Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型的大众型饮料及其制备方
法。它以粳稻、苡米、人参、灵芝、决明子、橘核,按比
例混合、碾粉,制成速溶型的,再提取除渣而成全溶
型的。
该饮料沸水冲饮如茶;加糖沸水冲饮味同咖啡;
再加奶粉味变可可。
Description
本发明提供了一种起名“参灵咖可”的新型、高级、能据需要变味的大众型饮料,又是保健佳品。用沸水冲饮为茶、加糖冲饮如咖啡、再加奶粉味变可可。它综合了世界三大饮料-茶叶、咖啡、可可及其它饮料的优点。它的饮料价值和保健效能及所含对人体有益成份,比世界三大饮料都高。不含茶碱、咖啡因和可可碱和任何添加剂。是全由天然营养保健佳品制作的饮料。
它含有挥发油、皂甙类、多种氨基酸、多种维生素及有机微量元素锗、钴、锰、镁、铜等对人体极为有益的物质。
它具有提神健脑、润养肌肤、健胃润肠、利尿通便、防癌抗癌、强健身体、益寿延年等功效。当紧张脑力劳动或繁重体力劳动之余,饮一杯热的参灵咖可,紧张和疲劳消除、胃变舒服,又使头脑清醒、精力集中,润肠通便尤为特效。长期饮用不会产生任何毒副作用。是男女老幼皆适宜的饮料。
本发明参灵咖可所用原料为:人参、灵芝、稻谷、苡米、决明子和橘核。它们需事先处理,然后混和、碾粉或提取。
一、原料的处理:
1、稻谷和苡米:以下列方法分别处理。用当年产的粳稻和带壳苡米,除去杂质,用5倍清水浸泡一天,涝出,用清水冲洗两次,放在20目筛网中摊平,若干个筛网叠在一起,盖严,于25-30℃下发芽,每天喷两次25-30℃的水,待芽长至10mm左右时,用清水冲洗2次,干燥,焙炒至呈咖啡色,冷却,密封贮存,勿受潮,备用。
2、橘核和决明子:以下列方法分别处理。取干燥、洁净的橘核和决明子,去除杂质,用水冲洗后,烘干或晒干,焙炒使呈深咖啡色,冷却,密封贮存,勿受潮,备用。
二、碾粉
按配方比把决明子、橘核、稻谷和苡米混和碾粉达80目。人参和灵芝按比例混和碾粉,碾粉时要求机器在常温下工作,粉碎达150目。碾粉后,分别密封贮放。不能和其它有气味物质混放同一库房。
四、混和
按上列配方比,可配出味道稍有差异,营养成份也不同的参灵咖可。第一配方,已具有咖啡的状色香味及饮料价值,但味差、营养保健效能也次。第二配方,苦味增大、香味稍增。第一、四、六配方为微苦型。第二种以后的六种的营养保健效能逐数增大。第二、三、五配方的苦味比其它都大,是特苦型。
(一)速溶型:将上列原料按配方重量比混和均匀,即成。
(二)全溶型:将速溶型的加40倍的软水,在40℃以下搅拌24小时,后分离出液体,在50℃左右条件下浓缩至2.5体积,喷雾干燥,即成。
五、包装:可用真空罐装、瓶装、或无毒塑料袋装。袋装速溶型的每包2克,全溶型的每包0.5克。每包再加蔗糖10克,直接作咖啡冲饮。或再加其它甜味剂而成另外风味饮料。
六、应用
每杯(250-300毫升)用速溶型的2克或全溶型的0.5克,冲入沸水,稍加拌搅,味即如茶。或适量(10克左右)加糖,拌溶,味同咖啡。再加适量速溶奶粉,拌溶,味变可可。
Claims (2)
1、制做参灵咖可的配方及工艺方法。制做用原料有:灵芝、人参、稻谷、苡米、决明子和橘核。
a、原料的予处理:
稻谷和苡米:皆取当年产的,除杂质后,皆加5倍清水浸泡2天,捞出再用水冲洗两次。于25-30℃下发芽,待芽长至10mm左右时,用水冲洗2遍,干燥,分别焙炒呈咖啡色,冷却,备用。
决明子和橘核:皆用洁净干燥的决明子和橘核,分别焙炒呈深咖啡色,冷却、备用。
b、碾粉:
处理后的稻谷、苡米、决明子和橘核按配方比混和,碾粉达80目。灵芝和人参按配方比混和,在常温下碾粉达150目。

1、决明子95橘核5
2、决明子90橘核10
3、决明子80橘核10人参10
4、决明子85橘核5人参10
5、决明子80橘核10人参10灵芝2
6、决明子83橘核5人参10灵芝2
7、决明子80橘核10人参10灵芝2稻谷15
8、决明子80橘核10人参10灵芝2稻谷15苡米15
d、混和
①速溶型:按配方混和均匀,即成。
②全溶型:按配方比混和,加40倍的水,在室温下搅拌24个小时,后分离出液体,在50℃左右,浓缩至2.5体积、喷雾、干燥、即成。
e、包装
可采用罐装、瓶装或袋装。袋装速溶型的每包2克、全溶型的每包0.5克、或每包再加蔗糖10克,直接作咖啡冲饮。或再加其它甜味剂而成另外风味饮料。
2、根据权利要求所述方法,其特征在于这种饮料的配方及生产工艺。
