用优质天然纤维或化学纤维经纺纱加工而成的刺绣用线,绣花线品种繁多,依原料分为丝、毛、棉绣花线等。丝绣花线是用真丝或人造丝制成,大都用于绸缎绣花,绣品色泽鲜艳,光彩夺目,是一种装饰佳品,但强力低,不耐洗、晒。毛绣花线用羊毛或毛混纺纱线制成,一般绣于呢绒、麻织物和羊毛衫上,绣品色彩柔和,质地松软,富于立体感,俗称绒绣,但光泽较差,易褪色,不耐洗。棉绣花线是用精梳棉纱制成,强力高,条干均匀,色泽鲜艳,色谱齐全,光泽好,耐晒,耐洗,不起毛,绣于棉布、麻布、人造纤维织物上,美观大方,应用较为广泛。我国的棉绣花线分为细支和粗支,细支适应机绣,也可手绣,绣面精细美观。粗支只可手绣,绣工省,效率高,但绣面较粗糙。
现有的立体绣绣线大多以棉纤维为主料,然后加入补强纤维丝,并加入一定辅料经过纺丝机制备而成。例如,中国专利申请文献“一种湘绣绣线及其制备设备(公开号:CN16222831A)”公开了一种湘绣绣线及其制备设备,按重量份数由如下原料组成:棉花50-60份、真丝20-25份、丝棉10-20份、天丝10-20份、涤纶10-15份、羽绒15-20份、羊毛8-12份、黏胶3-5份、发泡剂1-2份、发泡促进剂1-3份、增强纤维2-3份、工业酒精8-10份、纯碱1-15份、食醋1-2份、增塑剂8-13份。该湘绣绣线除了韧性好,蛋白纤维含量高,绣线不易皱缩,不易虫蛀,易保存的有点外,但由于其蛋白纤维含量高,使得其抗菌耐紫外线性能无法满足实际使用时的需求,难以应用到室外工作或需要抗菌作用的材料上。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种立体绣的绣线及其制备方法,以解决中国专利申请文献“一种湘绣绣线及其制备设备(公开号:CN16222831A)”公开的绣线的抗菌和耐紫外线性能较差的问题。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种立体绣的绣线,包括以下原料:棉花、真丝、亚麻纤维、红麻纤维、竹炭纤维、大豆纤维、海藻纤维、聚酯纤维、纳米银粉、硬脂酸铝、碳黑、高岭土、纳米氧化锌、磷酸钙、磷苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯、羟基硅油、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚乙烯醇、苯甲酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂、耐紫外线改性助剂;
所述硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助剂的重量比为(4-8):(10-20):(4-9)。
进一步的,所述抗菌改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将氧化蜡、尿素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和去离子水混合均匀,然后加入氯化钠和消泡剂搅拌,然后加入硝酸铝和己二胺混合均匀,水浴加热,冷却至室温后加入磷酸氢二铵混合均匀,接着陈化,过滤洗涤,干燥,煅烧后冷却至室温得到物料a;将壳聚糖、粘土、羟乙基纤维素和无水乙醇混合均匀,在氮气保护下搅拌,升温,加入物料a、正硅酸乙酯、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和氨水混合均匀,搅拌,真空过滤,洗涤,然后加入醋酸丁酸纤维素混合后,搅拌,冷却至室温得到抗菌改性助剂。
进一步的,所述抗菌改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4-6份氧化蜡、2-5份尿素、1-5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和5-15份去离子水混合均匀,升温至60-70℃,保温10-20min,然后加入2-5份氯化钠和1-4份消泡剂搅拌,继续升温80-90℃,保温5-15min,然后加入1-4份硝酸铝和3-6份己二胺混合均匀,水浴加热1-2h,冷却至室温后加入2-5份磷酸氢二铵混合均匀,接着陈化,过滤洗涤,干燥,煅烧后冷却至室温得到物料a;将4-8份壳聚糖、3-6份羟乙基纤维素和6-12份无水乙醇混合均匀,在氮气保护下搅拌,升温至70-80℃,保温5-15min,加入物料a、4-8份正硅酸乙酯、2-5份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和1-5份氨水混合均匀,搅拌,真空过滤,洗涤,然后加入4-6份醋酸丁酸纤维素混合后,搅拌,冷却至室温得到抗菌改性助剂。
进一步的,所述耐紫外线改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将二氧化钛、十六烷基三甲氧基氯化铵、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和六偏硫酸钠混合均匀,搅拌,然后调节pH,添加正硅酸乙酯混合均匀,升温,保温,接着离心水洗至中性,然后冷却至室温得到物料A;将物料A、碳酸钠、纳米二氧化钛和乙醇溶液混合均匀,于水浴中加热,接着加入硅藻土、N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺、丙三醇二乙酸酯、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、含氢硅油和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温,保温,接着搅拌后放入水浴中加热,接着进行固液分离,洗涤后脱水,然后将脱水后的粉末于烘箱中干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到耐紫外线改性助剂。
进一步的,所述耐紫外线改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将2-4份二氧化钛、1-5份十六烷基三甲氧基氯化铵、2-6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和3-6份六偏硫酸钠混合均匀,于650-850r/min转速搅拌2-4h,然后添加2-5份正硅酸乙酯混合均匀,升温至60-80℃,保温20-40min,接着离心水洗至中性,然后冷却至室温得到物料A;将物料A、2-5份碳酸钠、1-5份纳米二氧化钛和3-9份乙醇溶液混合均匀,于水浴中加热1-2h,接着加入2-6份硅藻土、1-5份N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺、3-6份丙三醇二乙酸酯、2-8份硅烷偶联剂KH-570、1-5份含氢硅油和4-8份二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温至80-120℃,保温1-3h,接着搅拌后放入水浴中加热0.5-1.5h,接着进行固液分离,洗涤后脱水,然后将脱水后的粉末于烘箱中干燥至衡中,冷却至室温得到耐紫外线改性助剂。

本发明还提供一种立体绣的绣线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉花、真丝、亚麻纤维、红麻纤维、竹炭纤维、大豆纤维、海藻纤维和聚酯纤维按配比混合匀料,经针梳、练条、蒸馏后喂入导丝口,合股加拈成纱线;
S2、将纳米银粉、硬脂酸铝、碳黑、高岭土、纳米氧化锌和磷酸钙按配比混合均匀,研磨过筛后按配比加入磷苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯、羟基硅油、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚乙烯醇、苯甲酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助剂混合均匀,升温至80-90℃,保温10-20min,加入去离子水搅拌均匀,冷却至室温得到改性液;
S3、将S1中得到的纱线在S2中得到的改性液中浸泡4-8h,取出后室温干燥至恒重后得到改性后的纱线;
S4、将S3得到的改性后的纱线放入染色机中染色,常温晾干后于恒温蒸膨胀处理2-10min,然后通过拉毛机起毛理顺,即完成立体绣的绣线加工过程。
进一步的,S3中,S1中得到的纱线在S2中得到的改性液中浸泡的过程中,S2中得到改性液需升温至60-80℃。
进一步的,S2中,将纳米银粉、硬脂酸铝、碳黑、高岭土、纳米氧化锌和磷酸钙按配比混合均匀,研磨过筛后先加入硅烷偶联剂KH-560混合均匀,升温至60-80℃,保温20-30min然后加入磷苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯、羟基硅油、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚乙烯醇、苯甲酸钠、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助剂混合均匀,升温至80-90℃,保温10-20min,加入去离子水搅拌均匀,冷却至室温得到改性液。
进一步的,S4中,所述恒温膨胀为:温度为80℃-100℃的水蒸气条件下进行。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)由实施例1-3的数据可见,实施例1为最优实施例,获得的抗菌和耐紫外线性能最好。
(2)由实施例1和对比例1-4的数据可见,硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助剂同时添加在制备立体绣的绣线中起到了协同作用,显著提高了绣线的抗菌和耐紫外线性能,这可能是:抗菌改性助剂通过将氧化蜡、尿素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和去离子水混合均匀,然后加入氯化钠和消泡剂搅拌,然后加入硝酸铝和己二胺混合均匀,水浴加热,冷却至室温后加入磷酸氢二铵混合均匀,接着陈化,过滤洗涤,干燥,煅烧后冷却至室温得到物料a;将壳聚糖、粘土、羟乙基纤维素和无水乙醇混合均匀,在氮气保护下搅拌,升温,加入物料a、正硅酸乙酯、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和氨水混合均匀,搅拌,真空过滤,洗涤,然后加入醋酸丁酸纤维素混合后,搅拌,冷却至室温得到,利用了氧化蜡的防水性能首先起到保护膜的作用,然后利用壳聚糖抗菌和吸附助剂,不仅能够起到抗菌作用,还能够在尿素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、正硅酸乙酯和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷的作用下,与硝酸铝结合,能够对大肠杆菌或金黄葡萄球进行击杀,且在硅烷偶联剂的作用下实现与纤维料的结合,利用了抗菌改性助剂表面的羟基,在硅烷偶联剂KH-560接枝作用下实现与纤维料的有效结合,实现了抗菌的作用。而硅烷偶联剂KH-560还能有效利用硬脂酸铝、碳黑、高岭土、纳米氧化锌和磷酸钙表面的羟基,实现与纤维以及磷苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯、羟基硅油、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚乙烯醇和苯甲酸钠结合,使得各原料紧密连接在一起,进一步提高了绣线的抗菌耐紫外线性能。而耐紫外线改性助剂通过将二氧化钛、十六烷基三甲氧基氯化铵、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和六偏硫酸钠混合均匀,搅拌,然后调节pH,添加正硅酸乙酯混合均匀,升温,保温,接着离心水洗至中性,然后冷却至室温得到物料A;将物料A、碳酸钠、纳米二氧化钛和乙醇溶液混合均匀,于水浴中加热,接着加入硅藻土、N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺、丙三醇二乙酸酯、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、含氢硅油和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温,保温,接着搅拌后放入水浴中加热,接着进行固液分离,洗涤后脱水,然后将脱水后的粉末于烘箱中干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到,以二氧化钛和纳米二氧化钛作为耐紫外线填料,通过硅藻土表面的羟基,在N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺、丙三醇二乙酸酯、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、含氢硅油、二月桂酸二丁基锡、十六烷基三甲氧基氯化铵、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和六偏硫酸钠助剂作用下,实现与纤维料的结合,并在硅烷偶联剂KH-560的作用下,进一步加强与纤维料以及抗菌改性助剂的结合,提高了绣线整体的耐紫外线性能。
(3)由实施例1-3和对比例5的数据可见,实施例1-3的立体绣绣线的抗菌耐紫外线性能显著高于对比例5的抗菌和耐紫外线性能。
(4)本发明的立体绣的绣线相对于现有技术,抗菌和耐紫外线性能优异,可满足室外工作或需要抗菌作用的材料要求。

在实施例中,立体绣的绣线,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:棉花80-120份、真丝20-30份、亚麻纤维5-15份、红麻纤维4-8份、竹炭纤维3-6份、大豆纤维2-6份、海藻纤维3-6份、聚酯纤维1-5份、纳米银粉4-8份、硬脂酸铝3-9份、碳黑2-5份、高岭土3-9份、纳米氧化锌2-4份、磷酸钙3-6份、磷苯二甲酸二辛酯2-4份、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯1-5份、羟基硅油3-6份、丙二醇4-8份、三羟甲基丙烷3-6份、聚乙烯醇2-6份、苯甲酸钠1-5份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5604-8份、抗菌改性助剂10-20份、耐紫外线改性助剂4-9份。

S2、将纳米银粉、硬脂酸铝、碳黑、高岭土、纳米氧化锌和磷酸钙按配比混合均匀,研磨过筛后先加入硅烷偶联剂KH-560混合均匀,升温至60-80℃,保温20-30min,然后加入磷苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯、羟基硅油、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚乙烯醇、苯甲酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助剂混合均匀,升温至80-90℃,保温10-20min,加入去离子水搅拌均匀,冷却至室温得到改性液;
S3、将S2中得到的改性液升温至60-80℃,然后加入S1中得到的纱线并浸泡4-8h,取出后室温干燥至恒重后得到改性后的纱线;
S4、将S3得到的改性后的纱线放入染色机中染色,常温晾干后于80℃-100℃的水蒸气条件下恒温蒸膨胀处理2-10min,然后通过拉毛机起毛理顺,即完成立体绣的绣线加工过程。

实施例1
一种立体绣的绣线,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:棉花105份、真丝28份、亚麻纤维12份、红麻纤维8份、竹炭纤维5份、大豆纤维4.2份、海藻纤维4.8份、聚酯纤维3份、纳米银粉6份、硬脂酸铝6份、碳黑3.5份、高岭土6份、纳米氧化锌3份、磷酸钙4.5份、磷苯二甲酸二辛酯3份、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯3份、羟基硅油4.5份、丙二醇6份、三羟甲基丙烷4.5份、聚乙烯醇4份、苯甲酸钠3份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5606.5份、抗菌改性助剂17份、耐紫外线改性助剂7份。
所述抗菌改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将5份氧化蜡、3.5份尿素、3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和10份去离子水混合均匀,升温至65℃,保温15min,然后加入3.5份氯化钠和2.5份消泡剂搅拌,继续升温85℃,保温10min,然后加入2.5份硝酸铝和4.5份己二胺混合均匀,水浴加热1.5h,冷却至室温后加入3.5份磷酸氢二铵混合均匀,接着陈化,过滤洗涤,干燥,煅烧后冷却至室温得到物料a;将6份壳聚糖、4.5份羟乙基纤维素和9份无水乙醇混合均匀,在氮气保护下搅拌,升温至75℃,保温10min,加入物料a、6份正硅酸乙酯、3.5份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和3份氨水混合均匀,搅拌,真空过滤,洗涤,然后加入5份醋酸丁酸纤维素混合后,搅拌,冷却至室温得到抗菌改性助剂。
所述耐紫外线改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将3份二氧化钛、3份十六烷基三甲氧基氯化铵、4份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和4.5份六偏硫酸钠混合均匀,于750r/min转速搅拌3h,然后添加3.5份正硅酸乙酯混合均匀,升温至70℃,保温30min,接着离心水洗至中性,然后冷却至室温得到物料A;将物料A、3.5份碳酸钠、3份纳米二氧化钛和6份乙醇溶液混合均匀,于水浴中加热1.5h,接着加入4份硅藻土、3份N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺、4.5份丙三醇二乙酸酯、5份硅烷偶联剂KH-570、3份含氢硅油和6份二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温至100℃,保温2h,接着搅拌后放入水浴中加热1h,接着进行固液分离,洗涤后脱水,然后将脱水后的粉末于烘箱中干燥至衡中,冷却至室温得到耐紫外线改性助剂。
所述立体绣的绣线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉花、真丝、亚麻纤维、红麻纤维、竹炭纤维、大豆纤维、海藻纤维和聚酯纤维按配比混合匀料,经针梳、练条、蒸馏后喂入导丝口,合股加拈成纱线;
S2、将纳米银粉、硬脂酸铝、碳黑、高岭土、纳米氧化锌和磷酸钙按配比混合均匀,研磨过筛后先加入硅烷偶联剂KH-560混合均匀,升温至70℃,保温25min,然后加入磷苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯、羟基硅油、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚乙烯醇、苯甲酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助剂混合均匀,升温至85℃,保温15min,加入去离子水搅拌均匀,冷却至室温得到改性液;
S3、将S2中得到的改性液升温至70℃,然后加入S1中得到的纱线并浸泡6h,取出后室温干燥至恒重后得到改性后的纱线;
S4、将S3得到的改性后的纱线放入染色机中染色,常温晾干后于90℃的水蒸气条件下恒温蒸膨胀处理6min,然后通过拉毛机起毛理顺,即完成立体绣的绣线加工过程。
实施例2
一种立体绣的绣线,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:棉花80份、真丝30份、亚麻纤维5份、红麻纤维8份、竹炭纤维3份、大豆纤维6份、海藻纤维3份、聚酯纤维5份、纳米银粉4份、硬脂酸铝9份、碳黑2份、高岭土9份、纳米氧化锌2份、磷酸钙6份、磷苯二甲酸二辛酯2份、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯5份、羟基硅油3份、丙二醇8份、三羟甲基丙烷3份、聚乙烯醇6份、苯甲酸钠1份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5608份、抗菌改性助剂10份、耐紫外线改性助剂9份。
所述抗菌改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4份氧化蜡、5份尿素、1份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和15份去离子水混合均匀,升温至60℃,保温20min,然后加入2份氯化钠和4份消泡剂搅拌,继续升温80℃,保温15min,然后加入1份硝酸铝和6份己二胺混合均匀,水浴加热1h,冷却至室温后加入2份磷酸氢二铵混合均匀,接着陈化,过滤洗涤,干燥,煅烧后冷却至室温得到物料a;将8份壳聚糖、3份羟乙基纤维素和12份无水乙醇混合均匀,在氮气保护下搅拌,升温至70℃,保温15min,加入物料a、4份正硅酸乙酯、5份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和1份氨水混合均匀,搅拌,真空过滤,洗涤,然后加入6份醋酸丁酸纤维素混合后,搅拌,冷却至室温得到抗菌改性助剂。
所述耐紫外线改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将2份二氧化钛、5份十六烷基三甲氧基氯化铵、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和6份六偏硫酸钠混合均匀,于650r/min转速搅拌4h,然后添加2份正硅酸乙酯混合均匀,升温至80℃,保温20min,接着离心水洗至中性,然后冷却至室温得到物料A;将物料A、5份碳酸钠、1份纳米二氧化钛和9份乙醇溶液混合均匀,于水浴中加热1h,接着加入6份硅藻土、1份N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺、6份丙三醇二乙酸酯、2份硅烷偶联剂KH-570、5份含氢硅油和4份二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温至120℃,保温1h,接着搅拌后放入水浴中加热1.5h,接着进行固液分离,洗涤后脱水,然后将脱水后的粉末于烘箱中干燥至衡中,冷却至室温得到耐紫外线改性助剂。
所述立体绣的绣线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

S3、将S2中得到的改性液升温至60℃,然后加入S1中得到的纱线并浸泡8h,取出后室温干燥至恒重后得到改性后的纱线;
S4、将S3得到的改性后的纱线放入染色机中染色,常温晾干后于80℃的水蒸气条件下恒温蒸膨胀处理10min,然后通过拉毛机起毛理顺,即完成立体绣的绣线加工过程。
实施例3
一种立体绣的绣线,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:棉花120份、真丝20份、亚麻纤维15份、红麻纤维4份、竹炭纤维6份、大豆纤维2份、海藻纤维6份、聚酯纤维1份、纳米银粉8份、硬脂酸铝3份、碳黑5份、高岭土3份、纳米氧化锌4份、磷酸钙3份、磷苯二甲酸二辛酯4份、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯1份、羟基硅油6份、丙二醇4份、三羟甲基丙烷6份、聚乙烯醇2份、苯甲酸钠5份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5604份、抗菌改性助剂20份、耐紫外线改性助剂4份。
所述抗菌改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将6份氧化蜡、2份尿素、5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和5份去离子水混合均匀,升温至70℃,保温10min,然后加入5份氯化钠和1份消泡剂搅拌,继续升温90℃,保温5min,然后加入份4份硝酸铝和3份己二胺混合均匀,水浴加热2h,冷却至室温后加入5份磷酸氢二铵混合均匀,接着陈化,过滤洗涤,干燥,煅烧后冷却至室温得到物料a;将4份壳聚糖、6份羟乙基纤维素和6份无水乙醇混合均匀,在氮气保护下搅拌,升温至80℃,保温5min,加入物料a、8份正硅酸乙酯、2份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和5份氨水混合均匀,搅拌,真空过滤,洗涤,然后加入4份醋酸丁酸纤维素混合后,搅拌,冷却至室温得到抗菌改性助剂。
所述耐紫外线改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4份二氧化钛、1份十六烷基三甲氧基氯化铵、6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和3份六偏硫酸钠混合均匀,于850r/min转速搅拌2h,然后添加5份正硅酸乙酯混合均匀,升温至60℃,保温40min,接着离心水洗至中性,然后冷却至室温得到物料A;将物料A、2份碳酸钠、1-5份纳米二氧化钛和3-9份乙醇溶液混合均匀,于水浴中加热1-2h,接着加入6份硅藻土、1份N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺、6份丙三醇二乙酸酯、2份硅烷偶联剂KH-570、5份含氢硅油和4份二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温至120℃,保温1h,接着搅拌后放入水浴中加热1.5h,接着进行固液分离,洗涤后脱水,然后将脱水后的粉末于烘箱中干燥至衡中,冷却至室温得到耐紫外线改性助剂。
所述立体绣的绣线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉花、真丝、亚麻纤维、红麻纤维、竹炭纤维、大豆纤维、海藻纤维和聚酯纤维按配比混合匀料,经针梳、练条、蒸馏后喂入导丝口,合股加拈成纱线;
S2、将纳米银粉、硬脂酸铝、碳黑、高岭土、纳米氧化锌和磷酸钙按配比混合均匀,研磨过筛后先加入硅烷偶联剂KH-560混合均匀,升温至80℃,保温20min,然后加入磷苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯、羟基硅油、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚乙烯醇、苯甲酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助剂混合均匀,升温至90℃,保温10min,加入去离子水搅拌均匀,冷却至室温得到改性液;
S3、将S2中得到的改性液升温至80℃,然后加入S1中得到的纱线并浸泡4h,取出后室温干燥至恒重后得到改性后的纱线;
S4、将S3得到的改性后的纱线放入染色机中染色,常温晾干后于100℃的水蒸气条件下恒温蒸膨胀处理2min,然后通过拉毛机起毛理顺,即完成立体绣的绣线加工过程。
对比例1
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备立体绣的绣线的原料中缺少硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助。

与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备立体绣的绣线的原料中缺少硅烷偶联剂KH-560。

与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备立体绣的绣线的原料中缺少抗菌改性助剂。

采用中国专利申请文献“一种湘绣绣线及其制备设备(公开号:CN16222831A)”实施例1-12的工艺制备绣线。
测量实施例1-3和对比例1-5的绣线的抗菌和耐紫外线性能,结果见下表:

注:其中抗菌性能采用国标GBT21510-2008对所述立体绣的绣线进行抗菌测试,以检测对大肠杆菌或金黄葡萄球的杀灭率,国标GBT21510-2008的规定为90%。
耐紫外线性能的检测采用纺织品紫外光加速老化试验以进行测试,于紫外光照射室照射24h后,取出测试有效氯含量。
(1)由实施例1-3的数据可见,实施例1为最优实施例,获得的抗菌和耐紫外线性能最好。
(2)由实施例1和对比例1-4的数据可见,硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助剂同时添加在制备立体绣的绣线中起到了协同作用,显著提高了绣线的抗菌和耐紫外线性能,这可能是:抗菌改性助剂通过将氧化蜡、尿素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和去离子水混合均匀,然后加入氯化钠和消泡剂搅拌,然后加入硝酸铝和己二胺混合均匀,水浴加热,冷却至室温后加入磷酸氢二铵混合均匀,接着陈化,过滤洗涤,干燥,煅烧后冷却至室温得到物料a;将壳聚糖、粘土、羟乙基纤维素和无水乙醇混合均匀,在氮气保护下搅拌,升温,加入物料a、正硅酸乙酯、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和氨水混合均匀,搅拌,真空过滤,洗涤,然后加入醋酸丁酸纤维素混合后,搅拌,冷却至室温得到,利用了氧化蜡的防水性能首先起到保护膜的作用,然后利用壳聚糖抗菌和吸附助剂,不仅能够起到抗菌作用,还能够在尿素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、正硅酸乙酯和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷的作用下,与硝酸铝结合,能够对大肠杆菌或金黄葡萄球进行击杀,且在硅烷偶联剂的作用下实现与纤维料的结合,利用了抗菌改性助剂表面的羟基,在硅烷偶联剂KH-560接枝作用下实现与纤维料的有效结合,实现了抗菌的作用。而硅烷偶联剂KH-560还能有效利用硬脂酸铝、碳黑、高岭土、纳米氧化锌和磷酸钙表面的羟基,实现与纤维以及磷苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯、羟基硅油、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚乙烯醇和苯甲酸钠结合,使得各原料紧密连接在一起,进一步提高了绣线的抗菌耐紫外线性能。而耐紫外线改性助剂通过将二氧化钛、十六烷基三甲氧基氯化铵、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和六偏硫酸钠混合均匀,搅拌,然后调节pH,添加正硅酸乙酯混合均匀,升温,保温,接着离心水洗至中性,然后冷却至室温得到物料A;将物料A、碳酸钠、纳米二氧化钛和乙醇溶液混合均匀,于水浴中加热,接着加入硅藻土、N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺、丙三醇二乙酸酯、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、含氢硅油和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温,保温,接着搅拌后放入水浴中加热,接着进行固液分离,洗涤后脱水,然后将脱水后的粉末于烘箱中干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到,以二氧化钛和纳米二氧化钛作为耐紫外线填料,通过硅藻土表面的羟基,在N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺、丙三醇二乙酸酯、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、含氢硅油、二月桂酸二丁基锡、十六烷基三甲氧基氯化铵、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和六偏硫酸钠助剂作用下,实现与纤维料的结合,并在硅烷偶联剂KH-560的作用下,进一步加强与纤维料以及抗菌改性助剂的结合,提高了绣线整体的耐紫外线性能。
(3)由实施例1-3和对比例5的数据可见,实施例1-3的立体绣绣线的抗菌耐紫外线性能显著高于对比例5的抗菌和耐紫外线性能。

Claims (10)

1.一种立体绣的绣线,其特征在于,包括以下原料:棉花、真丝、亚麻纤维、红麻纤维、竹炭纤维、大豆纤维、海藻纤维、聚酯纤维、纳米银粉、硬脂酸铝、碳黑、高岭土、纳米氧化锌、磷酸钙、磷苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯、羟基硅油、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚乙烯醇、苯甲酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂、耐紫外线改性助剂;
所述硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助剂的重量比为(4-8):(10-20):(4-9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体绣的绣线,其特征在于,所述抗菌改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将氧化蜡、尿素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和去离子水混合均匀,然后加入氯化钠和消泡剂搅拌,然后加入硝酸铝和己二胺混合均匀,水浴加热,冷却至室温后加入磷酸氢二铵混合均匀,接着陈化,过滤洗涤,干燥,煅烧后冷却至室温得到物料a;将壳聚糖、粘土、羟乙基纤维素和无水乙醇混合均匀,在氮气保护下搅拌,升温,加入物料a、正硅酸乙酯、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和氨水混合均匀,搅拌,真空过滤,洗涤,然后加入醋酸丁酸纤维素混合后,搅拌,冷却至室温得到抗菌改性助剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的立体绣的绣线,其特征在于,所述抗菌改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4-6份氧化蜡、2-5份尿素、1-5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和5-15份去离子水混合均匀,升温至60-70℃,保温10-20min,然后加入2-5份氯化钠和1-4份消泡剂搅拌,继续升温80-90℃,保温5-15min,然后加入1-4份硝酸铝和3-6份己二胺混合均匀,水浴加热1-2h,冷却至室温后加入2-5份磷酸氢二铵混合均匀,接着陈化,过滤洗涤,干燥,煅烧后冷却至室温得到物料a;将4-8份壳聚糖、3-6份羟乙基纤维素和6-12份无水乙醇混合均匀,在氮气保护下搅拌,升温至70-80℃,保温5-15min,加入物料a、4-8份正硅酸乙酯、2-5份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和1-5份氨水混合均匀,搅拌,真空过滤,洗涤,然后加入4-6份醋酸丁酸纤维素混合后,搅拌,冷却至室温得到抗菌改性助剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的立体绣的绣线,其特征在于,所述耐紫外线改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将二氧化钛、十六烷基三甲氧基氯化铵、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和六偏硫酸钠混合均匀,搅拌,然后调节pH,添加正硅酸乙酯混合均匀,升温,保温,接着离心水洗至中性,然后冷却至室温得到物料A;将物料A、碳酸钠、纳米二氧化钛和乙醇溶液混合均匀,于水浴中加热,接着加入硅藻土、N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺、丙三醇二乙酸酯、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、含氢硅油和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温,保温,接着搅拌后放入水浴中加热,接着进行固液分离,洗涤后脱水,然后将脱水后的粉末于烘箱中干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到耐紫外线改性助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的立体绣的绣线,其特征在于,所述耐紫外线改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将2-4份二氧化钛、1-5份十六烷基三甲氧基氯化铵、2-6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和3-6份六偏硫酸钠混合均匀,于650-850r/min转速搅拌2-4h,然后添加2-5份正硅酸乙酯混合均匀,升温至60-80℃,保温20-40min,接着离心水洗至中性,然后冷却至室温得到物料A;将物料A、2-5份碳酸钠、1-5份纳米二氧化钛和3-9份乙醇溶液混合均匀,于水浴中加热1-2h,接着加入2-6份硅藻土、1-5份N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺、3-6份丙三醇二乙酸酯、2-8份硅烷偶联剂KH-570、1-5份含氢硅油和4-8份二月桂酸二丁基锡混合均匀,升温至80-120℃,保温1-3h,接着搅拌后放入水浴中加热0.5-1.5h,接着进行固液分离,洗涤后脱水,然后将脱水后的粉末于烘箱中干燥至衡中,冷却至室温得到耐紫外线改性助剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的立体绣的绣线,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:棉花80-120份、真丝20-30份、亚麻纤维5-15份、红麻纤维4-8份、竹炭纤维3-6份、大豆纤维2-6份、海藻纤维3-6份、聚酯纤维1-5份、纳米银粉4-8份、硬脂酸铝3-9份、碳黑2-5份、高岭土3-9份、纳米氧化锌2-4份、磷酸钙3-6份、磷苯二甲酸二辛酯2-4份、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯1-5份、羟基硅油3-6份、丙二醇4-8份、三羟甲基丙烷3-6份、聚乙烯醇2-6份、苯甲酸钠1-5份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5604-8份、抗菌改性助剂10-20份、耐紫外线改性助剂4-9份。
7.一种根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的立体绣的绣线的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉花、真丝、亚麻纤维、红麻纤维、竹炭纤维、大豆纤维、海藻纤维和聚酯纤维按配比混合匀料,经针梳、练条、蒸馏后喂入导丝口,合股加拈成纱线;
S2、将纳米银粉、硬脂酸铝、碳黑、高岭土、纳米氧化锌和磷酸钙按配比混合均匀,研磨过筛后按配比加入磷苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯、羟基硅油、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚乙烯醇、苯甲酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-560、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助剂混合均匀,升温至80-90℃,保温10-20min,加入去离子水搅拌均匀,冷却至室温得到改性液;
S3、将S1中得到的纱线在S2中得到的改性液中浸泡4-8h,取出后室温干燥至恒重后得到改性后的纱线;
S4、将S3得到的改性后的纱线放入染色机中染色,常温晾干后于恒温蒸膨胀处理2-10min,然后通过拉毛机起毛理顺,即完成立体绣的绣线加工过程。
8.根据权利要求7所述的立体绣的绣线的的制备方法,其特征在于,S3中,S1中得到的纱线在S2中得到的改性液中浸泡的过程中,S2中得到改性液需升温至60-80℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的立体绣的绣线的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,将纳米银粉、硬脂酸铝、碳黑、高岭土、纳米氧化锌和磷酸钙按配比混合均匀,研磨过筛后先加入硅烷偶联剂KH-560混合均匀,升温至60-80℃,保温20-30min然后加入磷苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯、羟基硅油、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚乙烯醇、苯甲酸钠、抗菌改性助剂和耐紫外线改性助剂混合均匀,升温至80-90℃,保温10-20min,加入去离子水搅拌均匀,冷却至室温得到改性液。
10.根据权利要求7所述的立体绣的绣线的制备方法,其特征在于,S4中,所述恒温膨胀为:温度为80-100℃的水蒸气条件下进行。
