Abstract

本发明属于纺织品整理加工技术领域,具体的涉及一种提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法。本发明所述的提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)织物预处理;(2)浸轧树脂整理液:(3)浸轧后的织物依次经过预烘干、上针、高温焙烘反应、水洗、拉幅、预缩得到整理完的织物;所述的树脂整理液各原料组分的含量为:高温树脂:100~200g/L,催化剂:30~60g/L,纤维保护剂:20~40g/L,聚乙烯醇:2~6g/L,柠檬酸:1~2g/L,其余为水。本发明工艺简单,使面料折皱回复性能进一步提升,达到洗后布面无褶皱的效果,增加了面料的服用性能和美观性,品质稳定,具有良好推广前景。

提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品整理加工技术领域,具体的涉及一种提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法。
背景技术
纤维素面料产品洗后易起皱,是由于其折皱回复性差所造成的。纤维分子间的作用力主要为氢键,分子间受到外力作用后纤维素分子发生滑移后很难回复到原来状态,造成布面产生折痕,大大影响了面料穿着服用性能。目前市面上的树脂整理面料的褶皱回复角经向+纬向只有220~240°,面料经多次洗后布面仍存在折痕,影响衣服的美观。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法,其工艺简单,使面料折皱回复性能进一步提升,达到洗后布面无褶皱的效果,增加了面料的服用性能和美观性,品质稳定,具有良好推广前景。
本发明所述的提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)织物预处理:将纯棉坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色或增白得到半成品面料;
(2)浸轧树脂整理液:将除水以外的树脂整理液的原料充分溶解在水中并混合均匀;将半成品面料浸轧上述树脂整理液;
(3)浸轧后的织物依次经过预烘干、上针、高温焙烘反应、水洗、拉幅、预缩,得到整理完的织物;将整理完的织物进行整齐落放在马鞍架上。
所述的树脂整理液各原料组分的含量为:高温树脂:100~200g/L,催化剂:30~60g/L,纤维保护剂:20~40g/L,聚乙烯醇:2~6g/L,柠檬酸:1~2g/L,其余为水。
优选的,所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度为1500~2000,聚乙烯醇为白色片状、絮状或粉末状固体,无味,溶于水。
优选的,所述高温树脂为亲水改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲树脂;更优选的,为淄博鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的RAYCARE CR-E。
优选的,所述催化剂为无机盐混合物;更优选的,为淄博鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的RAYCARE CT-C。
优选的,所述纤维保护剂为聚乙烯蜡分散乳液;更优选的,为淄博鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的RAYCARE SF-P。
优选的,步骤(2)织物轧余率为60~65%。
优选的,步骤(3)高温焙烘反应温度为170~180℃,时间为100~150秒。
优选的,步骤(3)水洗温度为50℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所用的树脂整理液成分配置合理,对纤维素类面料有良好的渗透性能,能够使树脂、催化剂和纤维保护剂快速渗透到纤维内部,与纤维素分子发生酯化反应在纤维分子间形成交联;
(2)本发明所用树脂整理液中的聚乙烯醇能够在高温条件下在纤维表面形成韧性较强的一层膜,能够在树脂交联网状结构基础上再提供一种具有回弹性的作用力,大大提升了纤维折皱回复角;
(3)本发明使得纤维素纤维发生弯折后能快速回复到原来状态,大大提升了面料的服用性能;本发明在树脂整理中加入聚合度1500~2000的聚乙烯醇,大分子的聚乙烯醇能够在纤维表面形成具有回弹性的薄膜,对织物折皱回复角性能具有较大的提升;同时树脂能与聚乙烯醇和纤维上的羟基发生酯化反应,增加聚乙烯醇与纤维的结合力,从而提升耐洗涤性能;
(4)本发明采用的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲树脂为经过亲水性改性的树脂,该树脂分子中羟基数量增加,能够和聚乙烯醇和纤维上的羟基形成氢键从而增加纤维间的回弹性,对折皱回复角起到促进作用,使用本发明所述工艺处理的纤维素纤维织物,其折皱回复角在AATCC 66-2017测试方法下能达到270°以上。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方法和有点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方法进行清楚、完成的描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
织物组织规格:CM50*CPT40*133*80*61/62,组织花型:1/1。
提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法如下:
(1)织物常规预处理:将纯棉坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色或增白得到半成品面料;
(2)浸轧树脂整理液:
所述树脂整理液由以下浓度的成分组成:高温树脂CR-E:150g/L,催化剂CT-C:45g/L,纤维保护剂SF-P:30g/L,聚乙烯醇:4g/L,柠檬酸:1.5g/L,其余为水;
将纯棉面料浸轧上述工作液,织物轧余率63%;
(3)浸轧后的织物依次经过预烘干、上针、高温焙烘反应、水洗、拉幅、预缩得到整理完的织物;
所述高温焙烘反应温度为170℃,时间为150秒;
所述水洗温度为50℃,洗去布面未反应的树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂和聚乙烯醇。
(4)打卷:将整理完的织物进行整齐落放在马鞍架上。
面料折皱回复角经向:136°,纬向:138°,经向+纬向:274°。
实施例2
织物组织规格:CM50*CPT50*144*130*61/62,组织花型:3/3。
提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法如下:
(1)织物常规预处理:将纯棉坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色或增白得到半成品面料;
(2)浸轧树脂整理液:
所述树脂整理液由以下浓度的成分组成:高温树脂CR-E:130g/L,催化剂CT-C:39g/L,纤维保护剂SF-P:40g/L,聚乙烯醇:6g/L,柠檬酸:1.5g/L,其余为水;
将纯棉面料浸轧上述工作液,织物轧余率63%;
(3)浸轧后的织物依次经过预烘干、上针、高温焙烘反应、水洗、拉幅、预缩得到整理完的织物;
所述高温焙烘反应温度为150℃,时间为130秒;
所述水洗温度为50℃,洗去布面未反应的树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂和聚乙烯醇。
(4)打卷:将整理完的织物进行整齐落放在马鞍架上。
面料折皱回复角经向:140°,纬向:142°,经向+纬向:282°。
实施例3
织物组织规格:CM40*CM30*114*70*61/62,组织花型:1/1。
提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法如下:
(1)织物常规预处理:将纯棉坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色或增白得到半成品面料;
(2)浸轧树脂整理液:
所述树脂整理液由以下浓度的成分组成:高温树脂CR-E:180g/L,催化剂CT-C:54g/L,纤维保护剂SF-P:20g/L,聚乙烯醇:3g/L,柠檬酸:1.5g/L,其余为水;
将纯棉面料浸轧上述工作液,织物轧余率63%;
(3)浸轧后的织物依次经过预烘干、上针、高温焙烘反应、水洗、拉幅、预缩得到整理完的织物;
所述高温焙烘反应温度为180℃,时间为100秒;
所述水洗温度为50℃,洗去布面未反应的树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂和聚乙烯醇。
(4)打卷:将整理完的织物进行整齐落放在马鞍架上。
面料折皱回复角经向:139°,纬向:137°,经向+纬向:276°。
对比例1

所述树脂整理液由以下浓度的成分组成:醚化改性树脂:180g/L,催化剂:54g/L,纤维保护剂SF-P:20g/L,柔软剂:30g/L,柠檬酸:1.5g/L,其余为水;
将纯棉面料浸轧上述工作液,织物轧余率63%;
(3)浸轧后的织物依次经过预烘干、上针、高温焙烘反应、水洗、拉幅、预缩得到整理完的织物;
所述高温焙烘反应温度为180℃,时间为100秒;
所述水洗温度为50℃,洗去布面未反应的树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂。
(4)打卷:将整理完的织物进行整齐落放在马鞍架上。
面料折皱回复角经向:117°,纬向:115°,经向+纬向:232°。

(1)织物常规预处理:将纯棉坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色或增白得到半成品面料;
(2)浸轧树脂整理液:
所述树脂整理液由以下浓度的成分组成:醚化改性树脂:130g/L,催化剂:39g/L,纤维保护剂SF-P:40g/L,聚乙烯醇(聚合度500):6g/L,柠檬酸:1.5g/L,其余为水;
将纯棉面料浸轧上述工作液,织物轧余率63%;
(3)浸轧后的织物依次经过预烘干、上针、高温焙烘反应、水洗、拉幅、预缩得到整理完的织物;
所述高温焙烘反应温度为150℃,时间为130秒;
所述水洗温度为50℃,洗去布面未反应的树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂和聚乙烯醇。
(4)打卷:将整理完的织物进行整齐落放在马鞍架上。
面料折皱回复角经向:119°,纬向:121°,经向+纬向:240°。

1.一种提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)织物预处理;
(2)浸轧树脂整理液:
(3)浸轧后的织物依次经过预烘干、上针、高温焙烘反应、水洗、拉幅、预缩得到整理完的织物;
所述的树脂整理液包括以下含量的原料:高温树脂:100~200g/L,催化剂:30~60g/L,纤维保护剂:20~40g/L,聚乙烯醇:2~6g/L,柠檬酸:1~2g/L,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法,其特征在于:织物预处理过程如下:将纯棉坯布依次经过烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色或增白,得到半成品面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度为1500~2000。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法,其特征在于:所述高温树脂为亲水改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法,其特征在于:所述催化剂为无机盐混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法,其特征在于:所述纤维保护剂为聚乙烯蜡分散乳液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)织物轧余率为60~65%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的提升树脂整理折皱回复角的整理方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)高温焙烘反应温度为170~180℃,时间为100~150秒。
