本发明提供一种防治血栓的食疗方剂及烹调工艺,所述的食疗方剂是用黑木耳、生姜及红枣3种食材配制而成;所述的烹调工艺包括以下步骤:一是先将黑木耳、生姜及红枣清洗干净;二是把生姜片,黑木耳、红枣一同放入锅内,再倒入食用水;三是先用大火烧开,煮10分钟后,再改用文火,一直煮到锅内仅剩500ml水即可;四是每天早、晚空腹各喝1次,每次喝200ml;五是按该方剂可连续烹调数次,达到防治血栓的目的。本发明的科学性在于:简单易行、以食代药、用之得法,其效立应,是一条间单易行的治病途径;本发明每年对30位患者用该方防治,经检验均取得了良好的防治效果。

综上所述,按照“药食同源”、“药补不如食补”的理论,研发出一种防治血栓的食疗方剂及烹调工艺,其科学性在于:简单易行、以食代药、用之得法,其效立应,是一条间单易行的治病途径。

一种防治血栓的食疗方剂,其中,所述的食疗方剂是用黑木耳、生姜及红枣3种食材按重量份计:由黑木耳5~15份,生姜4~6份,红枣4~6枚,食用水2000~3000份配制而成。

黑木耳:味甘,性平,有小毒;归肺、脾、大肠、肝经;黑木耳具有益气强身、滋肾养胃、活血等功能,它能抗血凝、抗血栓、降血脂,黑木耳的作用降低血粘,软化血管,使血液流动通畅,减少心血管病发生,黑木耳还有较强的吸附作用,经常食用利于使体内产生的垃圾及时排出体外,黑木耳对胆结石、肾结石也有较好的化解功能,黑木耳的作用因为它所含的植物碱具有促进消化道、泌尿道各种腺体分泌的特性,植物碱能协同这些分泌物催化结石,润滑肠道;具有益气强身、滋肾养胃、活血、抗血凝、抗血栓、降血脂,降低血粘、软化血管、抗肿瘤、增强机体免疫力的功效;经常食黑木耳的人,可抗血栓形成,可明显延长特异性血栓及纤维蛋白血栓的形成时间,缩短血栓长度,减轻血栓湿重和干重,减少血小板数,降低血小板粘附率和血液粘度,并可明显降低血浆纤维蛋白原含量,升高纤溶酶活性,结果表明,黑木耳不仅有明显的抗血栓作用,还有医治血栓病人的功效。
生姜:味辛,性温,归肺、脾、胃经;具有活血、祛寒、除湿、发汗解表、温中止呕、温肺止咳、健胃、辟腥臭、消水肿之功效。故医家和民谚称“家备小姜,小病不慌”,还有“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,不劳医生开药方”的说法。
