Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温润滑剂,采用如下原料制备:10‑35重量份硅微粉、25‑45重量份改性纳米沸石粉、5‑12重量份氧化钙、1‑5重量份硬脂酸、1‑5重量份丙酸钙、5‑17重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、2‑10重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺、65‑95重量份水。本发明采用硅微粉、改性纳米沸石粉、氧化钙、硬脂酸、丙酸钙、烷基苯磺酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺等原料,各成分相互配合,制得的润滑剂具有很好的耐高温性,且稳定性好,使用年限长。

本发明涉及化工材料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐高温润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现代工业中,润滑剂可以减少摩擦阻力、降低磨损、冷却等,达到保护设备和节能的目的,广泛应用于滑动水口、冷拔钢管、脱模、锻造、轴承等设备的润滑。目前使用的润滑剂,大部分是用矿物油和人工合成的烃类、有机酯类、聚醚类、硅油、全氟醚等基础油类做润滑剂,还有在矿物油中加入石墨及其他添加剂等石墨类润滑剂,普遍存在耐高温性能差,易分解的缺点。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温润滑剂及其制备方法。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种耐高温润滑剂,采用如下原料制备:10-35重量份硅微粉、25-45重量份改性纳米沸石粉、5-12重量份氧化钙、1-5重量份硬脂酸、1-5重量份丙酸钙、5-17重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、2-10重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺、65-95重量份水。
优选地,所述的耐高温润滑剂,采用如下原料制备:27.5重量份硅微粉、35重量份改性纳米沸石粉、8.5重量份氧化钙、3重量份硬脂酸、3重量份丙酸钙、11重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、6重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺、80重量份水。
优选地,所述的硅微粉的粒径为2-10um。
优选地,所述的改性纳米沸石粉的粒径为10-40nm。
本发明还提供了上述耐高温润滑剂的制备方法,具体为:将硅微粉、改性纳米沸石粉、氧化钙、硬脂酸、丙酸钙、烷基苯磺酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺、水混合,在75-90℃下高速搅拌15-20min。
优选地,所述的高速搅拌速率不低于800转/min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用硅微粉、改性纳米沸石粉、氧化钙、硬脂酸、丙酸钙、烷基苯磺酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺等原料,各成分相互配合,制得的润滑剂具有很好的耐高温性,且稳定性好,使用年限长。

实施例1
一种耐高温润滑剂,采用如下方法制备:将10重量份硅微粉、25重量份改性纳米沸石粉、5重量份氧化钙、1重量份硬脂酸、1重量份丙酸钙、5重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、2重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺、65重量份水混合,在75℃下高速搅拌15min。
所述的硅微粉的粒径为2um。
所述的改性纳米沸石粉的粒径为10nm。
该实施例制备的润滑剂可在高达850℃下使用,一次使用持续时间可达为16000h。
实施例2
一种耐高温润滑剂,采用如下方法制备:将27.5重量份硅微粉、35重量份改性纳米沸石粉、8.5重量份氧化钙、3重量份硬脂酸、3重量份丙酸钙、11重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、6重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺、80重量份水混合,在85℃下高速搅拌18min。
所述的硅微粉的粒径为6um。
所述的改性纳米沸石粉的粒径为25nm。
该实施例制备的润滑剂可在高达850℃下使用,一次使用持续时间可达为16000h。
实施例3
一种耐高温润滑剂,采用如下方法制备:将35重量份硅微粉、45重量份改性纳米沸石粉、12重量份氧化钙、5重量份硬脂酸、5重量份丙酸钙、17重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、10重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺、95重量份水混合,在90℃下高速搅拌20min。
所述的硅微粉的粒径为10um。
所述的改性纳米沸石粉的粒径为40nm。
该实施例制备的润滑剂可在高达850℃下使用,一次使用持续时间可达为16000h。

Claims (6)

1.一种耐高温润滑剂,其特征在于采用如下原料制备:10-35重量份硅微粉、25-45重量份改性纳米沸石粉、5-12重量份氧化钙、1-5重量份硬脂酸、1-5重量份丙酸钙、5-17重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、2-10重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺、65-95重量份水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温润滑剂,其特征在于采用如下原料制备:27.5重量份硅微粉、35重量份改性纳米沸石粉、8.5重量份氧化钙、3重量份硬脂酸、3重量份丙酸钙、11重量份烷基苯磺酸钠、6重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺、80重量份水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高温润滑剂,其特征在于所述的硅微粉的粒径为2-10um。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高温润滑剂,其特征在于所述的改性纳米沸石粉的粒径为10-40nm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高温润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体为:将硅微粉、改性纳米沸石粉、氧化钙、硬脂酸、丙酸钙、烷基苯磺酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙酸酰胺、水混合,在75-90℃下高速搅拌15-20min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的高速搅拌速率不低于800转/min。
