目前,国内外巾类产品的研发与生产,主要围绕其纤维原料的选型、混配与生产进行。巾类产品的原料种类较多,最常用的有天然纤维和化学纤维两种。天然纤维主要有棉花,近年来,随着人们差异化需求的改变,化学纤维中的改性纤维如PTT纤维、咖啡碳纤维因其弹性好、蓬松度高、质量轻、无异味、价格便宜等优点,石墨烯聚酰胺纤维提供毛巾的抗菌、除味功能,受到人们的普遍关注,并逐渐开始在毛巾产品中运用。
传统的全棉毛巾长时间使用后,存在手感发硬、毛圈倒伏、缺乏蓬松性等不足,莫代尔纤维、竹浆纤维、粘胶纤维,能克服以上缺点,增添超舒适、超吸水、手感柔、富有层次感弹性等优点,弥补传统全棉纤维毛巾性能的不足,已经逐渐成为生产毛巾类功能产品的重要原料,产品的高附加值将迅速成为企业新的销售增长点。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾及其制备方法,产品具有良好的弹性、亲肤、柔软、长效抗菌等特点,同时毛圈丰满、整齐、不易倒,极大地改善了巾类产品使用的舒适性,延长了产品的使用周期,提高了产品的使用价值,符合消费需求,从而提高了产品附加值,市场竞争能力极强,是现有产品理想的替代产品。
技术方案:一种含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾,所述毛巾通过以下纱线织造而成:采用聚合优化的石墨烯聚酰胺纤维、PTT纤维、咖啡碳纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹浆纤维、粘胶纤维及水溶性维纶中的一种或几种;毛经纱10-21S,地经纱21S-32S双股,纬纱14S-21S,经密300-400根/10cm,纬密150-200根/10cm,织物重量75g-95g/条,织造后的毛巾通过退煮漂染烘工艺,得到成品产品规格为:32-35cm×68-75cm。
作为优化:所述毛经纱由PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维、水溶性维纶中的一种或几种混纺而成,具体重量比为PTT纤维40-60份,莫代尔纤维40-60份,水溶性维纶10-20份;PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维单纤长度为33-59mm,水溶性维纶为长丝30D、32D、35D、50D其中一种,水溶性维纶长丝包覆PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维混纺纱。

作为优化:将上述染整加工的毛巾半成品进行柔软亲水整理,柔软亲水剂选择亲水软滑冰感硅油SX667、改性尼龙亲水硅油Goon1207、毛巾亲水硅油C074中的一种或几种,取上述混合液与水按1:5比例配置溶液,加入芳香整理剂XBPERF-NANO0.5-1%,将毛巾半成品浸轧于柔软亲水方向整理液,二浸二轧,轧余率60-80%,90-100℃预烘50秒,160℃焙烘40秒,得成品。

本发明中长效抗菌、除异味性能由石墨烯聚酰胺纤维、竹浆纤维、咖啡碳纤维提供。石墨烯聚酰胺纤维部分提高了毛巾的强力、弹性、柔韧性,咖啡碳纤维提高毛巾的保暖性能。
本发明中手感柔、富有层次感、弹性好、蓬松度高等性能由PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维、粘胶纤维提供。莫代尔纤维、粘胶纤维同时提供毛巾超吸水性能。
本发明利用PTT纤维作为毛巾的毛经纱主要成分,使巾类产品具有弹性、亲肤、柔软性等特点,有效克服传统的全棉毛巾在使用、洗涤过程中由于摩擦作用,使得毛圈容易倒塌,倒塌后毛圈不易恢复原状的缺点。

本发明中退浆后缓弹整理工艺通过氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、柠檬酸盐等化学药品对PTT纤维、咖啡碳纤维表面进行刻蚀整理,提高以上纤维的缓弹效果。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以使本领域的技术人员能够更好的理解本发明的优点和特征,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚的界定。本发明所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
具体实施例1
一种含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾,所述毛巾通过以下纱线织造而成:采用聚合优化的石墨烯聚酰胺纤维、PTT纤维、咖啡碳纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹浆纤维、粘胶纤维及水溶性维纶中的一种或几种;毛经纱10S,地经纱21S双股,纬纱14S,经密300根/10cm,纬密150根/10cm,织物重量75g/条,织造后的毛巾通过退煮漂染烘工艺,得到成品产品规格为:32cm×68cm。
所述毛经纱由PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维、水溶性维纶中的一种或几种混纺而成,具体重量比为PTT纤维40份,莫代尔纤维40份,水溶性维纶10份;PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维单纤长度为33-59mm,水溶性维纶为长丝30D、32D、35D、50D其中一种,水溶性维纶长丝包覆PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维混纺纱。
所述地经纱、纬纱由石墨烯聚酰胺纤维、咖啡碳纤维、竹浆纤维、粘胶纤维、莫代尔纤维中的一种或几种混纺而成,具体重量比为石墨烯聚酰胺纤维25份,咖啡碳纤维或竹浆纤维65份,粘胶纤维或莫代尔纤维10;以上纤维采用不同的长短、不同的粗细混配在一起,纺纱后,粘胶纤维或莫代尔纤维分布在外层,咖啡碳纤维或竹浆纤维分布在中间,石墨烯聚酰胺纤维分布在最里层;延缓纤维在外力消除以后,因组合纤维恢复的速度差异,形成缓弹效果。
一种根据所述的含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾的制备方法,所述毛经纱、地经纱、纬纱按纺纱工序进行梳棉、精梳、并条、纺粗纱、细纱得所述混纱;毛经纱为低捻或无捻,低捻捻度45捻/10cm,采用高速平压分批整经机对毛经纱和地经纱分别整经,制成毛经轴和地经轴;上浆,采取轻上浆工艺,浆料为变性淀粉浆,上浆率2%,将上述得到的原料纱使用电脑多臂机织造成毛巾坯巾,毛圈高度为4.8mm,毛倍为4倍,织机速度为320r/min,得到75g/条的毛巾半成品。
将上述毛巾半成品进行染整加工,利用酶退浆工艺退浆,MSW-5100L淀粉酶10%,硫酸钠20%,稳定剂2%,淀粉酶热稳定剂2%,其余为水,60℃条件下处理10min,PH:7,退浆后90℃热水洗,然后常温水洗,得到退浆后的毛巾半成品,后进行缓弹处理,氢氧化钠30%、碳酸钠10%、柠檬酸盐5%其余为水,处理毛巾半成品,10min,处理后90℃热水洗,然后常温水洗。
将上述染整加工的毛巾半成品进行柔软亲水整理,柔软亲水剂选择亲水软滑冰感硅油SX667、改性尼龙亲水硅油Goon1207、毛巾亲水硅油C074中的一种或几种,取上述混合液与水按1:5比例配置溶液,加入芳香整理剂XB PERF-NANO0.5%,将毛巾半成品浸轧于柔软亲水方向整理液,二浸二轧,轧余率60%,90℃预烘50秒,160℃焙烘40秒,得成品。
具体实施例2
一种含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾,所述毛巾通过以下纱线织造而成:采用聚合优化的石墨烯聚酰胺纤维、PTT纤维、咖啡碳纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹浆纤维、粘胶纤维及水溶性维纶中的一种或几种;毛经纱21S,地经纱32S双股,纬纱21S,经密400根/10cm,纬密200根/10cm,织物重量95g/条,织造后的毛巾通过退煮漂染烘工艺,得到成品产品规格为:35cm×75cm。
所述毛经纱由PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维、水溶性维纶中的一种或几种混纺而成,具体重量比为PTT纤维60份,莫代尔纤维60份,水溶性维纶20份;PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维单纤长度为59mm,水溶性维纶为长丝30D、32D、35D、50D其中一种,水溶性维纶长丝包覆PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维混纺纱。

将上述毛巾半成品进行染整加工,利用酶退浆工艺退浆,MSW-5100L淀粉酶25%,硫酸钠25%,稳定剂3%,淀粉酶热稳定剂3%,其余为水,70℃条件下处理25min,PH:8.5,退浆后95℃热水洗,然后常温水洗,得到退浆后的毛巾半成品,后进行缓弹处理,氢氧化钠35%、碳酸钠20%、柠檬酸盐10%其余为水,处理毛巾半成品,25min,处理后95℃热水洗,然后常温水洗。
将上述染整加工的毛巾半成品进行柔软亲水整理,柔软亲水剂选择亲水软滑冰感硅油SX667、改性尼龙亲水硅油Goon1207、毛巾亲水硅油C074中的一种或几种,取上述混合液与水按1:5比例配置溶液,加入芳香整理剂XB PERF-NANO1%,将毛巾半成品浸轧于柔软亲水方向整理液,二浸二轧,轧余率80%,100℃预烘50秒,160℃焙烘40秒,得成品。
具体实施例3
一种含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾,所述毛巾通过以下纱线织造而成:采用聚合优化的石墨烯聚酰胺纤维、PTT纤维、咖啡碳纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹浆纤维、粘胶纤维及水溶性维纶中的一种或几种;毛经纱16S,地经纱28S双股,纬纱19S,经密360根/10cm,纬密170根/10cm,织物重量85g/条,织造后的毛巾通过退煮漂染烘工艺,得到成品产品规格为:33cm×72cm。
所述毛经纱由PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维、水溶性维纶中的一种或几种混纺而成,具体重量比为PTT纤维50份,莫代尔纤维56份,水溶性维纶17份;PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维单纤长度为46mm,水溶性维纶为长丝30D、32D、35D、50D其中一种,水溶性维纶长丝包覆PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维混纺纱。
所述地经纱、纬纱由石墨烯聚酰胺纤维、咖啡碳纤维、竹浆纤维、粘胶纤维、莫代尔纤维中的一种或几种混纺而成,具体重量比为石墨烯聚酰胺纤维29份,咖啡碳纤维或竹浆纤维71份,粘胶纤维或莫代尔纤维17;以上纤维采用不同的长短、不同的粗细混配在一起,纺纱后,粘胶纤维或莫代尔纤维分布在外层,咖啡碳纤维或竹浆纤维分布在中间,石墨烯聚酰胺纤维分布在最里层;延缓纤维在外力消除以后,因组合纤维恢复的速度差异,形成缓弹效果。
一种根据所述的含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾的制备方法,所述毛经纱、地经纱、纬纱按纺纱工序进行梳棉、精梳、并条、纺粗纱、细纱得所述混纱;毛经纱为低捻或无捻,低捻捻度54捻/10cm,采用高速平压分批整经机对毛经纱和地经纱分别整经,制成毛经轴和地经轴;上浆,采取轻上浆工艺,浆料为变性淀粉浆,上浆率4%,将上述得到的原料纱使用电脑多臂机织造成毛巾坯巾,毛圈高度为4.9mm,毛倍为6倍,织机速度为470r/min,得到86g/条的毛巾半成品。
将上述毛巾半成品进行染整加工,利用酶退浆工艺退浆,MSW-5100L淀粉酶18%,硫酸钠22%,稳定剂2.5%,淀粉酶热稳定剂2.6%,其余为水,66℃条件下处理18min,PH:7.5,退浆后92℃热水洗,然后常温水洗,得到退浆后的毛巾半成品,后进行缓弹处理,氢氧化钠32%、碳酸钠18%、柠檬酸盐8%其余为水,处理毛巾半成品,16min,处理后93℃热水洗,然后常温水洗。
将上述染整加工的毛巾半成品进行柔软亲水整理,柔软亲水剂选择亲水软滑冰感硅油SX667、改性尼龙亲水硅油Goon1207、毛巾亲水硅油C074中的一种或几种,取上述混合液与水按1:5比例配置溶液,加入芳香整理剂XB PERF-NANO0.5-1%,将毛巾半成品浸轧于柔软亲水方向整理液,二浸二轧,轧余率70%,95℃预烘50秒,160℃焙烘40秒,得成品。

Claims (6)

1.一种含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述毛巾通过以下纱线织造而成:采用聚合优化的石墨烯聚酰胺纤维、PTT纤维、咖啡碳纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹浆纤维、粘胶纤维及水溶性维纶中的一种或几种;毛经纱10-21S,地经纱21S-32S双股,纬纱14S-21S,经密300-400根/10cm,纬密150-200根/10cm,织物重量75g-95g/条,织造后的毛巾通过退煮漂染烘工艺,得到成品产品规格为:32-35cm×68-75cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述毛经纱由PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维、水溶性维纶中的一种或几种混纺而成,具体重量比为PTT纤维40-60份,莫代尔纤维40-60份,水溶性维纶10-20份;PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维单纤长度为33-59mm,水溶性维纶为长丝30D、32D、35D、50D其中一种,水溶性维纶长丝包覆PTT纤维、莫代尔纤维混纺纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述地经纱、纬纱由石墨烯聚酰胺纤维、咖啡碳纤维、竹浆纤维、粘胶纤维、莫代尔纤维中的一种或几种混纺而成,具体重量比为石墨烯聚酰胺纤维25-35份,咖啡碳纤维或竹浆纤维65-75份,粘胶纤维或莫代尔纤维10-20;以上纤维采用不同的长短、不同的粗细混配在一起,纺纱后,粘胶纤维或莫代尔纤维分布在外层,咖啡碳纤维或竹浆纤维分布在中间,石墨烯聚酰胺纤维分布在最里层;延缓纤维在外力消除以后,因组合纤维恢复的速度差异,形成缓弹效果。
4.一种根据权利要求1所述的含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述毛经纱、地经纱、纬纱按纺纱工序进行梳棉、精梳、并条、纺粗纱、细纱得所述混纱;毛经纱为低捻或无捻,低捻捻度45-60捻/10cm,采用高速平压分批整经机对毛经纱和地经纱分别整经,制成毛经轴和地经轴;上浆,采取轻上浆工艺,浆料为变性淀粉浆,上浆率2-6%,将上述得到的原料纱使用电脑多臂机织造成毛巾坯巾,毛圈高度为4.8-5.1mm,毛倍为4-7倍,织机速度为320-520r/min,得到75g-95g/条的毛巾半成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾的制备方法,其特征在于:将上述毛巾半成品进行染整加工,利用酶退浆工艺退浆,MSW-5100L淀粉酶10-25%,硫酸钠20-25%,稳定剂2-3%,淀粉酶热稳定剂2-3%,其余为水,60-70℃条件下处理10-25min,PH:7-8.5,退浆后90-95℃热水洗,然后常温水洗,得到退浆后的毛巾半成品,后进行缓弹处理,氢氧化钠30-35%、碳酸钠10-20%、柠檬酸盐5-10%其余为水,处理毛巾半成品,10-25min,处理后90-95℃热水洗,然后常温水洗。
6.根据权利要求4所述的含石墨烯缓弹亲肤抗菌毛巾的制备方法,其特征在于:将上述染整加工的毛巾半成品进行柔软亲水整理,柔软亲水剂选择亲水软滑冰感硅油SX667、改性尼龙亲水硅油Goon1207、毛巾亲水硅油C074中的一种或几种,取上述混合液与水按1:5比例配置溶液,加入芳香整理剂XB PERF-NANO 0.5-1%,将毛巾半成品浸轧于柔软亲水方向整理液,二浸二轧,轧余率60-80%,90-100℃预烘50秒,160℃焙烘40秒,得成品。
