一种椰果发酵罐的滤水挡板,属食品机械技术领域并由挡板、滤水板和连接板构成,挡板为由上端的倾斜边构成包括长直边和短直边在内的长条板状结构,滤水板为板面中端布满滤水孔并与挡板规格形状一致的板状结构,连接板为半圆的长条槽形结构并槽边的长度等于挡板短直边的长度,连接板的两个槽边分别连接在挡板和滤水板的短直边,挡板和滤水板被连接板连接后构成35°夹角并上端为倾斜溢水口的滤水挡板,滤水挡板由至少三个组成并其长直边等间距垂直连接在发酵罐内壁,连接后的滤水挡板的挡板和滤水板分别处在迎水面和背水面。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌挡板,特别涉及一种椰果发酵罐的滤水挡板,属食品机械技术领域。
背景技术
椰果是一种凝胶状物,又称椰子凝胶,属于微生物的发酵产物,系木质醋酸菌在液态培养基中生长所形成的代谢产物。随着现代食品制造技术的进步和升华,椰果的上游原料为未发酵脱水浓缩的细小片状,将这些上游原料投入到专用的发酵罐进行动态恒温发酵后,方能成为半透明的白色凝胶状软固体物,即质地柔软的方形弹性固体椰果。 但是,传统发酵罐因为采用传统结构的搅拌桨叶、发酵罐内滑壁和夹层式加温结构,致使成品椰果的切面被桨叶划出刀伤甚至划成碎块,原料顺内滑式罐壁滑行造成部分原料不能充分翻动而发酵不均衡,加上夹层式加温的温度由罐壁传导不但导热速度慢还因为桨叶的不合理结构和内滑壁的弊端叠加,发酵品的成品率和发酵效率低下,产品的发酵成本一直以来居高不下。
发明内容
为了解决上述椰果发酵罐设计不合理造成产品成品率低、成本高等技术缺陷,本发明公开一种椰果发酵罐的滤水挡板。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种椰果发酵罐的滤水挡板,由挡板、滤水板和连接板构成,挡板为由上端的倾斜边构成包括长直边和短直边在内的长条板状结构,滤水板为板面中端布满滤水孔并与挡板规格形状一致的板状结构,连接板为半圆的长条槽形结构并槽边的长度等于挡板短直边的长度,连接板的两个槽边分别连接在挡板和滤水板的短直边,挡板和滤水板被连接板连接后构成35°夹角并上端为倾斜溢水口的滤水挡板,滤水挡板由至少三个组成并其长直边等间距垂直连接在发酵罐内壁,连接后的滤水挡板的挡板和滤水板分别处在迎水面和背水面。
本发明的有益效果是:连接板的半圆面结构设计,有效克服了传统结构中挡板划伤或撞碎成品椰果的弊端,提高产品的外观质量和成品率;挡板哈滤水板各自与发酵罐壁成17.5°的倾斜设计,配合滤搅拌桨叶的特殊搅动结构,可让待发酵原料充分翻动、吸水和均匀受热,不但能够让原料充分发酵,提高单位原料量的成品倍率的同时,还可及时将处在发酵罐上层成品之间夹带的发酵残液及时滤出,在极大的缩短发酵周期进而提高生产效率、降低发酵成本的同时,有效消除“涨锅”的隐患,是椰果发酵环节的最佳设计。

具体实施方式
在图1的实施例中,一种椰果发酵罐的滤水挡板,由挡板1、滤水板2和连接板3构成,挡板1为由上端的倾斜边构成包括长直边和短直边在内的长条板状结构,滤水板2为板面中端布满滤水孔4并与挡板1规格形状一致的板状结构,连接板3为半圆的长条槽形结构并槽边的长度等于挡板1短直边的长度,连接板3的两个槽边分别连接在挡板1和滤水板2的短直边,挡板1和滤水板2被连接板3连接后构成35°夹角并上端为倾斜溢水口5的滤水挡板,滤水挡板由至少三个组成并其长直边等间距垂直连接在发酵罐内壁6,连接后的滤水挡板的挡板1和滤水板2分别处在迎水面和背水面。
实施例1:当启动搅拌桨叶的驱动源以及处于发酵罐底部的热源后,拌混在发酵液里的椰果上游浓缩原料随发酵液被加温和搅动。因为搅拌桨叶的针对性特殊设计,旋转的液体7被挡板1阻挡后形成涡流,处于发酵罐上方的相对低温液体向下流动参与加温。发酵膨胀后的块状椰果之间会夹持一些发酵残液,这些残液被椰果夹持到滤水挡板的背水面是,残液由滤水板2的滤水孔4及时排出。

1.一种椰果发酵罐的滤水挡板,由挡板、滤水板和连接板构成,其特征是:挡板为由上端的倾斜边构成包括长直边和短直边在内的长条板状结构,滤水板为板面中端布满滤水孔并与挡板规格形状一致的板状结构,连接板为半圆的长条槽形结构并槽边的长度等于挡板短直边的长度,连接板的两个槽边分别连接在挡板和滤水板的短直边,挡板和滤水板被连接板连接后构成35°夹角并上端为倾斜溢水口的滤水挡板,滤水挡板由至少三个组成并其长直边等间距垂直连接在发酵罐内壁,连接后的滤水挡板的挡板和滤水板分别处在迎水面和背水面。
