Abstract
本发明揭示了一种卡钳制动器。所述卡钳制动器包括一托架,其上安装有一对能前后移动的衬垫板;一卡钳壳体,其滑动安装在所述托架上,并具有向下弯折的指部且其设置为挤压所述一对衬垫板中的每个衬垫板;以及一弹性件,其安装在所述卡钳壳体上并设置为弹性支撑所述托架每侧的下端部,其中与所述弹性件接触的所述托架每侧的下端部是倾斜设置的。

技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及一种卡钳制动器,尤其是,涉及一种在制动解除时能够平稳地将衬垫板复位到其初始位置的卡钳制动器。
背景技术
卡钳制动器是一种安装在车辆上用作对行驶车辆进行减速或是对停止车辆保持停止状态的装置,且所述卡钳制动器是一种通过衬垫板来强行挤压伴随车轮一起旋转的圆板状圆盘的两侧来产生制动力的装置。
所述卡钳制动器一般是包括一对衬垫板,其上附有摩擦垫,和托架,其与车身连接并设置为支撑所述一对使其能滑动的衬垫板,所述一对衬垫板相互间设定为距离间隔,和卡钳壳体,其滑动地连接在所述托架上并设置为通过所述一对衬垫板挤压所述圆盘。
同时,由于在传统的卡钳制动器中卡钳壳体是与托架滑动配接,因此在实施制动操作时会存有一个问题即所述卡钳壳体和所述托架可能会垂直振动。因此,也就需要增加一个特定的配置以能够弹性支撑所述托架来控制上述振动。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个实施例提供了一种卡钳制动器,其包括弹性件用于弹性挤压卡钳壳体和托架使两者间相互紧密接触,从而防止所述卡钳壳体和托架的垂直振动。
本发明的一个实施例提供了一种卡钳制动器,其中的用于防止卡钳壳体和托架振动的弹性件能够被容易的安装,并且还能在制动解除时防止拖拽现象。
本发明的其他实施例将在随后的说明书中被一定程度揭示,以及在一定程度上,根据本说明书是显而易见的,或可以通过实施本发明而获知。
根据本发明的一个实施例,一种卡钳制动器包括:一托架,其包括一对安装于其内并能前后移动的衬垫板;一卡钳壳体,其可滑动地安装在所述托架上,并具有向下弯曲的指部且其设置为挤压所述一对衬垫板中的每个衬垫板;以及一弹性件,其安装在所述卡钳壳体内并设置为弹性地支撑所述托架每侧的下端部,其中与所述弹性件相接的所述托架每侧的下端部是倾斜设置的。
所述下端部的斜面可以是沿所述卡钳壳体滑动的方向形成。
所述下端部形成的斜面可以包括沿所述卡钳壳体滑动的方向形成的一平直部,以及一倾斜部,其中所述倾斜部可以具有一曲线形状。

以下,将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。以下描述的实施例将本发明的精神充分传递给了本领域的技术人员。本发明将不受限于此处公开的实施例,并且能够以其他形式实施。在图示中,一些与本发明不相关的部分将会被省略和不显示以便清楚地描述本发明,并且组件的尺寸可能会被稍许放大以便于理解。
根据本发明一个实施例中的一种卡钳制动器,包括:一对衬垫板,其上附有摩擦垫;一托架,其连接到车身上并设置为支撑所述一对衬垫板为可滑动地,所述一对衬垫板相互隔开设定间隔;一卡钳壳体,其与所述托架滑动配接并设置为通过所述一对衬垫板挤压一圆盘;以及一弹性件,其连接到所述卡钳壳体上并设置为弹性支撑所述托架的下端部。
此时,所述弹性件通过弹性地挤压所述卡钳壳体和托架使得两者彼此紧密接触以起到防止所述卡钳壳体和托架的垂直振动的作用。
具体地说,当实施制动操作时,所述弹性件与所述卡钳壳体一起的移动使其处于一种弹性支撑所述托架的状态,其中由所述弹性件支撑的所述托架的下端部会具有一个水平面。
图1是根据本发明一个实施例中的卡钳制动器的侧剖视图,图2是所述卡钳制动器的前视图,以及图3是所述卡钳制动器中的托架的侧视图。
参阅图1至3所示,根据本发明一个实施例中的卡钳制动器包括一同车轮(未图示)一起旋转的圆盘D;一对衬垫板110,其设置为挤压所述圆盘D的两侧;一托架120,所述一对衬垫板110安装在其上并能前后移动;一卡钳壳体130,其可移动的安装在所述托架120上并操作所述一对衬垫板110;以及一弹性件140,其设置用于防止所述卡钳壳体130和所述托架120的竖直振动;其中与所述弹性件140相接触的所述托架120下端部的两侧都是倾斜设置的。
所述一对衬垫板110中的每个衬垫板的一侧都附有用于与所述圆盘D摩擦抵触的摩擦垫111,其中所述一对衬垫板110中的每个衬垫板两侧的端部形成有突出部112。此时,所述该对衬垫板110会被归类为一个将在下面描述的用于与一活塞131接触的内衬垫板110,以及一个将在下面描述的用于与一指部133接触的外衬垫板110。
所述托架120连接到所述车身的铰接处(未图示)以被定位在所述圆盘D外圆周的一侧。所述托架120两侧的内侧对应于形成在所述一对衬垫板110中的每个衬垫板两侧上的所述突出部112的位置处形成有滑动槽122。此时,所述滑动槽122形成在所述托架120的前侧和后侧上以使得所述一对衬垫板110中的每个衬垫板都能够被安装。也就是说,所述滑动槽122在所述托架120的两侧都有形成并且相互间隔预定间隔,其中所述托架120具有一个开口形状以使得所述圆盘D能够顺利的插入并定位在所述托架120的中心处。
所述突出部112是纳入并配接于所述滑动槽122内以使得所述一对衬垫板110沿所述托架120的滑动槽122滑动。当所述一对衬垫板110中的每个衬垫板沿所述滑动槽122前后移动时,所述摩擦垫111会被带动与所述圆盘D两侧表面的每侧进行紧密接触,因而产生制动力。
由于安置在所述卡钳壳体130两端的导杆(未图示)是插入到所述托架120的导向孔(未图示)内,因此所述卡钳壳体130是移动地安置在所述托架120上。所述卡钳壳体130包括一气缸132,其内的活塞131设置为用于挤压安置在所述卡钳壳体130后部上并能进行前后移动的内衬垫板110;以及一对向下弯曲形成的指部133用以挤压设在所述卡钳壳体130前部上的外衬垫板110。所述指部133和气缸132是一体成型的。
所述活塞131具有一个设有凹杯状内面的圆柱体型,并滑动地插入到所述气缸132内。当制动液压施加给所述气缸132时,所述活塞131向前移动将所述内衬垫板110压向所述圆盘D,而所述卡钳壳体130通过反应力沿反向所述活塞131向前移动的方向移动,使得所述指部133将所述外衬垫板110压向所述圆盘D。这样,由于所述一对衬垫板110挤压所述圆盘D,制动力由此产生。
所述弹性件140是安装在具有上述构型的所述卡钳制动器100上,用于在车辆行驶或是实施制动时防止所述卡钳壳体130和所述托架120的竖直振动。所述弹性件140是安装在所述卡钳壳体130上以弹性地支撑所述托架120每侧的下端部,因此使得所述托架120和所述卡钳壳体130能在竖直方向上相互紧密接触从而防止两者的振动。更为具体地,所述弹性件140可以设置具有一个通过弯曲多次形成的销簧(丝簧)。也就是说,所述弹性件140具有一弹性支撑部144,其具有安装在所述卡钳壳体130指部133上的两个末端并被设置为在所述安装部弯曲,以及设置为弹性地支撑所述托架120每侧的下端部。所述弹性支撑部144的安装使其弹性地支撑在下侧即所述滑动槽122的形成处,也就是所述托架120每侧的下端部。
所述托架120每侧的下端部,即所述弹性支撑部144的定位位置,是倾斜设置的。这解决传统托架的下端部因具有水平面而导致的所述弹性件难以安装的问题。更具体地说,托架120每侧下端部的斜面124是沿所述卡钳壳体130滑动的方向形成。也就是说,斜面124的形成使得自所述下端部延伸出的水平线朝向所述指部133的距离是逐渐增加的。因此,所述托架120的初始进入部的位置P,即所述弹性件140的安装位置,与相关技术相比具有了一个净空高度h,从而简化了安装。
进一步的,虽然未在图示中显示,在上述的线性斜面124的起点和终点之间可以增加形成有一个平直部(未设置参考标识)。
同时,虽然根据本发明的第一实施例中的所述托架120每侧的下端部的斜面124已被说明并被描述为在一条直线上形成,但本发明不限于此,并且所述斜面124可以通过至少弯曲两次形成。例如,图4图示了一种根据本发明第二实施例的托架120’。如图所示,在所述托架120’每侧下端部形成的斜面124’包括两个倾斜部R1及R2和一平直部,所述倾斜部R1及R2具有所述卡钳壳体(见图1中的130)所滑动方向的曲线形状,所述平直部位于所述每个倾斜部R1及R2的起点和终点之间(未设置参考标号)。也就是说,所述斜面124’形成的斜率是根据所述弯曲倾斜部R1和R2而变化的。此时,当图1中的所述弹性件140在与所述斜面124’接触的状态下移动时,由于所述倾斜部R1和R2具有的曲线形状,因而可以防止所述弹性件140向前和向后移动,且能够移动顺畅。
进一步的,当所述卡钳壳体(见图1中的130)移动时,所述弹性件(图1中的140)的脱离能够被所述平直部(未设置参考标号)所制止。
当所述弹性件140安装到根据本实施例中的所述托架120’上时,所述托架120’的初始进入部的位置,即所述弹性件140的安装位置,与相关技术相比具有了一个净空高度h’从而使的所述弹性件140能够被容易安装。
接下来,将结合图6描述所述弹性件140沿所述斜面124和124’安装时弹性力的变化状态 。
如图6所示,根据相关技术,当弹性件安装到托架上时,所述弹性件在开始时就会变形以提供弹性力使得所述卡钳壳体和所述托架能够相互紧密接触然后被安装。因此,根据相关技术,所述弹性件会在弹性变形产生大约75 kgf的弹性力后被安装。另一方面,在根据本发明第一和第二实施例的托架120和120’中,所述斜面124和124’是形成在初始位置P处,在该处所述弹性件140安装到所述托架120和120’上,并因而形成和相关技术相比的净高度h和h’,从而使得施加给所述弹性件140的弹性力的比率与相关技术相比被极大的减少了。也就是说,根据本发明,所述弹性件140在弹性变形产生大约20 kgf后即能被安装。因此,所述弹性件140能被容易的安装到所述托架120上。
进一步的,当所述弹性件140的弹性支撑部144通过沿所述斜面124或是124’朝向所述托架120或是120’的逐渐前移进行安装时,所述弹性力会根据所述移动距离的增加而增加,并且在最终配接完成时所述弹性件140的弹性力会等于相关技术中的弹性力,因而所述弹性件140能顺利的实施防止所述卡钳壳体130和托架120或120’之间竖直振动的功能。
以下将根据所述卡钳制动器100的操作,描述所述弹性件140沿所述托架120的斜面124进行移动的状态。
参照图1和图5所示,在制动实施期间,当制动液压施加给所述气缸132时,所述活塞131前移将所述内垫板110压向所述圆盘D。所述卡钳壳体130通过所述活塞131运行产生的反应力沿所述活塞131移动方向的反向移动,其中所述指部133将所述外衬垫板110压向所述圆盘D。此时,安装在所述指部133上的弹性件140与所述卡钳壳体130一起移动。也就是说,所述弹性件140的弹性支撑部144沿着形成在所述托架120每侧下端部的斜面124滑动,以防止所述卡钳壳体130和托架120的振动。
当所述活塞131和卡钳壳体130在所述制动操作完成后回到初始位置时,由于所述弹性件140是沿着所述托架120的斜面124进行移动的,因此,所述弹性件140也能容易的回到其初始位置。
从上面的描述应该可以看出,根据本发明一个实施例中的卡钳制动器具有能够防止卡钳壳体和托架的垂直振动的功效。
根据本发明一个实施例中的卡钳制动器具有一个功效,其中设置为能够防止卡钳壳体和托架垂直振动的弹性件能在装配过程中被容易地安装到所述卡钳制动器上。
进一步的,由于与弹性件接触的托架的下端部是倾斜设置的,当制动解除时,所述弹性件是设置为沿所述托架的斜面滑动,这样卡钳壳体和所述弹性件能够顺利的返回到其初始位置从而产生了防止拖曳现象的功效。
上述描述仅是说明本发明的技术构思,本领域一般技术人员可以在不背离本发明本质特征下对其作出改变或是修改。因此,此处揭示的实施例并不是用于限制本发明的范围,而是说明本发明的技术构思,而本发明技术构思的范围也不能受限于实施例。本发明的保护范围应基于以下的权利要求解释,其等效范围内的所有技术构思应被解释为包含在本发明的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种卡钳制动器,其特征在于,包括:
一托架,其上安装有一对能前后移动的衬垫板,
一卡钳壳体,可滑动地安装在所述托架上,并具有向下弯折的指部,所述指部设置为挤压所述一对衬垫板中的每个衬垫板,以及
一弹性件,其安装在所述卡钳壳体上并设置为弹性地支撑所述托架每侧的下端部,
其中与所述弹性件相接触的所述托架每侧的下端部是倾斜设置的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡钳制动器,其特征在于,所述下端部的斜面是沿所述卡钳壳体滑动的方向形成的。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的卡钳制动器,其特征在于,所述下端部形成的斜面包括:
一平直部,其沿所述卡钳壳体滑动的方向形成,以及
一倾斜部,以及
其中所述倾斜部具有一曲线形状。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的卡钳制动器,其特征在于,所述下端部形成的斜面包括:
一平直部,其沿所述卡钳壳体滑动的方向形成,以及
一倾斜部,以及
其中所述倾斜部具有一直线形状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卡钳制动器,其特征在于,所述下端部形成的斜面使得自所述下端部延伸出的水平线朝向所述指部的距离是逐渐增加的。
