本发明涉及一种预压推移机构，包括第一气缸、第二气缸、推板、气缸下垫板和垫块，第一气缸的伸缩杆端部设置有推板，推板的下端设置有垫块，第一气缸的下端设置有气缸下垫板，气缸下垫板连接在第二气缸的伸缩杆端部。本发明结构简单，设计紧凑，能够用于工作空间较小情况下的物件的短距离移动，方便快捷，大大减轻了劳动力。

本发明涉及一种预压推移机构，属于机械设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着机械自动化水平的不断发展，各机械制造车间基本实现了全套生产线自动化的水平，各零部件的组装、运输都实现了机械化生产，因此，车间中需要能够用于各工序时的搬运装置，及时进行生产零部件的搬运，不仅能够提高生产效率，而且精准度高，大大节约了各生产环节中的时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题，提供了一种结构简单，设计紧凑的预压推移机构。
本发明采用如下技术方案：一种预压推移机构，包括第一气缸、第二气缸、推板、气缸下垫板和垫块，所述第一气缸的伸缩杆端部设置有推板，所述推板的下端设置有垫块，所述第一气缸的下端设置有气缸下垫板，所述气缸下垫板连接在第二气缸的伸缩杆端部。
进一步的，所述垫块和气缸下垫板间固定连接。
本发明结构简单，设计紧凑，能够用于工作空间较小情况下的物件的短距离移动，方便快捷，大大减轻了劳动力。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示，一种预压推移机构，包括第一气缸1、第二气缸2、推板3、气缸下垫板4和垫块5，第一气缸1的伸缩杆端部设置有推板3，推板3的下端设置有垫块5，第一气缸1的下端设置有气缸下垫板4，气缸下垫板4连接在第二气缸2的伸缩杆端部，垫块5和气缸下垫板4间固定连接。
工作原理：在工作空间比较狭隘的时候启动本装置进行物件的水平搬运，开启第二气缸2，第二气缸2的伸缩杆能够带动推板3、第一气缸1、气缸下垫板4和垫块5整体在水平方向上前后移动，进而带动推板3上的待搬运物件进行位置的改变，然后开启第一气缸1，第一气缸1的伸缩杆带动推板前后水平运动起到精确调节待搬运物件位置的作用。

1.一种预压推移机构，其特征在于：包括第一气缸（1）、第二气缸（2）、推板（3）、气缸下垫板（4）和垫块（5），所述第一气缸（1）的伸缩杆端部设置有推板（3），所述推板（3）的下端设置有垫块（5），所述第一气缸（1）的下端设置有气缸下垫板（4），所述气缸下垫板（4）连接在第二气缸（2）的伸缩杆端部。
2.如权利要求1所述的预压推移机构，其特征在于：所述垫块（5）和气缸下垫板（4）间固定连接。
