Abstract
本发明公开了一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,包括以下质量百分比的组分:合成酯类基础油83~93%,植物油5~10%,粘度调节剂0~1%,抗氧剂0.5~2%,阻燃剂0.5%~1.0%,极压抗磨剂1~3%,消泡剂和破乳剂总量<0.01%,所述消泡剂和破乳剂的质量比为1:1。本发明具有优良的氧化安定性、粘温性能、宽的运行温度范围、优异的极压抗磨性、抗泡性、抗燃性、空气释放性和优良的抗乳化性、防锈、防腐性、可生物降解,对环境安全,具有更高的操作安全性,在接触炽热或熔融金属、电火花、明火或遇到液压系统泄漏时可以降低燃烧的可能性。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体是一种可生物降解的难燃液压油。
背景技术
与机械传动,电气传动一样,液压传动也是一种常见的动力传动方式。液压系统就是通过工作介质,即液压油或者乳化油,实现运动和动力传递的,除此之外液压介质还有润滑设备、防腐防锈和冷却的重要作用,所以液压油的使用很重要。
根据使用场合的不同,液压油有很多种类,例如大型喷气客机采用的磷酸酯液压油;冶金及铸锻等液压系统使用水—乙二醇液压油;煤炉液压支架通常采用水包油型或油包水型液压油。不同种类的液压油主要成分不同。液压油的种类繁多,通常以用途进行分类,此外还可以根据化学组分、油品类型或者可燃性进行分类。
随着社会的发展,对液压油的使用要求也在变化,由于润滑油造成的环境污染问题逐渐受到人们的普遍关注,除要求适宜的粘度及良好的粘温性能、防锈性及抗氧化安定性、抗泡沫性外,对环境保护的要求也在提升,节能、减排、减少环境污染是工业持续发展的方向和动力。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,具有优良的氧化安定性,不易氧化变质,使用可生物降解原料,对环境安全。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,包括以下质量百分比的组分:合成酯类基础油83~93%,植物油5~10%,粘度调节剂0~1%,抗氧剂0.5~2%,阻燃剂0.5%~1.0%,极压抗磨剂1~3%,消泡剂和破乳剂总量<0.01%,所述消泡剂和破乳剂的质量比为1:1。
所述合成酯类基础油为不饱和多元醇酯或者苯多酸酯类。
所述植物油为具有高闪点的植物油,如菜籽油,大豆油或者蓖麻油等。
所述粘度调节剂为聚丁烯,聚异丁烯或乙丙共聚物等,根据粘度要求和工况进行添加。
所述抗氧剂为胺型抗氧剂(如T534)或酚型抗氧剂(如T501、T512)。
所述阻燃剂为溴化石蜡,硅油,环氧氯丙烷,磷酸三乙脂,三聚氰胺或者六苯氧环三磷腈等,主要是进一步提高产品的抗燃性能。
所述极压抗磨剂为含磷极压抗磨剂、含氯极压抗磨剂或含硫极压抗磨剂。
所述含磷极压抗磨剂为磷酸酯抗磨剂(如磷酸三苯脂等),所述含硫极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃抗磨剂(如硫化棉籽油等),所述含氯极压抗磨剂为氯化石蜡。主要是提高产品的极压、抗磨作用。
所述消泡剂为硅油型的消泡剂T901,破乳剂为常用的破乳剂T1001。
本发明的有益效果是: 1、具有优良的氧化安定性,不易氧化变质,延长油品以及过滤器滤芯的使用寿命,大大增加了换油周期。2、具有优良的粘温性能,粘度指数高;具有宽的运行温度范围,闪点很高,倾点较低;3、具有优异的极压抗磨性,减缓液压元件的磨损,最有效地保护设备,延长使用寿命,从而减低保养费和产品处理开支;4、具有优良的抗泡性、空气释放性和优良的抗乳化性,保证油品的正常润滑;5、优良的防锈、防腐性;6、使用可生物降解原料,例如选用环境友好的基础油,可以满足生物降解的需求,对环境安全,生物降解率≥90%(CEC L-33-T82);7、具有更高的操作安全性,极高闪点和燃点,具有优良的抗燃性能,在接触炽热或熔融金属、电火花、明火或遇到液压系统泄漏时可以降低燃烧的可能性。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,包括以下质量百分比的组分:合成酯类基础油86.5%,大豆油10%,粘度调节剂0%,1.5%的抗氧剂T501,阻燃剂溴化石蜡0.5%,极压抗磨剂磷酸三苯脂1.5%,消泡剂T901、破乳剂T1001各50%的复配物85ppm。
实施例2
一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,包括以下质量百分比的组分:合成酯类基础油88.1%,大豆油8%,粘度调节剂聚异丁烯0.4%,1.5%的抗氧剂T501,阻燃剂溴化石蜡0.5%,极压抗磨剂磷酸三苯脂1.5%,消泡剂T901、破乳剂T1001各50%的复配物85ppm。
实施例3
一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,包括以下质量百分比的组分:合成酯类基础油83%,大豆油10%,粘度调节剂聚异丁烯1%,2%的抗氧剂T501,阻燃剂溴化石蜡1%,极压抗磨剂磷酸三苯脂3%,消泡剂T901、破乳剂T1001各50%的复配物85ppm。
实施例4
一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,包括以下质量百分比的组分:合成酯类基础油93%,大豆油5%,粘度调节剂0%,0.5%的抗氧剂T501,阻燃剂溴化石蜡0.5%,极压抗磨剂磷酸三苯脂1%,消泡剂T901、破乳剂T1001各50%的复配物85ppm。
将实施例1至4得到的可生物降解的难燃液压油进行检测,结果如下表所示:

检测结果显示该产品粘度适中,具有高的闪点和较低的倾点,满足高低温使用的要求。
本发明可生物降解的难燃液压油专门为需要高水平的抗磨损与油膜强度保护的严苛条件下操作的液压系统调制的,推荐用于高温易发生火灾等使用安全要求较高的场合,如钢铁行业电炉和精炼炉液压系统,连铸生产线液压系统以及高炉、拆炉机、热轧厂、铸造厂、锻压机、电站、煤矿等要求抗燃、防火的液压系统;其它存在有如电弧、焊机等点火物质的地方;此产品可一定程度替代磷酸酯型抗燃液压油;使用温度范围在:-25 至+150℃。
Claims (9)
1.一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:合成酯类基础油83~93%,植物油5~10%,粘度调节剂0~1%,抗氧剂0.5~2%,阻燃剂0.5%~1.0%,极压抗磨剂1~3%,消泡剂和破乳剂总量<0.01%,所述消泡剂和破乳剂的质量比为1:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,其特征在于,所述合成酯类基础油为不饱和多元醇酯或者苯多酸酯类。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,其特征在于,所述植物油为具有高闪点的植物油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,其特征在于,所述粘度调节剂为聚丁烯,聚异丁烯或乙丙共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为胺型抗氧剂或酚型抗氧剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为溴化石蜡,硅油,环氧氯丙烷,磷酸三乙脂,三聚氰胺或者六苯氧环三磷腈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂为含磷极压抗磨剂、含氯极压抗磨剂或含硫极压抗磨剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,其特征在于,所述含磷极压抗磨剂为磷酸酯抗磨剂,所述含硫极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃抗磨剂,所述含氯极压抗磨剂为氯化石蜡。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解的难燃液压油,其特征在于,所述消泡剂硅油型的消泡剂T901,破乳剂为T1001。
