近年来,人们对服装面料的舒适性、健康性、安全性和环保性等要求越来越高,对安全高效抗菌服饰的功能需求越来越多;在生活中,人们不可避免的接触到各种各样的细菌、真菌等微生物,这些微生物在合适的外界条件下,会迅速繁殖,并通过接触等方式传播疾病,影响人们的身体健康和正常的工作、学习和生活。纤维属于多孔性材料,叠加编织后又会形成无数空隙的多层体,因此织物较容易吸附菌类。抗菌整理就是使织物具有抑制菌类生长的功能,维持卫生的衣着生活环境,保证人体健康。抗菌剂的应用起源于第二次世界大战期间,当时德军由于穿抗菌军服而大大减少了伤员的细菌感染。在上世纪60年代,人们大多采用有机抗菌剂生产抗菌纺织品;随着1984年无机抗菌剂开发成功后,抗菌整理得到快速发展,使抗菌剂不仅用于纤维及纺织品,也用于塑料、建筑材料等制品中。目前,日本在抗菌防臭方面研究最为活跃,技术领先,产品已拓展至运动服、地毯、医疗用品等领域。近年来,抗菌研究的重点已经从保护纺织品免受细菌侵袭转移到保护环境和使服用者免受细菌侵袭。进入21世纪,随着老龄社会的到来,卧床老人和在家疗养者逐渐增多,防止褥疮的老人护理用品的需求也呈增加的趋势。由于从生产为主的社会向生活为主的观念转变,开发研究有利于人体健康、有利于地球环境的产品,因此抗菌整理日益受到人们的重视,目前,在衣服基本功能不变的基础上,人们不断的研发衣服的新材料,利用适当的工艺将不同材料的各种功效添加到衣料中,增加了衣服的功能性。衣服除了防寒保暖功效外还具有抵抗紫外线辐射,杀菌除臭,释放负离子和红外线发射等功效。其中银离子不仅具有很好的抗菌性,同时还具有良好的耐洗性,且对人体无毒无刺激,因而载银无机抗菌剂作为一种绿色抗菌剂受到人们的广泛关注,对这方面的研究也越来越多,并且越来越成熟。然而目前抗菌材料添加的成分比较单一,具有的功能也比较单一,没有统一解决舒适、抗菌、杀虫、吸汗、保暖等功能。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种具有抗菌、吸湿透气、抗紫外线功能且舒适度好的透湿抗紫外线多功能抗菌面料及其加工工艺。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料,其特征在于,经纱采用两种纱线,其中甲经组分和重量百分比为:导湿纤维25-60%,抗菌纤维20-60%,抗紫外线纤维10-30%,4-6%抗紫外整理剂、2-4%驱蚊整理剂,其总和为100%,乙经采用由涤纶低弹丝和氨纶高弹丝组成的低捻度复合丝,甲经与乙经的质量比为50∶120;纬纱采用两种纱线,其中甲纬采用低捻度的抗菌纱线,乙纬采用木代尔纤维/竹浆纤维/纳米银纤维混纺纱14.8tex,三者混纺比为木代尔纤维占48%,竹浆纤维占48%,纳米银纤维占4%,该两种纬纱以1∶1的关系交叉组合,甲纬与乙纬的质量比为1∶1。
所述木代尔纤维为1.3D×39mm棉型短纤,竹浆纤维为1.5D×38mm棉型短纤,纳米银纤维为1.4D×38mm棉型短纤。抗紫外整理剂是由40-50%氧化锌、30-40%二氧化钛、20-30%的聚酯母粒混合而成。
所说的导湿纤维,选自异形截面纤维,所说的抗菌纤维是指在纺丝原液中加入名为Triclosan的抗菌剂制备成的纤维;所说的抗紫外线纤维,是指将纳米级锌系粉体作为紫外线屏蔽因子加入聚酯原液中纺丝制得的纤维。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用了性能差异大的涤纶长丝与吸湿排汗长丝同轴整经的新工艺,解决了长丝复合时张力难控制的技术问题,使产品克服了传统织物的功能单一,应用面狭隘,面料档次不高,产品舒适度差,其附加值不高的缺点,而且本发明面料可对紫外线进行反射或屏蔽,并将紫外线能量予以转换,将细菌、污染物等进行分解,达到抗菌、吸湿透气、抗紫外线等功能,面料还具有花纹丰富,纹路清晰,弹性、抗皱性和抗静电性能良好等优点。

根据GB18401-2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》B类和GB/T2660-2008《衬衫》标准对产品进行检测,其有关检测数据见表1。
根据GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品-抗菌性能的评价第三部分:振荡法》对产品进行抗菌性能测试,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为99.9%,具有抗菌效果。测试方法:GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品-抗菌性能的评价第三部分:振荡法》,灭菌方法:高压蒸汽灭菌;振荡液:0.03Mol/L磷酸缓冲液;接触温度:24±1℃;接触时间18小时;测试菌种:大肠杆菌;初始浓度:2.5*104CFU/ML;测试样:0.75g。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (4)

1.一种轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料,其特征在于,经纱采用两种纱线,其中甲经组分和重量百分比为:导湿纤维25-60%,抗菌纤维20-60%,抗紫外线纤维10-30%,4-6%抗紫外整理剂、2-4%驱蚊整理剂,其总和为100%,乙经采用由涤纶低弹丝和氨纶高弹丝组成的低捻度复合丝,甲经与乙经的质量比为50∶120;纬纱采用两种纱线,其中甲纬采用低捻度的抗菌纱线,乙纬采用木代尔纤维/竹浆纤维/纳米银纤维混纺纱14.8tex,三者混纺比为木代尔纤维占48%,竹浆纤维占48%,纳米银纤维占4%,该两种纬纱以1∶1的关系交叉组合,甲纬与乙纬的质量比为1∶1,抗紫外整理剂是由40-50%氧化锌、30-40%二氧化钛、20-30%的聚酯母粒混合而成;
其制备工艺依次包括以下步骤:
(1)将导湿纤维、抗菌纤维、抗紫外线纤维、混合均匀,经过搅拌,晾干处理;
(2)将涤纶低弹丝、氨纶高弹丝和木代尔纤维/竹浆纤维/纳米银纤维各自经清棉、疏棉处理;
(3)将经过步骤(1)和(2)处理的纤维并条,再依次经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精纺纱;
(4)采用平纹、二上一下斜纹或二上二下斜纹进行织造;
(5)加入3%的净洗剂和2%的柔软剂对衣服进行水洗处理,水温控制在40-45℃,水洗10-15min;
(6)加入抗紫外整理剂、驱蚊整理剂浸渍经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹30-70分钟,然后再在70-80℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;
(7)检查织物是否合格,合格则为成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料,其特征在于:木代尔纤维为1.3D×39mm棉型短纤,竹浆纤维为1.5D×38mm棉型短纤,纳米银纤维为1.4D×38mm棉型短纤。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料,其特征在于,所说的导湿纤维,选自异形截面纤维,所说的抗菌纤维是指在纺丝原液中加入名为Triclosan的抗菌剂制备成的纤维;所说的抗紫外线纤维,是指将纳米级锌系粉体作为紫外线屏蔽因子加入聚酯原液中纺丝制得的纤维。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的轻盈透气防水游戏服装面料,其特征在于,其平方米克重155-165g/m2;经向撕破强力≥23N,纬向撕破强力≥32N。
