Abstract

本发明涉及绞纱染色技术领域,尤其是一种涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法,将绞纱原料置于染色机中,并按染色机规定浴比加入水后,升温至40℃,然后加入染色助剂,进行搅拌10‑15min后再加入分散染料,持续搅拌5‑10min,然后再加入活性染料,持续搅拌3‑5min后以1.5℃/min的速度升温至98‑100℃,保温50‑70min;然后降温至70℃后加入皂洗剂和冰醋酸,处理10‑15min;然后进行排水,利用90℃的热水清洗,清洗时间为3‑5min后出缸;即完成染色。本发明所得到的一种涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法,其通过合理的工艺设计及配方支持,能实现一次性完成染色和皂洗,避免多次清洗而造成用水量大等,且可确保染色性能的稳定,缩短染色时间,降低染色成本。

一种涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及绞纱染色技术领域,尤其是一种涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,混纺绞纱的染色一般都是通过多次染色,多次换水清洗,则使得用量大,且产生的废水较多,工序长,染色时间长,影响染色成本;而且染色过程中的稳定性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种用水量少且染色稳定的涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法,将绞纱原料置于染色机中,并按染色机规定浴比加入水后,升温至40℃,然后加入染色助剂,染色助剂包括促染剂、均染剂、分散剂、渗透剂、元明粉、纯碱加入染色机中,进行搅拌10-15min后再加入分散染料,分散染料包括分散黑、分散黄、分散红、分散深兰,持续搅拌5-10min,然后再加入活性染料,活性染料包括活性黑、活性黄、活性红,持续搅拌3-5min后以1.5℃/min的速度升温至98-100℃,保温50-70min;然后降温至70℃后加入皂洗剂和冰醋酸,处理10-15min;然后进行排水,利用90℃的热水清洗,清洗时间为3-5min后出缸;即完成染色。
染色助剂用量为:促染剂1-2%,均染剂0.5-1%,分散剂1-3%,渗透剂1-2%,元明粉3-8g/L,纯碱3-4%;分散染料用量为:分散黑5-7%、分散黄0.2-0.3%、分散红0.2-0.25%、分散深兰0.1-0.2%;活性染料用量为:活性黑0.3-0.5%、活性黄0.05-0.15%、活性红0.05-0.1%;皂洗剂用量为1-3%;冰醋酸用量为1-2%;上述用量的百分比均为与绞纱原料的质量百分比。
本发明所得到的一种涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法,其通过合理的工艺设计及配方支持,能实现一次性完成染色和皂洗,避免多次清洗而造成用水量大等,且可确保染色性能的稳定,缩短染色时间,降低染色成本。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法,将绞纱原料置于染色机中,并按染色机规定浴比加入水后,升温至40℃,然后加入染色助剂,染色助剂包括促染剂、均染剂、分散剂、渗透剂、元明粉、纯碱加入染色机中,进行搅拌10min后再加入分散染料,分散染料包括分散黑、分散黄、分散红、分散深兰,持续搅拌5min,然后再加入活性染料,活性染料包括活性黑、活性黄、活性红,持续搅拌3min后以1.5℃/min的速度升温至98℃,保温50min;然后降温至70℃后加入皂洗剂和冰醋酸,处理10min;然后进行排水,利用90℃的热水清洗,清洗时间为3min后出缸;即完成染色。

本实施例描述的一种涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法,将绞纱原料置于染色机中,并按染色机规定浴比加入水后,升温至40℃,然后加入染色助剂,染色助剂包括促染剂、均染剂、分散剂、渗透剂、元明粉、纯碱加入染色机中,进行搅拌15min后再加入分散染料,分散染料包括分散黑、分散黄、分散红、分散深兰,持续搅拌10min,然后再加入活性染料,活性染料包括活性黑、活性黄、活性红,持续搅拌5min后以1.5℃/min的速度升温至100℃,保温70min;然后降温至70℃后加入皂洗剂和冰醋酸,处理15min;然后进行排水,利用90℃的热水清洗,清洗时间为5min后出缸;即完成染色。
其中染色助剂用量为:促染剂2%,均染剂1%,分散剂3%,渗透剂2%,元明粉8g/L,纯碱4%;分散染料用量为:分散黑7%、分散黄0.3%、分散红0.25%、分散深兰0.2%;活性染料用量为:活性黑0.5%、活性黄0.15%、活性红0.1%;皂洗剂用量为3%;冰醋酸用量为2%;上述用量的百分比均为与绞纱原料的质量百分比。
实施例3:
本实施例描述的一种涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法,将绞纱原料置于染色机中,并按染色机规定浴比加入水后,升温至40℃,然后加入染色助剂,染色助剂包括促染剂、均染剂、分散剂、渗透剂、元明粉、纯碱加入染色机中,进行搅拌12min后再加入分散染料,分散染料包括分散黑、分散黄、分散红、分散深兰,持续搅拌8min,然后再加入活性染料,活性染料包括活性黑、活性黄、活性红,持续搅拌4min后以1.5℃/min的速度升温至99℃,保温60min;然后降温至70℃后加入皂洗剂和冰醋酸,处理13min;然后进行排水,利用90℃的热水清洗,清洗时间为4min后出缸;即完成染色。
其中染色助剂用量为:促染剂1.5%,均染剂0.8%,分散剂2%,渗透剂1.4%,元明粉5g/L,纯碱3.2%;分散染料用量为:分散黑6%、分散黄0.2%、分散红0.2%、分散深兰0.1%;活性染料用量为:活性黑0.4%、活性黄0.1%、活性红0.08%;皂洗剂用量为2%;冰醋酸用量为1.3%;上述用量的百分比均为与绞纱原料的质量百分比。

1.一种涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法,其特征是:将绞纱原料置于染色机中,并按染色机规定浴比加入水后,升温至40℃,然后加入染色助剂,染色助剂包括促染剂、均染剂、分散剂、渗透剂、元明粉、纯碱加入染色机中,进行搅拌10-15min后再加入分散染料,分散染料包括分散黑、分散黄、分散红、分散深兰,持续搅拌5-10min,然后再加入活性染料,活性染料包括活性黑、活性黄、活性红,持续搅拌3-5min后以1.5℃/min的速度升温至98-100℃,保温50-70min;然后降温至70℃后加入皂洗剂和冰醋酸,处理10-15min;然后进行排水,利用90℃的热水清洗,清洗时间为3-5min后出缸;即完成染色。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤粘混纺绞纱的染色方法,其特征是:染色助剂用量为:促染剂1-2%,均染剂0.5-1%,分散剂1-3%,渗透剂1-2%,元明粉3-8g/L,纯碱3-4%;分散染料用量为:分散黑5-7%、分散黄0.2-0.3%、分散红0.2-0.25%、分散深兰0.1-0.2%;活性染料用量为:活性黑0.3-0.5%、活性黄0.05-0.15%、活性红0.05-0.1%;皂洗剂用量为1-3%;冰醋酸用量为1-2%;上述用量的百分比均为与绞纱原料的质量百分比。
