本发明属于金属切削加工技术领域。本发明的技术方案为:金属切削用环保合成切削液,由以下质量份的原料组成:癸二酸2.5~3.5,三乙醇胺5~7,苯甲酸钠1~3,磺化蓖麻油4~8,聚醚3~5,聚乙二醇4~6,碳酸钠1~3,甘油3~5,苯并三氮唑0.1~0.3,消泡剂0.1~0.3,异噻唑啉酮0.5~0.8,荧光绿0.02~0.05,去离子水64~68。本发明的有益效果是,不仅润滑性能好,减少切削热和切削力,从而提高工件表面的光洁度,而且能迅速降低切削温度,减少刀具和工件的热变形,保持刀具硬度,提高加工精度和刀具耐用度,延长刀具使用周期。

技术领域
本发明属于金属切削加工技术领域,特别涉及金属切削用环保合成切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属切削加工时,通常采用切削液来冷却和润滑刀具。由于工件与刀具之间的摩擦与黏结,会产生切削热和切削力,从而影响工件表面的光洁度;此外,金属与刀具之间由于摩擦会导致切削温度过高,从而导致刀具和工件的热变形,降低刀具硬度和刀具耐用度,损坏刀具,如何降低切削热和切削力,以及降低切削温度从而增强刀具的使用寿命是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种金属切削用环保合成切削液,该切削液不仅润滑性能好,减少切削热和切削力,从而提高工件表面的光洁度,而且能迅速降低切削温度,减少刀具和工件的热变形,保持刀具硬度,提高加工精度和刀具耐用度,延长刀具使用周期。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明金属切削用环保合成切削液,由以下质量份的原料组成:癸二酸2.5~3.5,三乙醇胺5~7,苯甲酸钠1~3,磺化蓖麻油4~8,聚醚3~5,聚乙二醇4~6,碳酸钠1~3,甘油3~5,苯并三氮唑0.1~0.3,消泡剂0.1~0.3,异噻唑啉酮0.5~0.8,荧光绿0.02~0.05,去离子水64~68。
本发明同时提供一种金属切削用环保合成切削液的生产工艺:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、先将计算量的去离子水,癸二酸,三乙胺醇依次加入反应釜中,启动搅拌器,以100r/min在常温下搅拌1h;
步骤二、在连续搅拌下,再将计算量的苯甲酸钠,磺化蓖麻油,聚醚,聚乙二醇,碳酸钠,甘油,苯并三氮唑,消泡剂,异噻唑啉酮,荧光绿依次加入反应釜中,同时加热升温到50~60℃,继续搅拌1h;
步骤三、降至常温即得所需产品。
本发明的有益效果是:一、本品具有更好的润滑性能,本品所含有的润滑活性物质,对金属表面具有较大的亲和力,其极性分子的极性基对金属表面具有较强的化学吸附和物理吸附作用,能迅速渗透到金属和刀具之间形成牢固的边界润滑层,达到更好的润滑效果,减少摩擦与黏结,减少切削热和切削力,从而提高工件表面的光洁度;二、本品稀释得到的工作液,具有更好的冷却性能,能迅速降低切削温度,减少刀具和工件的热变形,保持刀具硬度,提高加工精度和刀具耐用度,延长刀具使用周期;三、本品具有更好的防锈性能,确保了对机床和被加工工件的防锈防腐蚀要求;四、本品在长期贮存和使用过程中不易腐败变质,对操作者无毒无害,对环境无污染,使用周期更长,进一步降低使用成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1,本发明金属切削用环保合成切削液,由以下质量份的原料组成:癸二酸2.5~3.5,三乙醇胺5~7,苯甲酸钠1~3,磺化蓖麻油4~8,聚醚3~5,聚乙二醇4~6,碳酸钠1~3,甘油3~5,苯并三氮唑0.1~0.3,消泡剂0.1~0.3,异噻唑啉酮0.5~0.8,荧光绿0.02~0.05,去离子水64~68。

1.一种金属切削用环保合成切削液,其特征是:由以下质量份的原料组成:癸二酸2.5~3.5,三乙醇胺5~7,苯甲酸钠1~3,磺化蓖麻油4~8,聚醚3~5,聚乙二醇4~6,碳酸钠1~3,甘油3~5,苯并三氮唑0.1~0.3,消泡剂0.1~0.3,异噻唑啉酮0.5~0.8,荧光绿0.02~0.05,去离子水64~68。
2.一种制备如权利要求1所述金属切削用环保合成切削液的方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、先将计算量的去离子水,癸二酸,三乙胺醇依次加入反应釜中,启动搅拌器,以100r/min在常温下搅拌1h;
步骤二、在连续搅拌下,再将计算量的苯甲酸钠,磺化蓖麻油,聚醚,聚乙二醇,碳酸钠,甘油,苯并三氮唑,消泡剂,异噻唑啉酮,荧光绿依次加入反应釜中,同时加热升温到50~60℃,继续搅拌1h;
步骤三、降至常温即得所需产品。
