The invention relates to the technical field of cultivation. More specifically, the invention relates to a compound preparation for preventing and treating white feces of penaeus vannamei boone, and a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
Many farmers have the condition of white feces in the process of cultivating prawns. Long-term rain causes prawn diseases to become complex and have high morbidity.
The main symptoms of enteritis caused by white feces are that shrimp bacteria are thin, white, sticky, float on the water surface, gather in a large amount and emit foul smell. The prawn ingests normally in the initial stage, but with the aggravation of the disease, the prawn eats slowly, even does not eat or is thin and weak, and the prawn swims to a pond and dies by throwing. Typical pathological changes of the intestinal tract include proliferation of submucosal cells, shedding of epithelial cells, and integral shedding of proliferated and fibrotic cell layers, which can be shed for many times to form white feces for many times.
At present, the white feces disease of prawns becomes one of the main diseases faced by the prawn feeding industry. The death rate is high after the disease occurs, the transmission is fast, and huge economic loss is easily caused. When the existing prawn white feces disease is treated, antibiotics are usually adopted, the effect is poor, side effects are easy to generate, and the water quality can be influenced.

Decocting rhizoma Atractylodis 5 weight parts, radix aucklandiae 2 weight parts, Coptidis rhizoma 8 weight parts, cortex Phellodendri 6 weight parts, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae 10 weight parts, Glycyrrhrizae radix 5 weight parts and Atractylodis rhizoma 4 weight parts in water, filtering, and sprinkling the filtrate 180 g/mu/m once a day for 7 times.
Test 1
After 7 months in certain areas in Guangxi, prawns have large-area white feces, and when the prawns are infected early, the prawns swim to the pond, the feed is reduced, slender viscous white feces are discharged, the prawns float on the water surface, the shrimp shells become soft, and when the prawns are severe, the pathological changes of the jejunum, the empty stomach and the liver and the pancreas occur. At the moment, the prawn size reaches 30 thousands of prawns/mu, 6 ponds with the same area and the same culture density and other culture modes are respectively controlled by the methods of the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-3, and the control results are shown in the table 1.
TABLE 1 results of prevention and control of white feces by the methods of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively
As can be seen from Table 1, the method of examples 1-3 can significantly reduce the mortality of the prawns, and after 5 days, the disease of the prawns is already alleviated, and the disease can be consolidated by continuously applying the method for 2 days, so that the disease does not relapse. Therefore, after the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are subjected to enzymolysis and are soaked by adopting a sucrose solution, more effective substances can be released, the drug effect can be improved, and the introduction of the wood vinegar, the lysozyme and the chitosan can further inhibit pathogenic bacteria in intestines and stomach of the prawns, improve the water quality and reduce the death rate of the prawns. The spraying device has the advantages that the medicine can be enabled to be effective, meanwhile, the spraying device sprays the medicine at equal intervals, the spraying at each position can be guaranteed to be even, and the situation that partial prawn white feces are not cured and are continuously infected is avoided.
While embodiments of the invention have been described above, it is not limited to the applications set forth in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable to various fields of endeavor for which the invention may be embodied with additional modifications as would be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the invention is therefore not limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the generic concept as defined by the claims and their equivalents.
