背景技术
毛毯是一种常用的床上用品,作为一种保暖的居家用品,早已成为居家必备的物品。然而,随着人们生活水平的提高,毛毯单一的保暖功能已不在满足消费者的使用要求。
在人们日常生活的家居环境中,通常适宜的环境容易滋生螨虫,其分泌物、代谢物和死亡虫体是强烈的过敏原,易引起鼻炎、过敏性皮炎和过敏性支气管哮喘等病症,而且,螨虫还可以寄生在人体内外引起疾病,如疥疮和蠕螨症,并且还会传播疾病。此外,在相对封闭温暖潮湿的环境下,床上用品往往容易发霉,成为各类细菌、真菌生长繁殖的温床,现有的抗菌、防螨和防霉措施,通常使用抗菌防螨喷剂对细菌和螨虫进行处理,但是通常这种喷剂也会对人体产生危害,且持续时间不长,需要定期喷洒,给用户带来很大的不便。
利用含有银离子的抗菌聚酯纤维织造以及通过防螨防霉后整理技术制备的抗菌防螨防霉毛毯,在日常生活环境下具有很好的抗菌防螨防霉功能,能够满足人们对居家用品卫生、保健、舒适、安全等使用要求,并将成为居家必备的床上用品而得到越来越广泛的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌防螨防霉毛毯的制备方法,使最终制得的聚酯纤维(涤纶)毛毯具有抑菌率高、防螨防霉效果好、丰满柔软、色牢度佳等特点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种抗菌防螨防霉毛毯,由含有银离子的抗菌聚酯(PET)纤维和高弹超细聚酯(PET)纤维的混纺纱制成。
为了达到上述目的,本发明了提供了上述的抗菌防螨防霉毛毯的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤包括:
第一步:经编织造:采用含有银离子的抗菌聚酯纤维和高弹超细聚酯纤维混纺纱,通过经编机织造成毛毯,织造张力为6~10g,车间温度为20±3 ℃,湿度为60±3%。
第二步:烫光:将织造成的毛毯进行烫光,烫光温度为120~150℃,布辊速度为8~10m/min。
第三步:定型:将烫光后的毛毯进行定型,定型温度为100~120℃,布辊速度为12~16m/min。
第四步:印花:使用浆料对毛毯进行印花,印花温度为60~80℃,所述的浆料中含有染料、乳化糊、柠檬酸、柔软剂、防缩整理剂和染色助剂,其中,染料浓度为2.0~2.2%,乳化糊浓度为400~600g/L,柠檬酸浓度为12~16 g/L,柔软剂为12~16g/L,防缩整理剂浓度为18~20g/L,染色助剂浓度为 2~6g/L。
第五步:高压蒸化固色:将印花后的毛毯进行高压蒸化固色,固色温度为110~150℃,汽蒸时间为30min~60min,压强为0.2~0.3Mpa。
第六步:功能整理:采用公司配制的功能性整理剂,通过一浴法对毛毯进行功能整理;所述的功能性整理剂由防螨剂、防霉剂、整理助剂和水组成,其中防螨剂的浓度为30~35g/L,防霉剂的浓度为12~20g/L,整理助剂的浓度为6~12g/L,浴比为1:8~1:10,整理温度为70~85℃。
第七步:水洗:经功能整理后的毛毯,采用2槽水洗工艺进行水洗,第1水洗槽温度为20~30℃,第2水洗槽温度为50~60℃,且在第2 水洗槽中加入抗静电柔软整理剂;所述的抗静电柔软整理剂包含柔软剂、抗静电剂和平滑剂,其中柔软剂的浓度为10~20g/L,抗静电剂的浓度为8~16 g/L,平滑剂的浓度为10~20g/L。
第八步:烘干:温度为70~90℃,布辊速度为6~10m/min。
第九步:花坯烫剪:将烘干后的毛毯进行烫光和烫剪,烫光温度为 110~130℃,烫剪温度为90~120℃,布辊速度均为8~10m/min。
第十步:裁片包边:将烫剪完成后的毛毯裁片、包边,得到所述的抗菌防螨防霉毛毯。
优选地,所述混纺纱线采用的抗菌聚酯纤维为含有银离子的抗菌涤纶超细FDY丝或含有铜离子的抗菌涤纶超细FDY丝;采用的高弹超细聚酯纤维为高弹涤纶超细DTY丝。

本发明原料选用含有银离子的抗菌聚酯纤维和高弹超细聚酯纤维的混纺纱,使制得的毛毯具有良好的抗菌性能;通过选用阳离子分散染料、乳化糊、柔软剂、防缩整理剂和染色助剂配制印花浆料,可在常温常压条件下进行毛毯印花,并获得较好的色牢度(4级以上);通过选用苯基酰胺芳香族羧酸酯防螨剂、氟化钠防霉剂、二甲基硅油乳液整理助剂和水组成复配功能性整理剂,并采用一浴法进行功能性整理,使制得的毛毯具有防螨、防霉功能;采用2槽水洗工艺,并在第2水洗槽中加入复配的柔软整理剂,使制备的毛毯绒面柔软;本发明制备的毛毯具有抑菌率高、防螨与防霉效果好、色牢度佳、丰满柔软等特点。该制备方法工艺合理,可操作性强,易于工业化实施,随着该产品的开发应用,将对提高人们生活质量,推动我国家纺行业技术进步有着十分积极意义。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种抗菌防螨防霉毛毯,由含有银离子的抗菌聚酯纤维和高弹超细聚酯纤维的混纺纱制成,其制备方法为:
第一步:经编织造:采用含有银离子的抗菌聚酯纤维和高弹超细聚酯纤维混纺纱,通过经编机织造成毛毯,织造张力为6g,车间温度为20±3℃,湿度为60±3%。
第二步:烫光:将织造成的毛毯进行烫光,烫光温度为120℃,布辊速度为10m/min。
第三步:定型:将烫光后的毛毯进行定型,定型温度为100℃,布辊速度为12m/min。
第四步:印花:使用浆料对毛毯进行印花,印花温度为60℃,所述的浆料中含有染料、乳化糊、柠檬酸、柔软剂、防缩整理剂和染色助剂,其中,染料浓度为2.0%,乳化糊浓度为400g/L,柠檬酸浓度为12g/L,柔软剂为 12g/L,防缩整理剂浓度为18g/L,染色助剂浓度为2g/L;所述的染料为分散红FRL、分散黄3R和分散兰4R,由无锡润土公司生产;所述的乳化糊由山东省汶上县印染助剂化工厂生产;所述的柠檬酸由济南泽宽化工有限公司生产;所述的柔软剂由山东省汶上县印染助剂化工厂生产;所述的防缩整理剂由无锡宜澄化学有限公司生产;所述的染色助剂由山东省汶上县印染助剂化工厂生产。

实施例2
一种抗菌防螨防霉毛毯,由含有银离子的抗菌聚酯纤维和高弹超细聚酯纤维的混纺纱制成,其制备方法为:
第一步:经编织造:采用含有银离子的抗菌聚酯纤维和高弹超细聚酯纤维混纺纱,通过经编机织造成毛毯,织造张力为8g,车间温度为20±3℃,湿度为60±3%。
第二步:烫光:将织造成的毛毯进行烫光,烫光温度为130℃,布辊速度为10m/min。
第三步:定型:将烫光后的毛毯进行定型,定型温度为120℃,布辊速度为16m/min。
第四步:印花:使用浆料对毛毯进行印花,印花温度为80℃,所述的浆料中含有染料、乳化糊、柠檬酸、柔软剂、防缩整理剂和染色助剂,其中,染料浓度为2.2%,乳化糊浓度为600g/L,柠檬酸浓度为16g/L,柔软剂为 16g/L,防缩整理剂浓度为20g/L,染色助剂浓度为6g/L;所述的染料为分散红FRL、分散黄3R和分散兰4R,由无锡润土公司生产;所述的乳化糊由山东省汶上县印染助剂化工厂生产;所述的柠檬酸由济南泽宽化工有限公司生产;所述的柔软剂由山东省汶上县印染助剂化工厂生产;所述的防缩整理剂由无锡宜澄化学有限公司生产;所述的染色助剂由山东省汶上县印染助剂化工厂生产。
第五步:高压蒸化固色:将印花后的毛毯进行高压蒸化固色,固色温度为150℃,汽蒸时间为40min,压强为0.3Mpa。
第六步:功能整理:采用公司配制的功能性整理剂,通过一浴法对毛毯进行功能整理;所述的功能性整理剂由防螨剂、防霉剂、整理助剂和水组成,其中防螨剂的浓度为35g/L,防霉剂的浓度为20g/L,整理助剂的浓度为 12g/L,浴比为1:10,整理温度为85℃。
第七步:水洗:经功能整理后的毛毯,采用2槽水洗工艺进行水洗,第 1水洗槽温度为30℃,第2水洗槽温度为60℃,且在第2水洗槽中加入抗静电柔软整理剂,所述的抗静电柔软整理剂包含柔软剂、抗静电剂和平滑剂,其中柔软剂的浓度为20g/L,抗静电剂的浓度为16g/L,平滑剂的浓度为20 g/L。
第九步:花坯烫剪:将烘干后的毛毯进行烫光和烫剪,烫光温度为120 ℃,烫剪温度为120℃,布辊速度均为10m/min。
第十步:裁片包边:将烫剪完成后的毛毯裁片、包边,得到所述的抗菌防螨防霉毛毯。
制备的抗菌防螨防霉毛毯主要性能测试结果如下:
柔软度(GB/T3923.1-1997):4-5级;
耐日晒色牢度(GB/T 8427-1998):4-5级;
耐日晒色牢度(GB/T 8427-1998):4-5级;
耐水洗色牢度(GB/T 12490-1990):4-5级;
耐摩擦色牢度(GB/T 3920-1997):耐干、湿摩擦色牢度均为4-5级;
螨虫趋避率(GB/T 15481-2006):80%以上;
抑菌率(FZ/T 73023-2006,GB/T,20944.3-2008):大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌3种菌体的抑菌率达到99%;
断裂强度(GB/T8960.1-2001):抗菌涤纶超细FDY丝为3.6CN/dtex,高弹涤纶超细DTY丝为3.8CN/dtex。
以上所述浆料配方、功能性整理剂配方、复配柔软整理剂配方、加工工艺参数等仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种抗菌防螨防霉毛毯的制备方法,所述的抗菌防螨防霉毛毯由含有银离子的抗菌聚酯(PET)纤维和高弹超细聚酯(PET)纤维的混纺纱制成,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)经编织造:采用含有银离子的抗菌聚酯纤维和高弹超细聚酯纤维混纺纱,通过经编机织造成毛毯,织造张力为6~10g,车间温度为20±3℃,湿度为60±3%;
(2)烫光:将织造成的毛毯进行烫光,烫光温度为120~150℃,布辊速度为8~10m/min;
(3)定型:将烫光后的毛毯进行定型,定型温度为100~120℃,布辊速度为12~16m/min;
(4)印花:使用浆料对毛毯进行印花,印花温度为60~80℃,所述的浆料中含有染料、乳化糊、柠檬酸、柔软剂、防缩整理剂和染色助剂,其中,染料浓度为2.0~2.2%,乳化糊浓度为400~600g/L,柠檬酸浓度为12~16g/L,柔软剂为12~16g/L,防缩整理剂浓度为18~20g/L,染色助剂浓度为2~6g/L;
(5)高压蒸化固色:将印花后的毛毯进行高压蒸化固色,固色温度为110~150℃,汽蒸时间为30min~60min,压强为0.2~0.3Mpa;
(6)功能整理:采用公司配制的功能性整理剂,通过一浴法对毛毯进行功能整理;所述的功能性整理剂由防螨剂、防霉剂、整理助剂和水组成,其中防螨剂的浓度为30~35g/L,防霉剂的浓度为12~20g/L,整理助剂的浓度为6~12g/L,浴比为1:8~1:10,整理温度为70~85℃;
(7)水洗:经功能整理后的毛毯,采用2槽水洗工艺进行水洗,第1水洗槽温度为20~30℃,第2水洗槽温度为50~60℃,且在第2水洗槽中加入抗静电柔软整理剂,所述的抗静电柔软整理剂包含柔软剂、抗静电剂和平滑剂,其中柔软剂的浓度为10~20g/L,抗静电剂的浓度为8~16g/L,平滑剂的浓度为10~20g/L;
(8)烘干:温度为70~90℃,布辊速度为6~10m/min;
(9)花坯烫剪:将烘干后的毛毯进行烫光和烫剪,烫光温度为110~130℃,烫剪温度为90~120℃,布辊速度均为8~10m/min;
(10)裁片包边:将烫剪完成后的毛毯裁片、包边,得到所述的抗菌防螨防霉毛毯。
