本发明涉及食品和保健品领域,具体涉及一种解酒护肝组合物、组合物的制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
酒是世界各国人民共同的宝贵财富,酒的历史源远流长;我国的酒已有数千年历史。历代中国文人对酒更是褒赞不绝,从而形成了独具特色、丰富多彩的酒文化。这种特殊的文化形式,在传统中国文化中有独特的地位。酒几乎渗透到社会生活中的各个领域。不管是商务人士的应酬还是年轻人的青春期躁动,都离不开酒,然而过度饮酒易造成疾病。酒精对肝脏、肾脏、胃肠道等都有损伤。我国近年来由于过量饮酒导致肝损害的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,酒精已成为继病毒性肝炎之后导致肝损害的第二大病因。随着生活水平不断提高,人们对健康,保健意识的增强,因此通过各种方法来解除和减轻饮酒带来的不适及对身体的损害。人们对解酒产品的需求也越来越大。市场上多数解酒药物都或多或少地存在着毒副作用,因此从食物及天然药物中寻找更安全有效的理想解酒护肝途径,是缓解饮酒后身体不适及保护肝脏的新方向。通过将药食同源的植物提取物为主要原料加工而成的健康植物产品,具有愉悦口感,兼有辅助解酒及护肝保健的功效。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种安全可靠、口感饱满愉悦,并且能够辅助解酒护肝的功能制剂及其制备方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种具有解酒护肝功能的组合物。
本发明提供的解酒护肝功能的组合物,含有以下重量份的成分:玉米低聚肽粉10-100份、葛根速溶粉10-100份、果蔬酵素4-60份、显齿蛇葡萄叶速溶粉4-40份及黄精速溶粉2-20份、甜菜碱(天然提取)0-20份。
进一步,上述组合物中含有以下重量份的成分;玉米低聚肽粉30-80份、葛根速溶粉20-70份、果蔬酵素10-40份、显齿蛇葡萄叶速溶粉10-30份及黄精速溶粉2-10份、甜菜碱(天然提取)0-10份。
当采取上述比例时,解酒护肝效果会更好。
在上述配方中:
所述的份数可以为本领域常用的重量单位,如毫克(mg)、克(g)、千克 (kg)等,也可以为其他任意数值的重量单位。
所述的玉米低聚肽粉,低聚肽含量不低于75%(质量分数),可以通过酶解方法制备也可以市售获得。
所述的葛根速溶粉,葛根素含量不低于4%(质量分数),可以通过常规提取方法制备也可以市售获得。
所述的显齿蛇葡萄叶速溶粉,二氢杨梅素含量不低于25%(质量分数),可以通过常规提取方法制备也可以市售获得。

本发明提供的解酒护肝的组合物具有以下优点:
本发明中包含葛根速溶粉,葛根,始载于《神农本草经》,具有解肌退热、生津、升阳止泻等功效,属于无毒中药。现代药理学表明葛根具有提高肝细胞的再生能力,恢复肝脏正常机能,预防肝脏脂肪堆积,促进新陈代谢,增强肝脏解毒功能,预防酒精对肝脏的损伤;强化肝胆细胞自身免疫力,抵抗病毒入侵等作用功效。在葛根的有效成分中,异黄酮类最受关注,其中又以葛根素研究更受关注。葛根素可防治慢性乙醇中毒引起的记忆减退,提高脑SOD活性,从而减少脑内脂褐素积累,逆转乙醇导致的海马突触界面细微结构的衰退性变化。
玉米低聚肽能够提高血液中丙氨酸和亮氨酸的浓度,有助于产生辅酶 NAD+,为ADH和ALDH参与代谢乙醇提供稳定的反应底物,从而促进乙醇代谢。玉米低聚肽中Ala、Glu和Leu含量丰富,且小分子低聚肽更容易被小肠上皮细胞吸收能为脱氢酶提供稳定的NAD+,抑制血清中乙醇和乙醛浓度的升高。研究表明,在醒酒功能评价实验中,玉米低聚肽可降低醉酒后小鼠全血中的乙醇和乙醛含量,明显改善小鼠醉酒后的行为学指标,同时可明显增强醉酒小鼠肝组织中的ADH和ALDH活性,有显著醒酒功能。
果蔬酵素,精选优质果蔬,经益生菌发酵或自然长时发酵,富含益生菌代谢产物及有机酸,可有效降低谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性,减少酒精对肝组织损伤,具有解酒保肝作用。
显齿蛇葡萄叶速溶粉,显齿蛇葡萄叶是葡萄科蛇葡萄属显齿蛇葡萄的嫩茎叶,又称藤茶,主要分布于我国广西、湖南等地,具有清热解毒功效。藤茶富含黄酮类化合物,总黄酮含量达40%,其主要成分二氢杨梅素含量高达25%。二氢杨梅素除具有黄酮类化合物的一般特性外,实验证明其具有解除酒精中毒、预防酒精肝、脂肪肝、降低肝癌的发病率等作用。藤茶可以有效延长醉酒潜伏期和缩短醒酒时间,其主要通过提高肝脏解酒酶(ADH、ALDH)活性。对于急性酒精性肝脏损失,藤茶能有效降低ALS、AST,增加肝脏SOD、GSH水平,减少肝脏MDA含量,对急性酒精性肝损伤有较好的保护作用。
甜菜碱(天然提取),是自然界中很多动植物产品的重要组成成分,于19 世纪在糖用甜菜汁中第一次被发现。甜菜碱是一种抗脂肪肝银子-能预防或减少肝脏中脂肪的蓄积。甜菜碱含有亲电子甲基基团,能改善还原应激和氧化应激诱导的病理状况。甜菜碱在蛋氨酸循环中作为甲基供体,胆碱必须转化为甜菜碱才能发货作用,甲基也是肝脏的解毒功能正常发挥所必须的物质。甜菜碱具有提高机体的抗氧化能力,促进肝脏健康,
黄精是百合科黄精属多年生草本植物。《中国药典》2015年版记载黄精为滇黄精P.kingianum Coll.et Hemsl.、黄精P.sibiricum Red.多花黄精P.cyrtonema Hua的干燥根茎;甘、平;归脾、肺、肾经;具有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾的作用;用于脾胃气虚、体倦乏力等。抗疲劳,提升免疫力。
本发明中既包含可以提高肝脏解酒酶,乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)、乙醛脱氢酶 (ALDH)活性的显齿蛇葡萄叶速溶粉和玉米低聚肽粉,促进酒精代谢,解除酒精中毒;同时含有可以加速清除乙醇代谢自由基,并提高超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的葛根速溶粉和甜菜碱(天然提取);以及补气养阴、健脾,抗疲劳的黄精速溶粉,并合理的设置了各原料之间的比例。从促进乙醇代谢和护肝两方面入手,产品具有解酒护肝作用。
本发明的组合物采用的原料均为天然植物来源,因此具有食用安全、无副作用等优点。
本发明的解酒护肝的组合物在制备解酒护肝的食品、保健品和/或药品中进行广泛应用。

3.根据权利要求1所述解酒护肝的组合物,其特征在于,所述玉米低聚肽粉选自优质非转基因玉米,通过现代生物复合酶酶切技术加工制得,符合新食品原料要求。

6.根据权利要求1所述解酒护肝的组合物,其特征在于,所述显齿蛇葡萄叶速溶粉选自于葡萄科蛇葡萄属植物显齿蛇葡萄的幼嫩叶经水提取加工制得。
7.根据权利要求1所述解酒护肝的组合物,其特征在于,所述黄精速溶粉选自百合科黄精属黄精的干燥根茎经水提取加工制得。
8.根据权利要求1所述解酒护肝的组合物,其特征在于,所述甜菜碱(天然提取)选自天然甜菜糖蜜提取制得。
9.一种解酒护肝组合物的制剂,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的解酒护肝的组合物和辅料。
10.根据权利要求9所述解酒护肝组合物的制剂,其特征在于,该制剂由权利要求1-8任一项所述的解酒护肝的组合物和食品上可接受的载体、稀释剂、稳定剂和/或调味剂组成。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述解酒护肝组合物的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂为液体饮料、粉剂、颗粒剂、胶囊或片剂。
12.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的解酒护肝的组合物在制备解酒护肝的食品、保健品和/或药品中进行应用。
