本发明涉及一种面料,属于纺织面料领域,尤其涉及一种制作窗帘的面料制备方法。
背景技术
窗帘是由布、麻、纱、铝片、木片、金属材料等制作的,具有遮阳隔热和调节室内光线的功能。布帘按材质分有棉纱布,亚麻布,涤棉混纺,棉麻混纺、无纺布等,随着时代的发展,消费者对窗帘除原有功能外,还有了新的需求,如环保、抗菌、调解空气质量等。
空气中的负离子称之为空气中的维生素,像维生素那样对人体及其它生命活动有着十分重要的意义,空气中的负离子与长寿有关,称之为长寿素;负离子能使活性酸消失,消除体内的活性酸,消除疲劳,活化细胞增强免疫力,使人体舒适自如,血液通畅,延缓老化,改善失眠和皮肤干燥。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种环保型窗帘面料的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种环保型窗帘面料由亚麻纤维和竹纤维混纺织造而成;
竹纤维是从自然生长的竹子中提取出的纤维素纤维,继棉、麻、毛、丝后的第五大天然纤维。竹原纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。竹纤维产品具有天然的抗菌、抑菌、杀菌的效果,因为竹子里面具有一种独特物质,该物质被命名为“竹琨”,具有天然的抑菌、防螨、防臭、防虫功能。在显微镜下观察,细菌在棉、木等纤维制品中能够大量繁殖,而竹纤维制品上的细菌不但不能长时间生存,而且短时间内还能消失或减少,24小时内细菌死亡率达75%以上。日本权威机构的新发现增加了这一产品的附加值,后经中国棉纺织品产品质量监督检验中心和中国科学院上海微生物研究所的检测也证实了以上结果(棉毛巾在夏日易发臭即是细菌成千上万倍繁衍的结果)。而棉制品本身不具备抗菌、抑菌功能,之所以发霉、变味、发粘,就是细菌在毛巾上大量繁殖的结果。而竹纤维毛巾之所以不会出现这种现象,主要是因为它自身具备抗菌、抑菌功能,细菌在其上面无法繁殖,甚至是无法生存。所以竹纤维毛巾即使在温暖潮湿的环境中也不发霉、不变味、不发粘。经扫描电子显微镜观察,竹原纤维纵向有横节,粗细分布很不均匀,纤维表面有无数微细凹槽。横向为不规则的椭圆形、腰圆形等,内有中腔,横截面上布满了大大小小的空隙,且边缘有裂纹,与苎麻纤维的截面很相似。
亚麻是人类最早使用的天然纤维之一,距今已有一万年以上的历史。亚麻纤维是一种稀有天然纤维,仅占天然纤维总量的1.5%。由于它的天然、古朴、稀有、色彩自然和高贵,被誉为"天然纤维中的纤维皇后"。具有调温、抗过敏、防静电、抗菌的功能,由于亚麻的吸湿性好,能吸收相当于自身重量20倍的水分,所以亚麻织物手感干爽,如今,防皱、免烫亚麻制品的诞生和混纺产品的出现,使亚麻产品的市场进一步拓展了。在国际上,亚麻的织造多为片梭织机和剑杆织机,产品包括细致优雅的亚麻手帕、衬衫衣料、绉绸、花式色纱产品、运动装以及麻毛混纺产品。家用产品则包括:窗帘、墙布、桌布、床上用品等。产业用产品则包括:画布、行李帐篷、绝缘布、滤布以及航空用产品。
一种环保型窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、混纺织造:将亚麻纤维和竹纤维分别进行开松预处理,然后梳理成生条,将亚麻纤维和竹纤维再并条机上进行并和,制成熟条,将面料在粗纱机上进行牵伸和加捻,在细纱机上进行进一步牵伸和加捻,制成混纺纱线;
B、预定型:将面料置于的预定型机中,对面料进行预定型;
C、染色整理:按以下上色和洗水两个步骤进行:
1、上色,常温下向染色机中加入染色整理液,以1-2℃/min的速率升温至80-100℃,继续保温10-15min对面料进行上色、抗紫外线、负离子处理,然后以5-8℃/min的速率降温至45-50℃,备用。
上述染色整理液的各组分质量分别为:
去离子水:1kg
纯天然植物染色剂:1-5g
抗紫外线整理剂:15-20g
负离子整理剂:5-15g;
2、洗水,将上色完毕后的面料通过辊筒输送经过洗水设备,所述的洗水设备,为上下喷水装置,以20-30m/min的喷水速度用去离子水对面料进行冲洗,面料通过洗水设备的速度为5-15m/min,所述的洗水设备分为三个部分,温度分别为45-50℃,35-45℃,25-35℃,长度分别为10m、15m、20m;
D、烘干:将面料在25-35℃的条件下烘干。
经过逐步降温的洗水处理后,不然可以洗去面料表面的染色剂和整理剂,而且可以保证面料不产生皱缩。
优选的,所述的亚麻纤维和竹纤维混纺纤维中,亚麻纤维的重量百分比为25-40%,竹纤维的重量百分比为60-75%。
优选的,所述抗紫外线整理剂为纳米级二氧化钛;
优选的,所述负离子整理剂为纳米级电气石粉。
本方案相比于传统方案的有益之处在于:
1、选用竹纤维主要是利用竹纤维的抗菌性能以及其表面凹槽及内有空腔的结构,本发明即利用此结构将纳米级的抗紫外线整理剂和负离子整理剂吸附到其凹槽内,而不需要添加传统的螯合分散剂、匀染剂等化学物质,洗水时也不需要添加中和剂和皂洗剂等化学物质,处理工艺环保;
2、选用亚麻纤维主要是利用亚麻纤维的抗菌性能、抗紫外线性能以及阻燃性能;
2、采用纳米级二氧化钛和负离子粉,牢度性能好,释放持久;
3、将传统的染色工艺由煮布、上色、洗水缩减为上色和洗水,同时上色和洗水时不添加化学添加剂,洗水的废液进过简单的过柱处理后即可重复使用,符合绿色环保的生产工艺要求。
本发明所述的环保型窗帘面料,通过面料的改善以及选择适当的纯天然植物染色剂、抗紫外线、负离子整理剂,可以在生产过程中不加入化学添加剂,制备过程节能环保,后续废液处理简单,整个生产工艺符合国家绿色环保的生产工艺要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种环保型窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、混纺织造:将亚麻纤维和竹纤维分别进行开松预处理,然后梳理成生条,将亚麻纤维和竹纤维再并条机上进行并和,制成熟条,将面料在粗纱机上进行牵伸和加捻,在细纱机上进行进一步牵伸和加捻,制成混纺纱线;所述的亚麻纤维和竹纤维混纺纤维中,亚麻纤维的重量百分比为30%,竹纤维的重量百分比为70%;
B、预定型:将面料置于的预定型机中,对面料进行预定型;
C、染色整理:按以下步骤进行:
1、上色,常温下向染色机中加入染色整理液,以1.5℃/min的速率升温至95℃,继续保温10min对面料进行上色、抗紫外线、负离子处理,然后以5℃/min的速率降温至45℃,备用;
上述染色整理液的各组分质量分别为:
去离子水:1kg
纯天然植物染色剂:3g
抗紫外线整理剂:15g
负离子整理剂:10g;
2、洗水,将上色完毕后的面料通过辊筒输送经过洗水设备,所述的洗水设备,为上下喷水装置,以25m/min的喷水速度用去离子水对面料进行冲洗,面料通过洗水设备的速度为10m/min,所述的洗水设备分为三个部分,温度分别为45℃,35℃,25℃,长度分别为10m、15m、20m;
D、烘干:将面料在25℃的条件下烘干;
所述抗紫外线整理剂为纳米级二氧化钛;
所述负离子整理剂为纳米级电气石粉。
实施例2:
一种环保型窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

A、混纺织造:将亚麻纤维和竹纤维分别进行开松预处理,然后梳理成生条,将亚麻纤维和竹纤维再并条机上进行并和,制成熟条,将面料在粗纱机上进行牵伸和加捻,在细纱机上进行进一步牵伸和加捻,制成混纺纱线;所述的亚麻纤维和竹纤维混纺纤维中,亚麻纤维的重量百分比为25%,竹纤维的重量百分比为75%;
B、预定型:将面料置于的预定型机中,对面料进行预定型;
C、染色整理:按以下步骤进行:
1、上色,常温下向染色机中加入染色整理液,以2℃/min的速率升温至95℃,继续保温10min对面料进行上色、抗紫外线、负离子处理,然后以8℃/min的速率降温至50℃,备用;
上述染色整理液的各组分质量分别为:
去离子水:1kg
纯天然植物染色剂:3.5g
抗紫外线整理剂:10g
负离子整理剂:5g;
2、洗水,将上色完毕后的面料通过辊筒输送经过洗水设备,所述的洗水设备,为上下喷水装置,以25m/min的喷水速度用去离子水对面料进行冲洗,面料通过洗水设备的速度为8m/min,所述的洗水设备分为三个部分,温度分别为45℃,38℃,28℃,长度分别为10m、15m、20m;
D、烘干:将面料在28℃的条件下烘干;
所述抗紫外线整理剂为纳米级二氧化钛;
所述负离子整理剂为纳米级电气石粉。
对实施例1-3进行检测:
从上述抑菌效果检测结果来看,加入较大比例的亚麻纤维对大肠纤维和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果较好,但是对白色念珠菌的抑菌效果就稍差,综合考虑后,以实施例1的配比结构最为合适。

Claims (5)
1.一种环保型窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、混纺织造:将亚麻纤维和竹纤维分别进行开松预处理,然后梳理成生条,将亚麻纤维和竹纤维再并条机上进行并和,制成熟条,将面料在粗纱机上进行牵伸和加捻,在细纱机上进行进一步牵伸和加捻,制成混纺纱线;
B、预定型:将面料置于的预定型机中,对面料进行预定型;
C、染色整理:按以下上色和洗水两个步骤进行:
上色,常温下向染色机中加入染色整理液,以1-2℃/min的速率升温至80-100℃,继续保温10-15min对面料进行上色、抗紫外线、负离子处理,然后以5-8℃/min的速率降温至45-50℃,备用;
上述染色整理液的各组分质量分别为:
去离子水:1kg
纯天然植物染色剂:1-5g
抗紫外线整理剂:15-20g
负离子整理剂:5-15g;
洗水,将上色完毕后的面料通过辊筒输送经过洗水设备,所述的洗水设备,为上下喷水装置,以20-30m/min的喷水速度用去离子水对面料进行冲洗,面料通过洗水设备的速度为5-15m/min,所述的洗水设备分为三个部分,温度分别为45-50℃,35-45℃,25-35℃,长度分别为10m、15m、20m;
D、烘干:将面料在25-35℃的条件下烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保型窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的亚麻纤维和竹纤维混纺纤维中,亚麻纤维的重量百分比为25-40%,竹纤维的重量百分比为60-75%。
3.如权利要求1所述的环保型窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线整理剂为纳米级二氧化钛。
4.如权利要求1所述的环保型窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述负离子整理剂为纳米级电气石粉。
5.如权利要求1所述的环保型窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、混纺织造:将亚麻纤维和竹纤维分别进行开松预处理,然后梳理成生条,将亚麻纤维和竹纤维再并条机上进行并和,制成熟条,将面料在粗纱机上进行牵伸和加捻,在细纱机上进行进一步牵伸和加捻,制成混纺纱线;所述的亚麻纤维和竹纤维混纺纤维中,亚麻纤维的重量百分比为30%,竹纤维的重量百分比为70%;
B、预定型:将面料置于的预定型机中,对面料进行预定型;
C、染色整理:按上色和洗水两个步骤进行:
上色,常温下向染色机中加入染色整理液,以1.5℃/min的速率升温至95℃,继续保温10min对面料进行上色、抗紫外线、负离子处理,然后以5℃/min的速率降温至45℃,备用;
上述染色整理液的各组分质量分别为:
去离子水:1kg

抗紫外线整理剂:15g
负离子整理剂:10g;
