Abstract
本发明属于轧制润滑技术领域,具体涉及一种用于钛及钛合金板带轧制的润滑剂。该润滑剂由下述物质按质量百分比构成:机油70.0%‑75.0%、牛油5.0%‑10.0%、复合乳化剂2.0%‑4.0%、氟化石墨烯0.05%‑0.1%、抗氧剂0.1%‑0.5%、油性剂0.5%‑1.0%、消泡剂0.01%‑0.05%、极压剂0.5%‑1.0%、防锈剂0.5%‑1.5%、余量为水。本发明是在传统轧制润滑剂的基础上,将纳米技术应用其中,并结合卤素元素可与钛形成层状结构化合物的特点而制备的。该润滑剂具有低能耗、耐高温的特性,改善了加工过程中的粘辊现象,延长了轧辊的使用寿命,提高了板面质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于轧制润滑技术领域,具体涉及一种用于钛及钛合金板带轧制的润滑剂。
背景技术
金属钛作为一种稀有金属,具有质量轻、比强度大、耐腐蚀等特性,是优质的耐蚀轻型结构材料、新型的功能材料和重要的生物工程材料,这些优点使钛被称为继钢铁、铝之后崛起的“第三金属”和“战略金属”。钛及钛合金加工材广泛应用于石油化工、航空航天、体育用品、舰船、核电及其他行业,其中板材应用最为广泛,约占钛材总消耗量的50%。
轧制工艺润滑可以减小轧制过程中轧辊与轧件的摩擦系数;降低轧制力、提高轧制能力;减少轧辊消耗,提高作业率;减少轧制过程二次氧化铁皮的生成,改善轧后的表面质量。
钛的表面通常牢固地覆盖着氧化膜TiO2,这层氧化膜特别脆,在塑形变形过程中极易破裂,从而使新鲜的钛金属裸露而与工模具表面直接接触,造成了钛材加工时易与工模具粘着。由于这层氧化膜的存在,钛的摩擦系数与磨损量与钢相比并不很大。鉴于钛具有极易粘着工具工模具的性质,在钛材轧制过程中,应选择有效的润滑剂和润滑方法。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于钛及钛合金板带轧制的润滑剂,该润滑剂由下述物质按质量百分比构成:机油70.0%-75.0%、牛油5.0%-10.0%、复合乳化剂2.0%-4.0%、氟化石墨烯0.05%-0.1%、抗氧剂0.1%-0.5%、油性剂0.5%-1.0%、消泡剂0.01%-0.05%、极压剂0.5%-1.0%、防锈剂0.5%-1.5%、余量为水。
进一步地,所述复合乳化剂为Span-80和Tween-80系列乳化剂按1:1复配制得的。
进一步地,所述氟化石墨烯是将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和氟化石墨混合,利用异丙醇作为分散剂,通过球磨的方法剥离制备得到的。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂为2,6二叔丁基对甲酚T501。
进一步地,所述油性剂为高级脂肪醇和高级脂肪酸的混合物。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为甲基硅油T901、丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T911的一种或两种。

本发明是在传统轧制润滑剂的基础上,将纳米技术应用其中,并结合卤素元素可与钛形成层状结构化合物的特点而制备的。该润滑剂具有低能耗、耐高温的特性,改善了加工过程中的粘辊现象,延长了轧辊的使用寿命,提高了板面质量。

具体实施方式
以下实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是限制本发明的范围。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对本发明进行的等同修改和替代也都在本发明的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
步骤1:将350.0g机油与50.0g牛油加入到反应釜中,加温到55~65℃,开动搅拌器控制转速为60r/min;
步骤2:再将15.0g复合乳化剂(Span-80和Tween-80系列乳化剂按1:1配制)、0.25g氟化石墨烯、1.0g 2,6二叔丁基对甲酚、2.5g高级脂肪酸、0.25g甲基硅油、2.5g磷酸三甲酚、2.5g三乙醇胺和76.0g水依次加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,连续搅拌2-3小时并降温至常温。
实施例2
步骤1:将350.0g机油与50.0g牛油加入到反应釜中,加温到55~65℃,开动搅拌器控制转速为60r/min;
步骤2:再将15.0g复合乳化剂(Span-80和Tween-80系列乳化剂按1:1配制)、0.5g氟化石墨烯、1.0g 2,6二叔丁基对甲酚、2.5g高级脂肪酸、0.25g甲基硅油、2.5g磷酸三甲酚、2.5g三乙醇胺和75.75g水依次加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,连续搅拌2-3小时并降温至常温。
实施例1-2中所制备的润滑剂摩擦磨损特性试验在UMT-2MT摩擦试验机上完成,采用球-平面接触,往复滑动方式。上试样为GCr15钢球,直径Φ4mm;下试样材料为钛合金TC11,试样磨削加工,表面粗糙度Ra=1.6μm,试验前上下试样均用乙醇进行清洗。试验载荷30N,主轴转速500r/min,试验温度600℃,试验时间30min。试验润滑条件分别为干摩擦(不添加任何润滑剂)及添加实施例1-2中所制备的润滑剂。
图1为试验在干摩擦(不添加任何润滑剂)及添加实施例1-2中所制备的润滑剂条件下,所测得的摩擦系数曲线图。如图所示,在添加本发明制备的润滑剂后,摩擦系数较干摩擦条件下分别降低了17%和22%。综上所述,本发明提供的润滑剂具有良好的润滑性能。
以上所述的实施例,只是本发明较优选的具体实施方式的一种,本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都应包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于钛及钛合金板带轧制的润滑剂,其特征在于,采用机油和牛油为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成如下:机油70.0%-75.0%、牛油5.0%-10.0%、复合乳化剂2.0%-4.0%、氟化石墨烯0.05%-0.1%、抗氧剂0.1%-0.5%、油性剂0.5%-1.0%、消泡剂0.01%-0.05%、极压剂0.5%-1.0%、防锈剂0.5%-1.5%、余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于钛及钛合金板带轧制的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述复合乳化剂为Span-80和Tween-80系列乳化剂按1:1复配制得的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于钛及钛合金板带轧制的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述氟化石墨烯是将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和氟化石墨混合,利用异丙醇作为分散剂,通过球磨的方法剥离制备得到的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于钛及钛合金板带轧制的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2,6二叔丁基对甲酚T501。
