该配方按照“药食同源”,“药补不如食补”的理论,研发出补虛壮骨食疗养生肉汤配方配方。
本发明采用如下的技术方案:
该配方选用乌龟、枸杞子、黄酒、冰糖5种原料,以及花椒、味精姜、酱油4味调料配制而成;各原料特性如下:乌龟为传统的名贵药材,它富含骨胶原和蛋白质、钙、磷、脂类、肽类和多种酶。据中医临床研究证实,龟板气腥、味咸、性寒,具有滋阴降火,潜阳退蒸,补肾健骨等功效。据说龟血还有抑制癌细胞的特殊功效。[4枸杞子微甘,性平,入肝肾经,长于滋肾经,补肝血,为平补肾精肝血之品。在《本草经疏》中提到“为肝肾真阴不足,劳乏内热补益之要药”对于由于 肝肾阴虚,精血不足所导致的腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,阳痿遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目晕不明等症状,可以单用或者配伍其它药物一起使用。枸杞子与其他中药配伍使用还对须发早白,肝肾阴虚或精亏血虚引起的两目干涩者有很好的疗效。核桃的药用价值很高,中医应用广泛。祖国医学认为核桃性温、味甘、无毒,有健胃、补血、润肺、养神等功效。黄酒具有7大功效:1、活血祛寒,通经活络;2、保护心脏,我们都知道,人体内的无机盐是构成机体组织和维护正常生理功能所必需的,黄酒中已检测出的无机盐有18种之多,包括钙、镁、钾、磷等常量元素和铁、铜、锌、硒等微量元素。其中镁既是人体内糖、脂肪、蛋白质代谢和细胞呼吸酶系统不可缺少的辅助因子。也是维护肌肉神经兴奋性和心脏正常功能,保护心血管系统所必需的。人体缺镁时,易发生血管硬化、心肌损害等疾病。而硒的作用主要是消除体内产生过多的活性氧自由基,因而具有提高机体免疫力、抗衰老、抗癌、保护心血管和心肌健康的作用。已有的研究成果表明,人体的克山病、癌症、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、不育症等40余种病症均与缺硒有关。因此,适量饮用黄酒,对心脏有保护作用。3、减肥、美容、抗衰老,适当的饮酒可以加速血液循环和新陈代谢,有利于减肥。黄酒是B族维生素的良好来源,维生素B1.B2.尼克酸、维生素E都很丰富,长期饮用有利于美容、抗衰老。黄酒中含有大量糖分、有机酸、氧基酸和各种维生素,具有较高的营养价值。4、药用价值,“药引”是引药归经的俗称,指某些药物能引导其它药物的药力到达病变部位或某一经脉,黄酒是很好的药引;5、促进子宫收缩舒经活络6、辅助医疗,黄酒多用糯米制成。黄酒在酿造过程中,注意保持了糯米原有的多种 营养成分,还有它所产生的糖化胶质等,这些物质都有益于人体健康。7、烹饪时祛腥膻、解油腻,绍兴酒是上等的烹饪调料,在烹饪中有祛腥、去膻、增香、添味的效能,使菜肴更加鲜美。鱼中有一种三甲胺的化学物质,腥味极浓,在煮鱼时加1~2匙黄酒和醋,三甲胺便会溶解在酒醋里,酒精沸点为38.3℃,易挥发,三甲胺也随蒸气一起跑掉。同时,酒和醋在热锅里相遇,反应生成乙酸乙酯香味,使鱼味更鲜香。肉类含有一种脂肪滴,有腻人的膻味,在炖煮中加入老酒后,脂肪滴即溶解于酒精中一起蒸发掉,达到去膻的目的,肉味更香美。冰糖味甘、性平、无毒。入肺、脾经。具有补中益气,和胃润肺,止咳化痰。养阴生津,润肺止咳之功效,可医治:肺燥咳嗽,干咳无痰,咯痰带血等病。
