背景技术
在专利文献1中公开了一种支承部件(保持板部),其支承电线并搭载于自动变速器。支承部件具有金属制的主体部,主体部弯曲加工成预定的形状。主体部具有螺栓插入孔,螺栓插入孔开口为圆形,主体部借由被插入到螺栓插入孔的螺栓被固定于自动变速器的机身(壳体)。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
然而,考虑到电线的组装性及加工性,有时要求将主体部树脂成形。但是,在自动变速器的情况下,由于处于高温油中的、严酷的使用环境,若主体部是树脂制,则存在如下情况:因线膨胀系数差的不同,使得主体部的变形量比螺栓的变形量大,螺栓变得容易松动。鉴于此,能够采用如下结果:通过嵌件成型将金属套环一体安装于主体部,在金属套环内插入螺栓。但是,存在如下问题:若金属套环通过切削加工形成并嵌件成型于主体部,则制造成本变高。
本发明是鉴于上述情况完成的,其目的在于降低搭载于自动变速器的支承部件的制造成本。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明的支承部件,其支承导电部件并搭载于自动变速器,所述支承部件的特征在于,所述支承部件具备树脂制的主体部和金属制的板部。所述板部借由螺栓固定于所述自动变速器的机身,所述主体部具有安装部和具有弹性的弹性锁定部,所述板部被安装于安装部,所述弹性锁定部朝所述安装部内突出,并限制所述板部从所述安装部脱离,所述板部具有平板状的板部主体,在板部主体贯穿设置有插通孔,所述插通孔能够供所述螺栓插通,所述弹性锁定部具有卡止面,在所述板部被支承于所述安装部的状态下,所述卡止面相对于所述板部主体的侧缘部隔开间隙而对置,在所述间隙内容许所述板部主体的活动的同时,限制所述板部从所述安装部脱离。
发明效果
由于板部被弹性锁定部限制从安装部脱离,并借由螺栓固定于主体,所以与将金属盖嵌件成型于安装部的情况相比,能够抑制成本变高。另外,由于在板部与弹性锁定部之间所产生的带间隙的范围内,板部能够活动,所以能够吸收树脂制的主体部与金属制的板部之间的热膨胀差。

具体实施方式
以下示出本发明的优选方式。
所述安装部具有导向槽,所述导向槽沿所述板部的安装方向延伸,在与形成所述导向槽侧相反一侧的侧面设置有所述弹性锁定部。根据该结构,由于以将板部的一侧位于导向槽侧,将板部的另一侧位于弹性锁定部侧的方式进行板部的安装,所以能够防止从弹性锁定部受到过大的弹性反作用力,安装的操作性优良。
<实施例>
根据图1~7对本发明的实施例进行说明。实施例的支承部件10具备合成树脂制的主体部20和金属制的板部60,主体部20作为布线盘搭载于汽车的自动变速器,板部60用于将主体部20借由螺栓40安装于自动变速器的机身50(包含外壳)。另外,在以下的说明中,上下方向以搭载于汽车的状态为基准。
如图1所示,主体部20是沿前后方向(长度方向)延伸出的板状部件,主体部20具有平坦的电线支承面21,在电线支承面21的上表面对电线80进行支承。主体部20的外周部由界定电线支承面21的两侧的肋板状的区划部22划定。
在主体部20的前后两端部设置有安装部23。安装部23具有左右一对侧壁24、25和端壁26,左右一对侧壁24、25与区划部22连续地延伸出,端壁26与两侧壁24、25正交,并将电线支承面21隔开。安装部23朝端壁26所对置的一侧和上下两侧开放,通过上方的开放部分,板部60被插入并保持于两侧壁24、25与端壁26之间。
如图2所示,两侧壁24、25中的一方的侧壁24在顶端侧的导向肋27(参照图4)与端壁26之间具有沿上下方向延伸出的导向槽28。另外,如图4所示,一方的侧壁24具有上侧覆盖部31和下侧覆盖部32,上侧覆盖部31将导向槽28的上端开口中的、靠端壁26的一半闭塞,下侧覆盖部32将导向槽28的下端开口中的、靠顶端的一半闭塞。上侧覆盖部31以及下侧覆盖部32形成为均沿前后方向延伸出的肋状,且相互沿前后错位而配置。
如图4所示,导向肋27形成为沿上下方向延伸出的肋状,导向肋27在下端与下侧覆盖部32连结成一体。上侧覆盖部31与端壁26的上端连结成一体。另外,板部60的后述的立起片62被插入于导向槽28。
如图1所示,两侧壁24、25中的另一方的侧壁25在靠顶端的位置具有朝内侧突出的门型(逆U字形)的框部33,并在靠端壁26的下端部且与框部33相排列的位置具有未图示的下支承部。框部33的上边部分以比安装部23高出一截的方式配置。
如图2所示,另一方的侧壁25具有突片状的弹性锁定部34,弹性锁定部34从框部33的上边部分向下方以悬臂状突出。弹性锁定部34配置于与导向槽28的靠顶端的一半对置的位置,且能够以框部33的上边部分为支点朝内外挠曲变形。在框部33内,在弹性锁定部34与弹性锁定部34所对置的侧面部分之间确保有挠曲空间35,挠曲空间35容许弹性锁定部34的挠曲动作。另外,弹性锁定部34具有锥形的斜面36和卡止面37,斜面36随着朝向下方而向内侧倾斜,卡止面37与斜面36的下端相连,从上方朝向安装部23的下端开口,弹性锁定部34以向下端逐渐变厚的方式形成。
如图2所示,板部60是截面L字形的板材,板部60具有平板状的板部主体61和立起片62,立起片62从板部主体61的一侧缘立起。板部60不是通过切削加工而是通过冲压加工对金属板进行冲裁之后,再通过弯曲加工而形成的。
在板部主体61设置有圆形的插通孔63,插通孔63贯通板部主体61,在插通孔63中能够插通螺栓40。如图1以及图7所示,板部主体61的另一侧缘具有突出片64和笔直缘部65,突出片64被支承于安装部23的下支承部,笔直缘部65在靠顶端的位置处与突出片64以台阶状相连且沿前后方向延伸。
立起片62形成为矩形板状,大致整体被收纳于导向槽28内。如图2所示,立起片62的基端部66形成为以曲面状与板部主体61相连的形状。
接着,对本实施例的作用效果进行说明。
在进行组装时,板部60从上方被插入到主体部20的安装部23。此时,板部60以板部主体61的立起片62侧的侧缘部偏向下方的方式倾斜,板部60从该状态被下拉。接着,板部主体61的笔直缘部65在弹性锁定部34的斜面36滑动,弹性锁定部34在挠曲空间35被挠曲变形。另外,在板部60被下拉的过程中,板部主体61的姿势被慢慢矫正而逐渐成为水平,立起片62嵌入导向槽28。
若通过这样的方式,板部60被正规插入到安装部23,则弹性锁定部34弹性复位而能够从上方卡止于板部主体61的笔直缘部65,并且突出片64从下方被支承于下支承部。若板部60从此处被拉起,则弹性锁定部34与板部主体61的笔直缘部65抵接,从而限制板部60进一步上浮(脱离)。
如图7所示,在板部60被载置于下支承部和下侧覆盖部32而被支承的状态下,弹性锁定部34的卡止面37与板部主体61的笔直缘部65隔开少许的间隙对置而配置。并且,上侧覆盖部31与立起片62的上端隔开少许的间隙对置而配置。另外,在区划导向槽28的端壁26与导向肋27之间以沿前后方向带有游隙的方式配置有立起片62(参照图4)。此外,在两侧壁24、25之间以整体沿左右方向带有游隙的方式配置有板部60(参照图2)。因此,板部60以全方位能够游动的状态安装于主体部20的安装部23。
接着,将支承部件10安装于自动变速器的机身50。在进行安装时,安装部23载置于在机身50的上表面突出设置的毂部51的上端面,安装于安装部23的板部60的插通孔63以与毂部51的螺纹孔52连通的方式被位置对准。此时,由于板部60相对于安装部23能够活动,所以能够吸收组装时的尺寸误差。
接着,螺栓40从上方被插通到板部主体61的插通孔63,螺栓40的顶端部被螺入到螺纹孔52。接着,如图3以及图5所示,板部主体61沿上下方向(板厚方向)被紧密地夹在毂部51的上端面与螺栓40的头部41之间,通过这样的方式,板部60被固定于机身50,主体部20进一步借由板部60被安装于机身50。另外,在此所说的螺栓40是包含用螺丝刀紧固的小螺丝等螺丝部件的概念。
然而,由于若采用通过切削加工而形成的金属套环来取代上述板部60,金属套环嵌件成型于主体部20而成形为一体,则由于金属套环本身的制造成本高,且需要嵌件成型的模具设备,所以整体的制造成本变高。
在这点上,根据本实施例,由于板部60只不过通过冲压加工而形成,且主体部20只不过通过一般的树脂成形(注射成形)而形成,所以能够将整体的制造成本控制为较低。另外,由于板部60带有预定的间隙而安装于主体部20的安装部23,所以即使在自动变速器的高温油中,因金属制的板部60与合成树脂制的主体部20之间的线膨胀系数差而使得主体部20的变形量变得比板部60的变形量大,也能够在带间隙的范围内吸收板部60的变形量。
另外,在安装部23设置导向槽28和弹性锁定部34,以板部60的一侧(立起片62侧)位于导向槽28侧,板部60的另一侧(突出片64、笔直缘部65侧)位于弹性锁定部34侧的方式进行板部60的安装作业,所以不会受到来自弹性锁定部34的、不必要的大的弹性反作用力,安装的操作性优良。
<其他实施例>
对本发明的其他实施例进行简单说明。
(1)主体部也可以不一定是板状部件,例如也可以是块状部件。
(2)也可以在主体部的具有电线支承面的槽底部分沿自动变速器的机身的形状设置有高度方向的台阶。
(3)也可以构成为在螺栓的头部与板部之间介有垫圈等垫片。
(4)也可以不在安装部内积极地设置弹性锁定部遊动的空间,而是也可以在起因于弹性锁定部的弹性结构而在弹性锁定部与板部之间自然产生间隙的范围内,板部能够活动即可。
(5)弹性锁定部也可以在安装部的左右两侧面成对地设置,弹性锁定部的个数、配置能够从上述实施例进行变更。
(6)支承部件作为除了电线以外的导电部件,例如也可以是支承母线的部件。

Claims (2)

1.一种支承部件,其支承导电部件并搭载于自动变速器,所述支承部件的特征在于,
所述支承部件具备树脂制的主体部和金属制的板部,所述板部借由螺栓固定于所述自动变速器的机身,
所述主体部具有安装部,所述板部被安装于安装部,所述安装部由彼此对置的一对侧壁定义,所述一对侧壁中的一方的侧壁的内侧面与另一方的侧壁对置,在所述一方的侧壁的内侧面设置有导向槽,在所述另一方的侧壁设置有具有弹性的弹性锁定部,所述弹性锁定部朝所述安装部内突出,并限制所述板部从所述安装部脱离,
所述板部具有立起片以及平板状的板部主体,在板部主体贯穿设置有插通孔,所述插通孔能够供所述螺栓插通,
所述立起片的外侧面以所述板部被所述安装部支承的状态与所述一方的侧壁的内侧面对置,
所述弹性锁定部具有卡止面,在所述板部被支承于所述安装部的状态下,所述卡止面相对于所述板部主体的侧缘部隔开间隙而对置,在所述间隙内容许所述板部主体的活动的同时,限制所述板部从所述安装部脱离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的支承部件,其特征在于,
所述导向槽沿所述板部的安装方向延伸。
