本发明公开了一种用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液,其由以下重量份的原料制备而成:中性机油75~85份、棕桐油5~7份、硫化蓖麻油1~2份、乳化剂2‑10份、油酸3~4份、石油磺酸钠1~3份、极压剂2~3份、防锈剂3~6份。采用本发明的乳化液,能够在高温钛板与轧辊之间形成了一层稳定的轧制油膜,大大降低了钛板与轧辊之间的摩擦力,使得钛板表面质量好,轧制过程稳定,板型平直。

技术领域
本发明涉及钛板生产领域,尤其涉及一种用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液。
背景技术
随着科学技术水平的发展,尖端科学技术对金属材料提出了越来越高的要求。例如航空和宇航,核反应堆对金属材料的要求特别严格,这就要求研制耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、高强度、耐疲劳而重量又轻的金属材料。钛和钛合金与其它结构金属相比具有比强度高、耐腐蚀性强、高低温性能良好及较高的疲劳抗力等显著优点,已经广泛应用于航空航天、化工、造船、海洋、汽车、兵器、建筑等工业领域,而且应用的范围和规模正在逐步扩大。
钛与其他金属比较,Ti与Fe界面粘着能大于各金属内部结合能,因此当Fe、Ti表面紧密接触并发生相对运动时,断裂将发生于Ti基体较深层处,钛及其合金塑性变形以及机械加工时容易发生粘着现象。因此,采用现有的冷轧设备生产钛板时,容易发生粘辊现象,降低钛板的表面质量,同时降低板材的平直度,加工精度等。一种较为有效的方式是在冷轧过程之中通入专用润滑油;但一般的钢轧制油直接应用于钛板生产效果不好,故需要研发一种特殊的适用于钛板冷轧的润滑乳液。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液,其能显著提升钛板的表面质量。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于工业纯钛板榨汁的乳化液,其由以下重量份的原料制备而成:中性机油75~85份、棕桐油5~7份、硫化蓖麻油1~2份、乳化剂2-10份、油酸3~4份、石油磺酸钠1~3份、极压剂2~3份、防锈剂3~6份。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述乳化剂选用Span60和Tween60的混合物;且Span60与Tween60的用量比为(1-3):(1-4)。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述防锈剂选用三乙醇胺和苯并三氮唑的混合物;其中,三乙醇胺为2~3份,苯并三氮唑为1~3份。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述极压剂选用磷酸三甲酚酯、月桂酸磷酸酯中的一种或两种。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述极压剂选用磷酸三甲酚酯。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述石油磺酸钠为活性物为10-12%的石油磺酸钠。
相应的,本发明还提供了一种上述的用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液的制备方法,其包括:
(1)将防锈剂加入反应反应釜中,搅拌并加热至40~65℃,冷却至室温,得到混合物A;
(2)将中性机油、棕榈油、硫化蓖麻油、极压剂、石油磺酸钠依次加入反应釜,边搅拌边加热至温度为90~110℃;当温度达到后,恒温搅拌25~40分钟;继续搅拌并降温至80~95℃;
(3)加入复合乳化剂,恒温搅拌20~40分钟,继续搅拌并降温至35~50℃;
(4)加入混合物A和油酸,继续搅拌并冷却至室温,带液体由浑浊变为透明后,即得到用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液成品。
作为上述技术方案的改进,步骤(1)中,加热后温度为60℃,搅拌速率为120~150rpm。
作为上述技术方案的改进,步骤(2)中,加热后温度为100℃,降温后,温度为90℃;搅拌速率为120~150rpm。
作为上述技术方案的改进,步骤(3)中,降温后,温度为40℃;恒温搅拌时间为25分钟。
实施本发明,具有如下有益效果:
本发明中的乳化液,可直接应用于钛板冷轧过程之中,其能在高温钛板与轧辊之间形成了一层稳定的轧制油膜,大大降低了钛板与轧辊之间的摩擦力,使得钛板表面质量好,轧制过程稳定,板型平直,厚度控制精度高。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
在现有技术中,钛板轧制过程中容易发生粘辊现象,导致钛板表面质量降低。而由于钢板轧制温度较钛板低,界面不同,导致钢板轧制润滑油无法直接应用于钛板冷轧过程之中。为此,本发明提供了一种可用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液,具体的,是应用于钛板冷轧过程之中的润滑乳液。其由以下重量份的原料制备而成:中性机油75~85份、棕桐油5~7份、硫化蓖麻油1~2份、乳化剂2-10份、油酸3~4份、石油磺酸钠1~3份、极压剂2~3份、防锈剂3~6份。
具体的,乳化剂选用Span60和Tween60的混合物;且Span 60与Tween60的用量比为(1-3):(1-4)。优选的,Span 60与Tween 60的用量比为1:1-1.5。
具体的,防锈剂选用三乙醇胺和苯并三氮唑的混合物;其中,三乙醇胺为2~3份,苯并三氮唑为1~3份。
具体的,极压剂选用磷酸三甲酚酯、月桂酸磷酸酯中的一种或两种。优选的,极压剂选用磷酸三甲酚酯。
优选的,石油磺酸钠为活性物为10-12%的石油磺酸钠。
相应的,本发明还公开了上述乳化液的制备方法,包括:
(1)将防锈剂加入反应反应釜中,搅拌并加热至40~65℃,冷却至室温,得到混合物A;其中,搅拌速率为120~150rpm,加热后温度为60℃。
(2)将中性机油、棕榈油、硫化蓖麻油、极压剂、石油磺酸钠依次加入反应釜,边搅拌边加热至温度为90~110℃;当温度达到后,恒温搅拌25~40分钟;继续搅拌并降温至80~95℃;其中,加热后温度为100℃,搅拌速率为120~150rpm,降温后温度为90℃。
(3)加入复合乳化剂,恒温搅拌20~40分钟,继续搅拌并降温至35~50℃;其中,恒温搅拌时间为25min,降温后温度为40℃。
(4)加入混合物A和油酸,继续搅拌并冷却至室温,带液体由浑浊变为透明后,即得到用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液成品。
下面以具体实施例进行对本发明进行说明:
实施例1
乳化液配方为:
中性机油75份,棕榈油6.5份,硫化蓖麻油2份,SPAN 60 2.5份,Tween 602份,油酸3.5份,三乙醇胺2份,活性物为11%的石油磺酸钠1.5份,磷酸三甲酚酯2.5份,苯并三氮唑2.5份。
制备方法为:
(1)将苯并三氮哇和三乙醇胺放入转速为120转/分的反应釜中,边搅拌边加热至60℃,停止加热,继续搅拌至温度冷却到室温,得到混合物,装入油桶;
(2)将中性机油、棕搁油、硫化蓖麻油、磷酸三甲酚酯、石油磺酸钠依次加入,在转速130转/分钟的反应釜中边搅拌边加热至100℃,当温度到达100℃后,保持100℃恒温且搅拌25min,然后继续搅拌且降温至90℃;
(3)当温度降至90℃时,加入span60和tween60,保持90℃恒温且搅拌25min,然后降温至40℃;
(4)加入第一步所得的混合物和油酸,继续搅拌,冷却至室温,待液体由浑浊变透明后,即得到用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液成品。
实施例2
乳化液配方为:
中性机油82份,棕榈油6份,硫化蓖麻油1.5份,SPAN 60 2份,Tween 603.5份,油酸3.5份,三乙醇胺2.4份,活性物为12%的石油磺酸钠2.8份,磷酸三甲酚酯2.2份,苯并三氮唑1.7份。
制备方法为:
(1)将苯并三氮哇和三乙醇胺放入转速为120转/分的反应釜中,边搅拌边加热至60℃,停止加热,继续搅拌至温度冷却到室温,得到混合物,装入油桶;
(2)将中性机油、棕搁油、硫化蓖麻油、磷酸三甲酚酯、石油磺酸钠依次加入,在转速130转/分钟的反应釜中边搅拌边加热至100℃,当温度到达100℃后,保持100℃恒温且搅拌25min,然后继续搅拌且降温至90℃;
(3)当温度降至90℃时,加入span60和tween60,保持90℃恒温且搅拌25min,然后降温至40℃;
(4)加入第一步所得的混合物和油酸,继续搅拌,冷却至室温,待液体由浑浊变透明后,即得到用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液成品。
采用实施例1、实施例2中的乳化液进行润滑冷轧钛板,生产钛板1000件;并在不润滑的情况下生产钛板1000件,作为对比组,并对钛板缺陷进行统计:

3.如权利要求1所述的用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选用三乙醇胺和苯并三氮唑的混合物;其中,三乙醇胺为2~3份,苯并三氮唑为1~3份。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液,其特征在于,所述极压剂选用磷酸三甲酚酯、月桂酸磷酸酯中的一种或两种。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液,其特征在于,所述极压剂选用磷酸三甲酚酯。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液,其特征在于,所述石油磺酸钠为活性物为10-12%的石油磺酸钠。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)将防锈剂加入反应反应釜中,搅拌并加热至40~65℃,冷却至室温,得到混合物A;
(2)将中性机油、棕榈油、硫化蓖麻油、极压剂、石油磺酸钠依次加入反应釜,边搅拌边加热至温度为90~110℃;当温度达到后,恒温搅拌25~40分钟;继续搅拌并降温至80~95℃;
(3)加入复合乳化剂,恒温搅拌20~40分钟,继续搅拌并降温至35~50℃;
(4)加入混合物A和油酸,继续搅拌并冷却至室温,带液体由浑浊变为透明后,即得到用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液成品。
8.如权利要求7所述的用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,加热后温度为60℃,搅拌速率为120~150rpm。
9.如权利要求7所述的用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,加热后温度为100℃,降温后,温度为90℃;搅拌速率为120~150rpm。
10.如权利要求7所述的用于工业纯钛板轧制的乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,降温后,温度为40℃;恒温搅拌时间为25分钟。
