属制外装容器中。然而,已经发现,该双重结构气溶胶容器涉及到当第二剂包含特定组分时在其外装容器的内表面上会经时发生腐蚀的问题。
因此,本发明的目的是提供双重结构气溶胶容器,其包括具有即使当内袋用二剂型毛发化妆品的包含过氧化氢同时包含特定组分的第二剂填充、然后在高温条件下贮存时也免于腐蚀的内表面的外装容器。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明提供二剂型毛发化妆品用双重结构气溶胶容器,其具有外装容器和收纳在外装容器内的内袋,其中所述内袋包括均由聚烯烃系树脂形成的内层和外层、以及由环状烯烃系共聚物或非结晶性聚酯树脂形成的中间层,并且所述二剂型毛发化妆品包括第二剂,所述第二剂包含过氧化氢作为主要成分并且包含有机酸和有机酸化合物中的至少一种。
本发明的双重结构气溶胶容器中优选的是:
1.非结晶性聚酯树脂为非结晶性的二醇改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯;
2.第二剂包含聚氧乙烯烷基醚;
3.有机酸和有机酸化合物中的有机酸为乙酸、甲酸和草酸中的至少一种;
4.内袋的厚度为300~700μm;
5.外装容器由铝制无缝罐制成;和
6.在外装容器与填充有第二剂的内袋之间的间隙中、在45℃下贮存6个月之后草酸的浓度为0.5ppm以下。
发明的效果
本发明中,用于至少容纳第二剂的内袋包括由环状烯烃系共聚物或非结晶性聚酯树脂形成的中间层,以及均由聚烯烃系树脂形成的内层和外层。结果,即使在45℃的高温条件下贮存6个月的情况下,也能够有效地防止有机酸的透过,因而,能够有效地防止外装容器的内表面的腐蚀。
该效果也通过下述实施例的结果证实。
在实施例中,制备填充有包括乙酸、甲酸和草酸的有机酸水溶液的内袋,将其紧密密封、并且在45℃下贮存6个月。当内袋具有线性低密度聚乙烯的单层结构(比较例1和2)时,大量的乙酸透过内袋。相对地,当内袋具有环状烯烃系共聚物或非结晶性聚酯树脂的中间层同时具有线性低密度聚乙烯的内层和外层(实施例1和2)时,与由线性低密度聚乙烯的单一层组成的内袋相比,透过内袋的乙酸的量显著减少。
可选地,通过用包含过氧化氢和聚氧乙烯烷基醚的第二剂填充内袋、紧密密封内袋、并且将内袋收纳在铝制外装容器中来制备本发明的双重结构气溶胶容器。在其中将双重结构气溶胶容器在45℃下贮存6个月的情况下,透过内袋的草酸的浓度为0.5ppm以下(实施例1中:0.3ppm,和实施例2中:0.2ppm),而在比较例1和2中,透过内袋的草酸的量为1.6ppm。显然在实施例1和2中,草酸的透过量显著减少,表明腐蚀未发生。

具体实施方式
如上所述,作为对双重结构气溶胶容器的外装容器的敏锐研究的结果,本发明人发现了,腐蚀因第二剂中包含的如乙酸、甲酸和草酸等有机酸而引起,并且发现了有机酸的透过可以通过将环状烯烃系共聚物或非结晶性聚酯树脂用于内袋的中间层而防止。
具体地,认为是腐蚀性物质的有机酸如草酸不限于从制备时起第二剂中就包含的有机酸。当第二剂中包含聚氧乙烯烷基醚系表面活性剂时,聚氧乙烯烷基醚可以在以下示出的反应中通过过氧化氢的活性氧生成乙二醇作为中间体。由于该反应,由聚氧乙烯烷基醚和乙二醇最终也可以生成乙酸、甲酸和草酸。结果,认为第二剂中包含的包括乙酸、甲酸和草酸的有机酸的量与制备时相比可能增加。
本发明中的有机酸表示第二剂中从制备时就包含的有机酸还有经时生成的有机酸二者。
因由第二剂生成的如乙酸、甲酸和草酸等有机酸引起的外装容器的腐蚀的机理推测如下。
具体地,由第二剂生成的乙酸、甲酸和草酸可以透过由线性低密度聚乙烯的单一层构成的内袋,从而到达外装容器的内表面和内袋的外表面之间的间隙,于是会附着至外装容器的内表面上的涂膜。类似地,通过内袋的过氧化氢透过外装容器的内表面上的涂膜,由此涂膜的密合性劣化。因此,认为过氧化氢促进有机酸透过涂膜,由此有机酸到达外装容器的金属从而发生腐蚀。
通过下述实施例中的结果还阐明的是,与乙酸和甲酸相比,草酸透过量更少。然而,仅草酸可以与构成外装容器的铝形成螯合物,并且可以在腐蚀部位作为草酸铝四水合物残留。
(内袋)
本发明的重要特征是将环状烯烃系共聚物或非结晶性聚酯树脂用于构成内袋的中间层。此外,聚烯烃系树脂用作内层和外层。
[中间层]
可以用于本发明的中间层的环状烯烃系共聚物(COC)的实例为烯烃和环状烯烃的非结晶性或低结晶性共聚物。
对于烯烃,优选使用乙烯,并且如丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、3-甲基-1-戊烯和1-癸烯等具有3~20的碳数的α-烯烃也单独使用或者以与乙烯的组合来使用。
环状烯烃的代表性典型实例是具有烯键式不饱和键和双环的脂肪族烃化合物(例如,环己烯)。除此之外,环己烯环的内部具有桥联基团(例如,亚甲基或亚乙基)的双环、和包含具有双环和进一步结合至双环的脂肪族环的多环结构的脂肪族烃也是优选的。特别地,优选具有双环[2,2,1]庚-2-烯骨架的烃化合物。
优选用作本发明的中间层用非结晶性聚酯树脂的实例是具有对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯单元和少量的共聚酯单元的非结晶性聚酯树脂。
用于形成共聚酯的可共聚组分的实例包括:二羧酸组分如间苯二甲酸,对-β-氧代乙氧基苯甲酸,萘2,6-二羧酸,二苯氧基乙烷-4,4'-二羧酸,5-磺基间苯二甲酸钠,己二酸,癸二酸,或其烷基酯衍生物;和二醇组分如丙二醇,1,4-丁二醇,新戊二醇,1,6-己二醇,环己烷二甲醇,双酚A的环氧乙烷加成物,二甘醇和三甘醇。
本发明中,特别优选非结晶性二醇改性的聚酯。在二醇改性的聚酯中,二醇组分中的10~50mol%是用于改性的二醇。特别地,可以优选使用其中全部二醇组分中的10~50mol%是环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)的非结晶性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PETG)。
[内层和外层]
构成内层和外层的聚烯烃系树脂的实例包括低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、线性超低密度聚乙烯(LVLDPE)、全同立构或间同立构聚丙烯(PP)、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、聚丁烯-1、乙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、丙烯-丁烯-1共聚物和乙烯-丙烯-丁烯-1共聚物。其中,特别是从耐应力开裂性的观点看,可优选使用线性低密度聚乙烯。
可优选使用的线性低密度聚乙烯的熔体流动速率(ASTM D1238,190℃下)在0.1~3g/10分钟的范围内,并且密度在0.91~0.94g/cm3的范围内。
[粘合层]
优选设置粘合层,这是因为前述的环状烯烃系共聚物和非结晶性聚酯树脂对构成内层和外层的聚烯烃系树脂具有差的粘合性。
当中间层由环状烯烃系共聚物形成时,从提高经时后环状烯烃和粘合剂树脂之间的剥离强度的观点看,构成粘合层的粘合剂树脂的优选实施方案在下面描述,但不限于此:主要成分为(i)聚乙烯的酸改性产物或(ii)通过将乙烯与基于树脂为4~20mol%、特别是10~20mol%的量的α-烯烃共聚而得到的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的酸改性产物;并且粘合剂树脂的总密度为大于0.880g/cm3且小于0.940g/cm3,特别优选地,0.910g/cm3以下。
优选使用的聚乙烯的熔体流动速率(ASTM D1238,190℃下)在0.4~30g/10分钟的范围内,特别是在1~20g/10分钟的范围内。
优选使用的α-烯烃可以是具有4~8的碳数的α-烯烃,如丁烯-1、戊烯-1、己烯-1、辛烯-1和4-甲基戊烯-1。该共聚物的具体实例包括乙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、乙烯-戊烯-1共聚物、乙烯-己烯-1共聚物、乙烯-辛烯-1共聚物、和乙烯-4-甲基戊烯-1共聚物。这些可以单独使用或者作为其两种以上的共混物来使用。
在α-烯烃的共聚比和密度作为整体落在前述范围内的条件下,线性低密度聚乙烯可以作为与普通的线性中-或高-密度聚乙烯的共混物来使用。
对于前述的聚乙烯或乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的酸改性产物,特别优选的是,使用通过将不饱和羧酸或其酸酐接枝到聚乙烯或乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物上制备的接枝共聚物。
不饱和羧酸及其酸酐的实例包括:单羧酸,如丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸;多元羧酸,如马来酸、富马酸和衣康酸;多元羧酸酐,如马来酸酐、衣康酸酐和降冰片烯-2,3-二羧酸酐;和多元羧酸的单酯,如马来酸单甲酯、马来酸单乙酯和马来酸单异丁酯。其中,优选马来酸酐。
不饱和羧酸及其酸酐的接枝量优选在0.1~5重量%的范围内,特别优选在0.1~2重量%的范围内。如果接枝量超过前述的范围,则粘合强度趋向于降低。
粘合剂树脂的熔体流动速率(ASTM D1238,190℃下)优选在0.4~30g/10分钟的范围内,特别是在1~20g/10分钟的范围内。
当非结晶性聚酯树脂用于中间层时,对聚酯树脂和聚烯烃系树脂二者具有粘合性的公知的树脂可以用作该粘合树脂。此类公知的树脂的实例包括乙烯-α-烯烃共聚树脂及其酸改性树脂,聚烯烃系树脂的酸改性树脂,和包含缩水甘油基的树脂。这些可以单独使用或者作为其两种以上的共混树脂来使用。
乙烯与α-烯烃的共聚形态没有特别地限制,而可以是任意的无规、嵌段和接枝等共聚形态。通常地通过接枝如丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、马来酸、富马酸、衣康酸和巴豆酸等不饱和羧酸或其酸酐来进行酸改性。
还可以将粘合赋予剂共混至聚烯烃系树脂如低密度聚乙烯中,由此制备粘合树脂。粘合赋予剂的实例包括松香系树脂、萜烯系树脂和石油树脂。这些可以单独或作为两种以上的组合共混至粘合树脂层2中。
[层构成]
本发明的双重结构气溶胶容器的内袋的层构成没有特别地限制,只要其具有由聚烯烃系树脂形成的内层和外层以及由前述的环状烯烃系共聚物或非结晶性聚酯树脂形成的中间层即可。本发明不排除进一步设置例如包含像废料树脂等回用料树脂的含回用料树脂的中间层,和由耐冲击性优异的尼龙等形成的层等任意的传统公知的层的可能性,尽管这些不是必要组件。
优选地,可以使用如图1中所示的以下层构成:线性低密度聚乙烯内层1/粘合层2a/包含环状烯烃系共聚物或非结晶性聚酯树脂的中间层3/粘合层2b/线性低密度聚乙烯外层4。
本发明中,各层的厚度没有特别地限制。优选地,内层和外层各自的厚度在60~350μm的范围内。当由环状烯烃系共聚物形成的层用作中间层时,中间层的厚度优选在10~70μm的范围内。当由非结晶性聚酯树脂形成的层用作中间层时,中间层的厚度在10~70μm的范围内。在此类情况下,内袋的主体部的厚度(总厚度)优选在300~700μm的范围内。
本发明的双重结构气溶胶容器用的内袋优选使用具有前述层压结构的型坯通过本身公知的熔融成形法来成形。例如,内袋可以通过包括以下步骤的所谓的直接吹塑成形来制造:将具有多层结构的型坯熔融挤出,将该型坯放于对开式模具内,并且向其内部吹入流体从而使型坯膨胀。在制造多层挤出成形体时,可以使用本身公知的共挤出成形法。例如,可以通过使用对应于树脂的种类的数量的挤出机并且使用多层多重模头(multilayermultiple die)以进行挤出成形来施行该方法。
可选地,具有前述的层压结构的层压片可以通过通常的方法成形,将其堆叠在另一个之上并且热密封,从而成形为袋形状。
(双重结构气溶胶容器)
本发明中,前述内袋可以用于传统用于二剂型毛发化妆品的公知的双重结构气溶胶容器。
双重结构气溶胶容器的实例为如下双重结构气溶胶容器,其能够通过包括如氮气等非活性气体的喷射剂而同时喷出两剂,并且具有:分别填充有二剂型毛发化妆品的第一剂和第二剂、且被收纳在像金属罐等外装容器内的两个内袋;和具有喷出机构并且使双重结构气溶胶容器与其合在一起的盖。可选地实例是通过连接两个收纳填充有第一剂的内袋和填充有第二剂的另一内袋各自的双重结构气溶胶容器而形成的二连式双重结构气溶胶容器。本发明中,特别优选二连式双重结构气溶胶容器。
图2和3解释了二连式双重结构气溶胶容器。图2示出填充有第一剂和第二剂各自的双重结构气溶胶容器。图3示出通过连接两个如图2中示出的双重结构气溶胶容器而形成的二连式双重结构气溶胶容器。
如图2中所示,表示为10的双重结构气溶胶容器作为整体具有通过将内袋11收纳于如金属罐等外装容器12内而形成的双重结构。在将阀13安装在内袋11的开口部之后,将内袋11插入外装容器12中,随后将内袋11和外装容器12之间的间隙用包括如氮气等非活性气体的喷射剂填充,并且外装容器12和内袋11的开口部用阀13合在一起。
进一步,如图3中所示,二连式双重结构气溶胶容器20包括一对具有如图2中所示的构成的双重结构气溶胶容器10a和10b,双重结构气溶胶容器10a和10b与具有喷出口15的外盖16一体化,所述喷出口15连接至这些双重结构气溶胶容器10a和10b的阀13a、13b并且能够同时喷出填充于内袋11a、11b中的材料。
该二连式双重结构气溶胶容器中,第一剂和第二剂独立地被容纳在单独的外装容器内,由此易于诸如用内容物填充等的操作。另外,将两剂以恒定的比率同时喷出和混合。结果,使用者可以容易地通过单触式操作(one-touch operation)使用容器。
如上所述,由于本发明的内袋具有优异的对有机酸和过氧化氢的阻隔性,所以内袋可以特别优选地用于包含聚氧乙烯烷基醚的第二剂,并且也可以用包含碱性组分的第一剂填充。
此外,在前述二连式双重结构气溶胶容器中,由于填充有第一剂和第二剂的各内袋被收纳在单独的金属制外装容器内,待用第一剂填充的内袋可以包括聚烯烃系树脂的单一层。这可以提供经济上的其它优势。
对于双重结构气溶胶容器的外装容器,可以使用由包括铝等的轻金属板或任意类型的表面处理钢板形成的传统使用的金属制容器。本发明中,优选使用铝制容器,这是因为虽然特别是由于有机酸引起的轻金属的腐蚀是严重的,但是即使当外装容器由包括铝等的轻金属板形成时也可以防止或控制腐蚀。
金属制容器优选为无缝罐如拉深减薄罐,尽管可以使用任何传统公知的金属制容器如焊接罐(weld cans)而没有任何特别的限定。
外装容器的内表面优选被覆有诸如环氧-酚醛系涂料和聚酯涂料等传统公知的涂料的涂膜,还优选被覆有聚酯树脂。
本发明的双重结构气溶胶容器可以容纳传统公知的二剂型毛发化妆品而没有特别的限定,其中二剂型毛发化妆品由包含碱性组分作为主要成分的第一剂和包含过氧化氢作为主要成分的第二剂构成。二剂型毛发化妆品的实例包括二剂型染发剂和二剂型毛发脱色剂,尽管本发明不限于这些实例。
二剂型毛发化妆品的含碱性组分的第一剂包含如氨、苯二胺类和氨基苯酚类等氧化染料中间体,以及如4-硝基-邻苯二胺和1,4-二氨基蒽醌等直接染料。
包括氧化性酸性组分的第二剂可以是包含作为氧化剂的过氧化氢、如柠檬酸和EDTA等金属封闭剂、以及pH调节剂等的传统公知的第二剂。传统公知的第二剂可以包含乙酸、甲酸和草酸中的至少一种。特别地,本发明具有对可产生有机酸、特别是草酸的聚氧乙烯烷基醚的优异的耐腐蚀性的优点,因而优选用于容纳包含聚氧乙烯烷基醚的第二剂。
实施例:
(实施例1和2)
将通过挤出成形制备的多层型坯在模具中熔喷成形,由此制造具有以下层构成的多层瓶:从最内侧起依次为线性低密度聚乙烯层/粘合层/中间层/粘合层/线性低密度聚乙烯层。将该多层瓶的嘴部切断,从而得到气溶胶容器用内袋。该内袋的容积为45ml。
对于该内袋,通过下述的方法测量有机酸和第二剂的透过量,并且通过使用第二剂进行腐蚀性试验。结果示于表1中。
下面示出实施例1和2中制备的内袋的材料和层构成的细节。
实施例1

(比较例1和2)
将线性低密度聚乙烯挤出以得到型坯,然后在模具中熔喷成形,从而制备单层瓶。将该单层瓶的嘴部切断,从而得到气溶胶容器用内袋。该内袋的容积为45ml,内袋的主体部的厚度为560μm。
对于该内袋,通过下述的方法测量有机酸和第二剂的透过量,并且通过使用第二剂进行腐蚀性试验。结果示于表1中。
比较例1和2中制备的内袋的材料如下。

(有机酸透过试验)
在实施例1、2和比较例1、2中制备的各内袋中,导入分别包含500ppm乙酸、500ppm甲酸或100ppm草酸的10g有机酸水溶液。在将内袋热密封并且洗涤其外表面之后,将内袋进行自然干燥,从而制备实施例和比较例各自的2个内袋样品。
在将2个内袋样品和60ml超纯水导入玻璃瓶之后,将该瓶加盖并且在45℃的环境下贮存6个月。之后,将玻璃瓶中的水通过离子色谱进行有机酸量的测量。离子色谱的测量条件如下。

(草酸透过试验)
上述有机酸透过试验中,草酸的透过量低于检测限,因而,对草酸进行另外的透过试验。
在将实施例1、2和比较例1、2中制备的各内袋的开口部由喷出用阀装填之后,将内袋插入容积为70ml的铝DI罐,并且内袋和铝DI罐之间的间隙用N2气体在0.3MPa的压力下填充。之后,将口部通过弯边紧密密封,并且通过阀用40g包含过氧化氢和聚氧乙烯(POE)烷基醚的第二剂填充内袋,由此得到填充有第二剂的气溶胶容器。
将该填充有第二剂的气溶胶容器在45℃的环境下贮存6个月。之后,将铝DI罐的侧面刺穿,借此将超纯水以第二剂含量的25质量%的量导入。将内袋的外表面和铝DI罐的内表面振荡洗涤,并且在洗涤的水中的草酸浓度通过离子色谱测量。离子色谱的测量在与有机酸透过试验中相同的条件下进行。
(腐蚀性试验)
将在前述的填充有第二剂的气溶胶容器于45℃的环境下贮存6个月之后的铝DI罐打开,从而通过使用立体显微镜对在铝DI罐的内表面上因腐蚀引起的金属表面的腐蚀点数计数。

产业上的可利用性
在常规技术中,当二剂型毛发化妆品用第二剂中包含聚氧乙烯烷基醚时,外装容器的内表面的腐蚀是显著的。本发明的双重结构气溶胶容器能够有效地防止这样的腐蚀,因而,它可以优选用于具有包含聚氧乙烯烷基醚同时包含过氧化氢的第二剂的二剂型毛发化妆品。

Claims (6)
1.一种二剂型毛发化妆品用双重结构气溶胶容器,其具有外装容器和收纳在所述外装容器内的内袋,其中
所述内袋包括均由聚烯烃系树脂形成的内层和外层以及由二醇改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯形成的中间层,并且
所述二剂型毛发化妆品包括第二剂,所述第二剂包含过氧化氢作为主要成分并且包含有机酸和有机酸化合物中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双重结构气溶胶容器,其中所述第二剂包含聚氧乙烯烷基醚。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双重结构气溶胶容器,其中所述有机酸和所述有机酸化合物中的有机酸为乙酸、甲酸和草酸中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的双重结构气溶胶容器,其中所述内袋的厚度为300~700μm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的双重结构气溶胶容器,其中所述外装容器由铝制无缝罐制成。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的双重结构气溶胶容器,其中在所述外装容器与填充有所述第二剂的内袋之间的间隙中、在45℃下贮存6个月之后草酸的浓度为0.5ppm以下。
