本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种深黑色纯棉织物高等级免烫整理方法。工艺流程依次为摊缝→烧毛→退浆→煮练→丝光→冷轧堆染色→高温皂洗→液氨整理→预柔软→第一次预缩→免烫→焙烘→水洗→拉幅柔软→第二次预缩;其中:焙烘温度为120~130℃,焙烘反应时间控制在5~6min;免烫工艺采用浸轧AP树脂免烫助剂。本发明可以增加面料的径向收缩,免烫焙烘后将这种状态固定下来,从而可以提高面料的免烫性。本发明使黑色深色纯棉织物手感柔软,透气性和吸湿性好,水洗后牢度好,放置不变色,熨烫牢度好,能够批量生产,免烫性达到AATCC‑124标准下3.8级以上。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种深黑色纯棉织物高等级免烫整理方法。
背景技术
随着人类回归自然的呼声日益强烈,人们对天然纤维服装面料的需求逐渐增加。棉,作为天然纤维的代表之一,其具有自然舒适的特性,因此越来越受到人们的青睐。但纯棉面料易起皱,洗后缩水不易控制,所以纯棉面料的抗皱性整理显得尤为重要,目前,几乎所有的免烫整理都采用浸轧树脂,烘干,然后在140~150℃的高温条件下焙烘,或者潮交联在常温强酸性条件下浸轧树脂堆置的方法来达到一种高级别免烫整理的效果,通常后者的免烫性要高于前者,目前行业内所有的高免烫性面料特别是四级免烫面料均是使用潮交联的方法进行整理。
对于黑色纯棉面料,由于黑色染料目前结构的限制,经过验证,几乎所有的黑色染料都不耐潮交联整理,经过潮交联整理后黑色的面料均存在向红黄色转变的问题,而且变色幅度达到3级以上,对于黑色面料加工潮交联整理均存在颜色难以控制的问题,所以对于黑色面料目前均以常规免烫整理为主,AATCC-124标准下面料的免烫性仅能达到3.2-3.5级这样一个水平,很难有高免烫性级别的突破。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种深黑色纯棉织物高等级免烫整理方法,使黑色深色纯棉织物手感柔软,透气性和吸湿性好,水洗后牢度好,放置不变色,熨烫牢度好,能够批量生产,免烫性达到AATCC-124标准下3.8级以上。
本发明所述的深黑色纯棉织物高等级免烫整理方法,工艺流程依次为摊缝→烧毛→退浆→煮练→丝光→冷轧堆染色→高温皂洗→液氨整理→预柔软→第一次预缩→免烫→焙烘→水洗→拉幅柔软→第二次预缩;其中:焙烘温度为120~130℃,焙烘反应时间控制在5~6min。
免烫工艺条件:浸轧AP树脂免烫助剂,AP树脂免烫助剂由以下成分组成:树脂F-AP(生产厂家BASF):220~260g/L,催化剂FM(生产厂家BASF):44~52g/L,纤维保护剂20~30g/L,亲水性柔软剂30~40g/L,有机酸1~2g/L,其余为水,烘房温度控制60~95℃,布面湿度控制5.5~6.6%,超喂:3.2~4%,织物落布打卷,控制打卷张力在0.15~0.25Mpa。
液氨整理工艺条件:车速35~45m/min,织物落布pH值控制在6.5~7.5。
第一次预缩工艺条件:车速50~60m/min,胶毯温度100~110℃,呢毯温度80~90℃,压距5~8mm,张力0.3~0.7Bar,缩水控制在0~-1%之间。
预柔软工艺在拉幅机上进行,工艺条件为:柔软剂SEH-01:20~30g/L,醋酸:0.5~1g/L,其余为水,烘房温度:120~130℃,布面湿度控制在4~5%。
丝光工艺采用的NaOH的浓度为210~220g/L。
烧毛工艺条件:车速120m/min,正烧,火焰强度18mbar;
退浆工艺条件:车速70m/min,退浆酶3g/L、渗透剂3g/L,其余为水,蒸箱温度95℃,堆置15min,95℃4格水洗;
煮练工艺条件:NaOH 40g/L、精炼剂6g/L、渗透剂6g/L、螯合剂3g/L,其余为水,车速70m/min,100℃汽蒸30min,95℃4格水洗。
冷轧堆染色工艺:颜料、烧碱和水玻璃的水溶液中进行冷轧堆染色,堆置20h,堆置温度25℃。
优选地,冷轧堆染色工艺条件:黑色染料BKC-G(Huntsman)56.3-61.2g/L,蓝色染料BC-D(Huntsman)2.1-15.4g/L,红色染料RHF-3B(Archroma))0-16.3g/L,烧碱15-16.3g/L,水玻璃50g/L,堆置20h,堆置温度25℃。
高温皂洗:皂洗剂2g/L,其余为水;10格水洗水洗,皂洗温度95℃。
水洗后pH值控制在中性或弱碱性,pH优选为7-8。
第二次预缩:车速50-60m/min,胶毯温度100-110℃,呢毯温度90℃,压距5.5-6.5mm,张力0.35-0.4Bar,缩水-0.8%~-1.1%。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明不加工氧漂,从而减少免烫之前的降强,为免烫提供更高的强力基础,在预柔软和免烫之间增加预缩工艺,可以增加面料的径向收缩,免烫焙烘后将这种状态固定下来,从而可以提高面料的免烫性,使用低速液氨加工工艺,可以使液氨丝光效果更深入,提高强力同时,增加树脂渗透交联效果,采用低温免烫焙烘整理,控制的思路为低温长时间焙烘,即焙烘温度120~130度低温反应,焙烘反应时间控制在5~6min。
(2)本发明克服了黑色面料潮交联整理颜色变化大,颜色不易控制的缺点,免烫性可以达到AATCC124标准3.8~4.0级,强力均可达到国家对于衬衣面料的标准。
(3)本发明不仅减少了面料洗后起泡情况,从而提高了面料的经向弹性,不仅改善面料的手感,而且在成衣加工时面料缝制性能达到很大提升,缝制的衣服侧缝平整度得到很大改善。
(4)本发明使黑色深色纯棉织物手感柔软,透气性和吸湿性好,水洗后牢度好,放置不变色,熨烫牢度好,能够批量生产,免烫性达到AATCC-124标准下3.8级以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例中所用原料除特殊说明外,均为市售产品。
实施例1
面料组织规格为CM40*CPT60/2*114*65*60/61平纹面料,深黑色。
面料免烫整理工艺流程为:摊缝→烧毛→退浆→煮练→丝光→冷轧堆染色→高温皂洗→液氨整理→预柔软→第一次预缩→免烫→焙烘→水洗→拉幅柔软→第二次预缩。
各工序加工工艺如下:
1.烧毛:车速120m/min,正烧,火焰强度18mbar。
2.退浆:车速70m/min,退浆酶3g/L,渗透剂3g/L,其余为水;蒸箱温度95℃,堆置15min,95℃4格水洗。
3.煮练:NaOH 40g/L,精炼剂6g/L,渗透剂6g/L,螯合剂3g/L,其余为水;车速70m/min,100℃汽蒸30min,95℃4格水洗。
4.丝光:丝光浓度220g/L。
5.冷轧堆染色工艺:黑色染料BKC-G(Huntsman)61.2g/L,蓝色染料BC-D(Huntsman)15.4g/L,烧碱15g/L,水玻璃50g/L,其余为水;堆置20h,堆置温度25℃。
6.高温皂洗:皂洗剂2g/L,其余为水;10格水洗水洗,皂洗温度95℃。
7.液氨:车速35m/min,落布pH值7.2。
8.预柔软:SEH-01:30g/L,醋酸:1g/L,其余为水;烘房温度:130℃,布面湿度控制4.6%。
9.第一次预缩:车速50m/min,胶毯温度100℃,呢毯温度90℃,压距7mm,张力0.4Bar,缩水-0.6%。
10.免烫:树脂F-AP:250g/L,催化剂FM:50g/L,纤维保护剂20g/L,亲水性柔软剂30g/L,有机酸1g/L,其余为水,烘房温度控制95度,布面湿度控制5.9%,超喂:3.5%,织物落布打卷,打卷张力0.2Mpa。
11.焙烘:温度130度,焙烘时间5min。
12.水洗:水洗在水洗机上进行,清水洗,温度60℃。
13.拉幅柔软:固色剂20g/L,甲醛捕捉剂20g/L,柔软剂30g/L,其余为水,车速60m/min,烘房温度130℃。
14.第二次预缩:车速50m/min,胶毯温度110℃,呢毯温度90℃,压距5.5mm,张力0.4Bar,缩水-1.1%。
经测试,采用上述工艺加工的面料,免烫级别AATCC124标准4.0级,甲醛达到60PPM以下,纬向断裂强力340N,纬向撕破强力9.6N,均达到客户标准。
实施例2
面料组织规格为CM50*CPT40*133*80*61/62平纹面料,深黑色。
面料免烫整理工艺流程为:摊缝→烧毛→退浆→煮练→丝光→冷轧堆染色→高温皂洗→
液氨整理→预柔软→第一次预缩→免烫→焙烘→水洗→拉幅柔软→第二次预缩。
各工序加工工艺如下:
1.烧毛:车速120m/min,正烧,火焰强度18mbar。
2.退浆:车速70m/min,退浆酶3g/L,渗透剂3g/L,蒸箱温度95℃,其余为水;堆置15min,95℃4格水洗。
3.煮练:NaOH 40g/L,精炼剂6g/L,渗透剂6g/L,螯合剂3g/L,其余为水;车速70m/min,100℃汽蒸30min,95℃4格水洗。
4.丝光:丝光浓度210g/L。
5.冷轧堆染色工艺:黑色染料BKC-G(Huntsman)56.3g/L,蓝色染料BC-D(Huntsman)2.1g/L,红色染料RHF-3B(Archroma))16.3g/L,烧碱15g/L,水玻璃50g/L,其余为水;堆置20h,堆置温度25℃。
6.高温皂洗:皂洗剂2g/L,其余为水;10格水洗水洗,皂洗温度95℃。
7.液氨:车速45m/min,落布pH值6.7。
8.预柔软:SEH-01:20g/L,醋酸:1g/L,其余为水;烘房温度:120℃,布面湿度控制4.2%。
9.第一次预缩:车速60m/min,胶毯温度110℃,呢毯温度80℃,压距8mm,张力0.35Bar,缩水-0.1%。
10.免烫:树脂F-AP:220g/L,催化剂FM:44g/L,纤维保护剂30g/L,亲水性柔软剂20g/L,有机酸1g/L,其余为水,烘房温度控制85度,布面湿度控制5.6%,超喂:3.8%,织物落布打卷,打卷张力0.23Mpa。
11.焙烘:温度120度,焙烘时间6min。
12.水洗:水洗在水洗机上进行,清水洗,温度60℃。
13.拉幅柔软:固色剂20g/L,甲醛捕捉剂20g/L,柔软剂30g/L,其余为水,车速70m/min,烘房温度120℃。
14.第二次预缩:车速60m/min,胶毯温度100℃,呢毯温度90℃,压距6.5mm,张力0.35Bar,缩水-0.8%。
经测试,采用上述工艺加工的面料,免烫级别AATCC124标准3.8级,甲醛达到36.8,纬向断裂强力305N,纬向撕破强力7.9N,均达到客户标准。

8.根据权利要求1所述的深黑色纯棉织物高等级免烫整理方法,其特征在于:煮练工艺条件:NaOH 40g/L、精炼剂6g/L、渗透剂6g/L、螯合剂3g/L,其余为水,车速70m/min,100℃汽蒸30min,95℃4格水洗。
9.根据权利要求1所述的深黑色纯棉织物高等级免烫整理方法,其特征在于:冷轧堆染色工艺:颜料、烧碱和水玻璃的水溶液中进行冷轧堆染色,堆置20h,堆置温度25℃;
高温皂洗:皂洗剂2g/L,其余为水;10格水洗水洗,皂洗温度95℃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的深黑色纯棉织物高等级免烫整理方法,其特征在于:
拉幅柔软:固色剂20g/L,甲醛捕捉剂20g/L,柔软剂30g/L,其余为水,车速60-70m/min,烘房温度120-130℃;
第二次预缩:车速50-60m/min,胶毯温度100-110℃,呢毯温度90℃,压距5.5-6.5mm,张力0.35-0.4Bar,缩水-0.8%~-1.1%。
