Abstract
本发明公开一种鲜肉切丝机器人,包括机架、隔板、储肉盒、送肉杆和送肉弹簧等,所述的第一连杆的另一端与第一平行杆靠近刀片的一端相互铰接;所述的第二连杆的另一端与滑动杆一端相互铰接;滑动杆上下滑动安装在滑环中,滑动杆另一端安装有卸肉板;卸肉板与隔板相互平行;厚度调整电缸的缸体安装在机架上部,厚度调整电缸的活塞杆端部安装有厚度调整板;主动切滚的另一端同轴安装有皮带轮,并通过皮带与切丝电机主轴上的皮带轮相互连接;所述的两个分离器分别安装在主动切滚和从动切滚下方。本发明通过设置有自动送肉装置和自动切丝机构,实现了自动化切丝的目的,结构简单,操作方便。
Description
本发明为申请人于2016年07月22日提出的专利申请号为“201610581971.9”、名称为“一种鲜肉切丝机器人”的中国发明专利申请的分案申请,其全部内容结合于本申请之中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种肉类加工设备,具体涉及一种鲜肉切丝机器人,属于肉类自动化加工辅助设备技术领域。
背景技术
鲜肉切丝工作是许多场合经常进行的一项工作,比如饭店等,能否高效率、高质量地将鲜肉进行切丝,关系到工作的效率。目前主要采用人工进行切丝,效率较低,大大影响了工作的进行。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种鲜肉切丝机器人,其通过设置有自动送肉装置和自动切丝机构,实现了自动化切丝的目的,结构简单,操作方便。
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种鲜肉切丝机器人,包括机架、隔板、储肉盒、送肉杆和送肉弹簧、主电机和主电机安装架、第一平行杆和第二平行杆、曲柄、第一连杆和第二连杆、滑动杆和滑环、卸肉板、厚度调整板和厚度调整电缸、刀片、切丝电机、切滚安装架、主动切滚和从动切滚、主动齿轮和从动齿轮、两个分离器,其特征在于:所述的隔板竖直安装在机架上部中央位置,隔板下方设置有开口,机架上方与隔板平行设置有切肉口;所述的储肉盒安装在机架上部,储肉盒前端设置有开口,并与隔板下方的开口重合;所述的送肉杆滑动安装在储肉盒中,送肉杆前端设置有送肉板,后端设置有把手,所述的送肉弹簧安装在送肉杆上,送肉弹簧的两端分别位于送肉板和储肉盒一侧之间;所述的主电机安装架安装在机架上部,并位于储肉盒和隔板之间;所述的主电机安装在主电机安装架上部;所述的第一平行杆和第二平行杆的一端分别铰接安装在隔板同一侧,第一平行杆和第二平行杆的另一端分别铰接安装在刀片同一侧,所述的刀片与隔板相互平行;所述的曲柄中间位置安装在主电机主轴上,曲柄一端与第一连杆一端相互铰接,曲柄另一端与第二连杆另一端相互铰接;所述的第一连杆的另一端与第一平行杆靠近刀片的一端相互铰接;所述的第二连杆的另一端与滑动杆一端相互铰接;所述的滑动杆上下滑动安装在滑环中,滑动杆另一端安装有卸肉板;所述的滑环安装在隔板中央位置;所述的卸肉板与隔板相互平行,并位于刀片外侧;所述的厚度调整电缸的缸体安装在机架上部,厚度调整电缸的活塞杆端部安装有厚度调整板,所述的厚度调整板与隔板相互平行,并位于卸肉板外侧;所述的切丝电机安装在机架下方,切丝电机主轴上安装有皮带轮;所述的切滚安装架安装在机架下方,所述的主动切滚和从动切滚分别转动安装在切滚安装架上,所述的主动齿轮和从动齿轮分别同轴安装在主动切滚和从动切滚的一端,主动齿轮与从动齿轮相互啮合;主动切滚的另一端同轴安装有皮带轮,并通过皮带与切丝电机主轴上的皮带轮相互连接;所述的两个分离器分别安装在主动切滚和从动切滚下方。
进一步的,所述的主动切滚和从动切滚的中间位置位于机架上方切肉口的正下方。
由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:本发明通过设置有自动送肉装置和自动切丝机构,实现了自动化切丝的目的,结构简单,操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示,一种鲜肉切丝机器人,包括机架1、隔板6、储肉盒7、送肉杆8和送肉弹簧9、主电机11和主电机安装架10、第一平行杆18和第二平行杆12、曲柄14、第一连杆17和第二连杆13、滑动杆15和滑环16、卸肉板4、厚度调整板3和厚度调整电缸2、刀片5、切丝电机20、切滚安装架22、主动切滚26和从动切滚24、主动齿轮27和从动齿轮25、两个分离器23。隔板6竖直安装在机架1上部中央位置,隔板6下方设置有开口,机架1上方与隔板6平行设置有切肉口。储肉盒7安装在机架1上部,储肉盒7前端设置有开口,并与隔板6下方的开口重合。送肉杆8滑动安装在储肉盒7中,送肉杆8前端设置有送肉板,后端设置有把手,送肉弹簧9安装在送肉杆8上,送肉弹簧9的两端分别位于送肉板和储肉盒7一侧之间。主电机安装架10安装在机架1上部,并位于储肉盒7和隔板6之间。主电机11安装在主电机安装架10上部。第一平行杆18和第二平行杆12的一端分别铰接安装在隔板6同一侧,第一平行杆17和第二平行杆12的另一端分别铰接安装在刀片5同一侧,所述的刀片5与隔板6相互平行。曲柄14中间位置安装在主电机11主轴上,曲柄14一端与第一连杆17一端相互铰接,曲柄14另一端与第二连杆13另一端相互铰接。第一连杆17的另一端与第一平行杆17靠近刀片5的一端相互铰接。第二连杆13的另一端与滑动杆15一端相互铰接。滑动杆15上下滑动安装在滑环16中,滑动杆15另一端安装有卸肉板4。滑环16安装在隔板6中央位置。卸肉板4与隔板6相互平行,并位于刀片5外侧。厚度调整电缸2的缸体安装在机架1上部,厚度调整电缸2的活塞杆端部安装有厚度调整板3,所述的厚度调整板3与隔板6相互平行,并位于卸肉板4外侧。切丝电机20安装在机架1下方,切丝电机20主轴上安装有皮带轮19。切滚安装架22安装在机架1下方,主动切滚26和从动切滚24分别转动安装在切滚安装架22上,主动齿轮27和从动齿轮25分别同轴安装在主动切滚26和从动切滚24的一端,主动齿轮27与从动齿轮25相互啮合。主动切滚26的另一端同轴安装有皮带轮19,并通过皮带21与切丝电机20主轴上的皮带轮19相互连接。两个分离器23分别安装在主动切滚26和从动切滚24下方。
主动切滚26和从动切滚24的中间位置位于机架1上方切肉口的正下方。
本发明的工作原理为:本发明在使用时,首先将需要切丝的鲜肉块放置到储肉盒7中,通过送肉杆8将鲜肉块压紧;通过厚度调整电缸2调整厚度调整板3,使厚度调整板3与刀片5之间的宽度达到要求的肉片厚度;通过主电机11带动曲柄14,在曲柄14的转动下,第一连杆依次带动第一平行杆和第二平行杆,从而带动刀片上下移动,同时第二连杆带动滑动杆在滑环中上下滑动,从而带动卸肉板上下移动;当刀片移动到上方的时候,卸肉板移动到下方;当刀片移动到下方的时候,卸肉板移动到上方;被切下来的肉片,掉落至主动切滚和从动切滚之间,通过切丝电机的转动,依次带动主动切滚和从动切滚,从而将肉片切成丝,最后通过两个分离器23将切好的肉丝分离。
Claims (4)
1.一种鲜肉切丝机器人,包括机架(1)、隔板(6)、储肉盒(7)、送肉杆(8)和送肉弹簧(9)、主电机(11)和主电机安装架(10)、第一平行杆(18)和第二平行杆(12)、曲柄(14)、第一连杆(17)和第二连杆(13)、滑动杆(15)和滑环(16)、卸肉板(4)、厚度调整板(3)和厚度调整电缸(2)、刀片(5)、切丝电机(20)、切滚安装架(22)、主动切滚(26)和从动切滚(24)、主动齿轮(27)和从动齿轮(25)、两个分离器(23),其特征在于:所述的隔板(6)竖直安装在机架(1)上部中央位置,隔板(6)下方设置有开口,机架(1)上方与隔板(6)平行设置有切肉口;所述的储肉盒(7)安装在机架(1)上部,储肉盒(7)前端设置有开口,并与隔板(6)下方的开口重合;所述的送肉杆(8)滑动安装在储肉盒(7)中,送肉杆(8)前端设置有送肉板,后端设置有把手,所述的送肉弹簧(9)安装在送肉杆(8)上,送肉弹簧(9)的两端分别位于送肉板和储肉盒(7)一侧之间;所述的主电机安装架(10)安装在机架(1)上部,并位于储肉盒(7)和隔板(6)之间;所述的主电机(11)安装在主电机安装架(10)上部;所述的第一平行杆(18)和第二平行杆(12)的一端分别铰接安装在隔板(6)同一侧,第一平行杆(17)和第二平行杆(12)的另一端分别铰接安装在刀片(5)同一侧,所述的刀片(5)与隔板(6)相互平行;所述的曲柄(14)中间位置安装在主电机(11)主轴上,曲柄(14)一端与第一连杆(17)一端相互铰接,曲柄(14)另一端与第二连杆(13)另一端相互铰接;所述的第一连杆(17)的另一端与第一平行杆(17)靠近刀片(5)的一端相互铰接;所述的第二连杆(13)的另一端与滑动杆(15)一端相互铰接;所述的滑动杆(15)上下滑动安装在滑环(16)中,滑动杆(15)另一端安装有卸肉板(4);所述的卸肉板(4)与隔板(6)相互平行,并位于刀片(5)外侧;所述的厚度调整电缸(2)的缸体安装在机架(1)上部,厚度调整电缸(2)的活塞杆端部安装有厚度调整板(3),所述的厚度调整板(3)与隔板(6)相互平行,并位于卸肉板(4)外侧;所述的切丝电机(20)主轴上安装有皮带轮(19);所述的切滚安装架(22)安装在机架(1)下方,所述的主动切滚(26)和从动切滚(24)分别转动安装在切滚安装架(22)上,所述的主动齿轮(27)和从动齿轮(25)分别同轴安装在主动切滚(26)和从动切滚(24)的一端,主动齿轮(27)与从动齿轮(25)相互啮合;主动切滚(26)的另一端同轴安装有皮带轮(19),并通过皮带(21)与切丝电机(20)主轴上的皮带轮(19)相互连接;所述的两个分离器(23)分别安装在主动切滚(26)和从动切滚(24)下方。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种鲜肉切丝机器人,其特征在于:所述的主动切滚(26)和从动切滚(24)的中间位置位于机架(1)上方切肉口的正下方。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种鲜肉切丝机器人,其特征在于:所述的滑环(16)安装在隔板(6)中央位置。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种鲜肉切丝机器人,其特征在于:所述的切丝电机(20)安装在机架(1)下方。
