技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法。
背景技术
棉,作为天然纤维的代表之一,其具有透气性好、自然舒适的特性,但是棉的主要缺点是易起皱,洗后缩水;因此为改善这一缺点,纯棉织物的抗皱性整理显得尤为重要,但是,经过以往的免烫整理方法整理后的织物,经纬弹性较差,面料的可缝性较差,穿着舒适度较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,处理后的面料手感柔软,透气性、吸湿性好,抗皱性更加优越,且可缝性非常好。
本发明所述的纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,包括以下步骤:面料准备、丝光整理、液氨整理、预柔软、施加潮交联助剂、预缩、存储反应、水洗、拉幅定型和第二次预缩。
其中:
面料准备:坯布摊缝要求正反面一致,缝头处平直、牢固,烧毛工序要求烧毛干净,退浆煮练工序要求退浆干净,退浆率达到98%以上,煮练后毛效达到5cm/5min,以保证免烫效果和手感,漂白要求漂白后的面料白度在D65光源下的CIE数值达到84~87,碱丝光要求丝光充分,布面pH值在7~8之间。
丝光整理在丝光机上进行,首先进行轧碱,轧碱所用助剂采用烧碱,烧碱优选为32Be,丝光扩幅宽度为进布幅宽,经过丝光反应,使面料尽量收缩;然后对布面进行酸性中和,使布面pH值控制在6~7。丝光整理扩幅宽度为进布幅宽,丝光整理控制好面料幅宽,保证纬向弹性。
液氨整理采用常规的液氨整理,液氨整理后的面料pH值定为6~7。
预柔软工艺在拉幅机上进行,所用的预柔软助剂的组分及重量配比为:柔软剂RPU-N25~30g/l,醋酸1~2g/l,其余为水;超喂控制在6%以上,烘房温度控制在100~120℃,布面湿度控制在5%以下。
施加潮交联助剂为:浸轧施加潮交联助剂在拉幅机上进行,烘房温度控制在80~100℃,布面温度控制在35~40℃之间,落布湿度在6~8%之间,最后将织物在落布处打卷;所用的潮交联助剂的组分及重量配比为:树脂CMC220~260g/l、催化剂MC1110~130g/l、纤维保护剂HDP20~30g/l、柔软剂RPU-N10~30g/l、盐酸1~2g/l,其余为水。
预缩在预缩机上进行,布面温度为30~40℃,湿度控制在8~10%,张力控在3N以制下。在施加潮交联助剂和存储反应之间增加预缩工艺,保证经向弹性。
存储反应是将打卷的织物用塑料布包裹,在25~35℃的恒温室内存储18~24小时。
水洗在水洗机上进行65-75℃清洗,水洗时还添加助剂,将助剂加入到料槽和水洗槽中,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为纯碱10~15g/l、醋酸3g/l,其余为水。
拉幅定型在拉幅机上进行,拉幅定型时添加助剂,将助剂加入到料槽中,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为:柔软剂RPU-N20~30g/l、醋酸1~2g/l,其余为水,湿度控制在5%。
第二次预缩在预缩机上进行,缩水率控制在-1%~0%。
本发明所述的纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,工作原理为:棉织物在受外力作用时,分子间作用力(氢键、范德华力)断裂,纤维素大分子会产生滑移,织物产生形变,当外力消除后,纤维素大分子在新的位置上产生新的分子间作用力,产生的形变不能恢复,这样织物表面就产生了折皱。本方法通过树脂与纤维素羟基发生反应,在纤维素大分子间形成稳定的化学交联键,限制了分子的相对位移,使织物在外力的作用下不易产生永久形变,从而使织物具有良好的免烫性能。而且,通过丝光幅宽的控制,保证了面料的纬向弹性;通过预缩工艺,使织物纱线在反应前保证一定的屈曲,保证了面料的经向弹性。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
(1)丝光工艺扩幅宽度为面料的进布幅宽,不扩幅,使面料的纬向纱线在反应之前保持一定的屈曲程度,保证了面料的纬向弹性;
(2)由于在施加潮交联助剂与存储反应之间增加预缩工艺,可使织物经纬向纱线在反应定型前有一定的屈曲程度,从而提高了面料的径向弹性,不仅改善了面料的手感,而且在成衣加工时衣服侧缝的平整度得到很大的改善;
(3)采用本发明所述的工艺处理后的面料手感柔软,透气性、吸湿性好,抗皱性更加优越,达到美国AATCC124标准4.0级以上,甲醛含量达到国际环保标准75ppm以下,且面料的经向弹性达到ASTMD3107-2011标准4%以上,纬向弹性伸长达到ASTMD3107标准17%以上,可缝性好,成衣的整体效果非常好。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例中使用的树脂CMC、酸性催化剂MC1、纤维保护剂HDP、柔软剂RPU-N,均为科莱恩化学(中国)有限公司生产的产品。
实施例1
面料规格为:CM40*CPT36*160*66*61/62的平纹面料,面料的免烫整理工艺流程为:
1、面料准备:坯布退浆率达到98%以上,煮练后毛效达到5cm/5min,以保证免烫效果和手感,漂白后的面料白度在D65光源下的CIE数值达到87,碱丝光要求丝光充分,布面pH值在6~7之间。
2、丝光工艺在丝光机上进行,首先进行轧碱,轧碱所用助剂采用32Be烧碱,丝光扩幅宽度为进布幅宽(155cm),经过丝光反应;然后对布面进行酸性中和,使布面pH值控制在6~7。
3、液氨整理:采用常规的液氨整理,液氨整理后的面料pH值定为6。
4、预柔软:在拉幅机上进行,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为:柔软剂RPU-N25g/l,醋酸1g/l,其余为水,超喂7%,烘房温度控制在110℃,布面湿度控制在3%。
5、施加潮交联助剂:在拉幅机上进行,潮交联助剂的组分及重量配比为树脂CMC240g/l、催化剂MC1120g/l、纤维保护剂HDP30g/l、柔软剂RPU-N30g/l、盐酸1g/l,其余为水,烘房温度控制在80℃,布面温度控制在35℃,落布湿度在6%,最后将织物在落布处打卷。
6、预缩:在预缩机上进行,布面温度为35℃,湿度控制在8%,张力2N。
7、存储反应:将打卷的织物用塑料布包裹,在30℃的恒温室内存储18小时。
8、水洗:在水洗机上进行70℃清洗,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为纯碱10g/l,醋酸3g/l,其余为水。
9、拉幅定型:在拉幅机上进行,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为柔软剂RPU-N20g/l,醋酸1g/l,其余为水,湿度控制在5%。
10、预缩:为满足面料的缩水要求,在预缩机上进行,缩水率控制在-1%。
经测试,采用本发明处理后的面料免烫级别达到美国AATCC124标准4.0级,甲醛含量达到国际环保标准20ppm,面料的经向弹性达到4%,纬向弹性达到18%。
实施例2
面料的规格为:CM50*CPT50*140*90*57/58的斜纹面料,面料的免烫整理工艺流程为:
1、面料准备:坯布退浆率达到98%以上,煮练后毛效达到5cm/5min,以保证免烫效果和手感,漂白后的面料白度在D65光源下的CIE数值达到84,碱丝光要求丝光充分,布面pH值在6~7之间。
2、丝光工艺在丝光机上进行,首先进行轧碱,轧碱所用助剂采用32Be烧碱,丝光扩幅宽度为进布幅宽(145cm),经过丝光反应;然后对布面进行酸性中和,使布面pH值控制在6~7。
3、液氨整理:采用常规的液氨整理,液氨整理后的面料pH值定为7。
4、预柔软:在拉幅机上进行,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为:柔软剂RPU-N25g/l,醋酸1g/l,其余为水,超喂控制在6.5%,烘房温度控制在100℃,布面湿度控制在4%。
5、泡沫施加潮交联助剂:在拉幅机上进行,使用泡沫机向拉幅机上的布面施加潮交联助剂,潮交联助剂的组分及重量配比为树脂CMC260g/l、催化剂MC1130g/l、纤维保护剂HDP30g/l、柔软剂RPU-N30g/l、盐酸1g/l,其余为水,烘房温度控制在100℃,布面温度控制在40℃,落布湿度在8%,最后将织物在落布处打卷。
6、预缩:在预缩机上进行,布面温度为40℃,湿度控制在10%,张力1N。
7、存储反应:将打卷的织物用塑料布包裹,在25℃的恒温室内存储24小时。
8、水洗:在水洗机上进行70℃清洗,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为纯碱15g/l,醋酸3g/l,其余为水。
9、拉幅定型:在拉幅机上进行,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为柔软剂RPU-N30g/l,醋酸2g/l,其余为水,湿度控制在5%。
10、预缩:为满足面料的缩水要求,在预缩机上进行,缩水率控制在0%。
经测试,采用本发明处理后的面料免烫级别达到美国AATCC124标准4.0级,甲醛含量达到国际环保标准18ppm,面料的经向弹性达到4.8%,纬向弹性达到19%。

1.一种纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:面料准备、丝光整理、液氨整理、预柔软、施加潮交联助剂、预缩、存储反应、水洗、拉幅定型和第二次预缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,其特征在于:丝光整理在丝光机上进行,首先进行轧碱,轧碱所用助剂采用烧碱,丝光扩幅宽度为进布幅宽,经过丝光反应;然后对布面进行酸性中和,使布面pH值控制在6~7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,其特征在于:液氨整理采用常规的液氨整理,液氨整理后的面料pH值定为6~7。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,其特征在于:预柔软工艺在拉幅机上进行,所用的预柔软助剂的组分及重量配比为:柔软剂RPU-N25~30g/l,醋酸1~2g/l,其余为水;超喂控制在6%以上,烘房温度控制在100~120℃,布面湿度控制在5%以下。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,其特征在于:施加潮交联助剂为:浸轧施加潮交联助剂在拉幅机上进行,烘房温度控制在80~100℃,布面温度控制在35~40℃之间,落布湿度在6~8%之间,最后将织物在落布处打卷;所用的潮交联助剂的组分及重量配比为:树脂CMC220~260g/l、催化剂MC1110~130g/l、纤维保护剂HDP20~30g/l、柔软剂RPU-N10~30g/l、盐酸1~2g/l,其余为水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,其特征在于:预缩在预缩机上进行,布面温度为30~40℃,湿度控制在8~10%,张力控在3N以制下。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,其特征在于:存储反应是将打卷的织物用塑料布包裹,在25~35℃的恒温室内存储18~24小时。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,其特征在于:水洗在水洗机上进行65-75℃清洗,水洗时还添加助剂,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为纯碱10~15g/l、醋酸3g/l,其余为水。
9.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,其特征在于:拉幅定型在拉幅机上进行,拉幅定型时添加助剂,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为:柔软剂RPU-N20~30g/l、醋酸1~2g/l,其余为水,湿度控制在5%。
10.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉织物的高弹免烫整理方法,其特征在于:第二次预缩在预缩机上进行,缩水率控制在-1%~0%。
