本发明公开了一种棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,包括如下步骤:S1前处理,将棉制品加入前处理液中,升温,再降温,水洗;S2染料还原溶解,将还原染料稀释,加入烧碱、保险粉、改性还原糖、亚硫酸钠、硫化钠、尿素和平平加O,升温;S3还原浸染,将棉制品置于染液中升温,加入促染盐续染;S4氧化皂洗和烘干,将棉制品以双氧水氧化,再以皂洗剂皂洗,最后热水冲洗、热风烘干。本发明提出的一种棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其通过选择复配还原剂体系应用于还原染料染色加工,不仅具有匀染性好,色牢度高的优点,而且工艺简单、环保健康,使得所述还原染料染色方法具有更高效率,并拓展了还原染料染色的应用范畴。

还原染料染色以其优异的耐漂洗、耐晒色牢度,一直是人们染棉类染色产品的最爱。目前国际印染市场对还原染料染色棉织物需求量逐步增大。这是由于还原染料具有较活性染料更好的湿处理牢度和耐光复合牢度,而且多用于牢度要求较高的棉织物轧染加工。其中,棉织物、棉绞纱或筒纱在应用还原染料进行浸染加工时,一般采用隐色体法,即染料在一定量的烧碱和保险粉和温度条件下充分还原后加入主缸,开始染色,再经水洗、氧化、皂洗完成染色的全过程。
还原染料的隐色体生成过程中,还原剂的选择非常重要。目前常规的还原染料还原一般仅采用烧碱、保险粉,然而由于保险粉的稳定性较差、易燃,因此在染色中为了维持染浴或还原浴中保险粉的浓度,保险粉的用量要大大超过理论用量。由于保险粉作为还原剂用量大、不容易储存、废水不易处理导致生产成本增加,生产管理和控制的难度加大,国内外印染行业都在寻找新还原剂来代替保险粉。
发明内容
基于背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提出了一种棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其通过选择复配还原剂体系应用于还原染料染色加工,不仅具有匀染性好,色牢度高的优点,而且工艺简单、环保健康,使得所述还原染料染色方法具有更高效率,并拓展了还原染料染色的应用范畴。
本发明提出了一种棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将棉制品加入前处理液中,室温下按2-2.5℃/min的升温速率升温至90-100℃,保温10-20min,再按照1.5-2℃/min的降温速率降温至60-80℃,用60-80℃水冲洗3-8min,再加入冰醋酸调节pH值为6.0-7.0,用室温水冲洗5-10min;
S2、染料还原溶解,将相当于棉制品质量0.01-10wt%的还原染料按照浴比1:5-20稀释,加入烧碱1-20g/L、保险粉1-10g/L、改性还原糖1-5g/L、亚硫酸钠1-2g/L、硫化钠1-2g/L、尿素1-5g/L、平平加O 0-5g/L,搅拌条件下以0.2-1℃/min的升温速率升温至50-70℃,保温10-30min,再加入到预载待染棉制品的染色装置中;
S3、还原浸染,将氮气通入到染色装置中对氧气进行排除,通氮气结束后密封染色装置,将经过步骤S1处理后的棉制品置于步骤S2处理后的染液中,以1.5-2℃/min的升温速率升温至60-80℃,保温5-10min,加入促染盐0-30g/L,续染5-10min;
S4、氧化、皂洗和烘干,将步骤S3处理后的棉制品用冷水冲洗,然后以0.5-5g/L的双氧水在30-50℃条件下氧化5-20min,再以皂洗剂在90-100℃条件下皂洗5-20min,最后热水冲洗、热风烘干。
优选地,所述棉制品为纯棉织物、纯棉绞纱、纯棉筒纱、棉混纺或棉交织物。
优选地,在S1中,前处理液的配方包括:纯碱4-7g/L、精炼剂5-8g/L;优选地,所述精炼剂为传化精炼剂TF-108。
优选地,在S2中,所述改性还原糖的制备方法包括:将还原糖加入水中搅拌均匀,滴加乙二醛溶液,并加入磷酸钠调节pH值为9-10,在40-60℃条件下搅拌反应1-2h,再加入焦亚硫酸钠,在70-95℃条件下搅拌反应2-4h,干燥后得到所述改性还原糖。
优选地,还原糖、乙二醛溶液、焦亚硫酸钠的重量配比为:1:0.01-0.1:1-1.5;优选地,所述还原糖为葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖、乳糖和麦芽糖中的至少一种。
优选地,在S3中,所述促染盐按照重量比是由1:1-2:3-4的硫酸钠、氯化钠和柠檬酸钠复配而成。
优选地,在S4中,所述双氧水为浓度35-40wt%的双氧水;皂洗剂包括:净洗剂2091-3g/L、纯碱1-2g/L。
优选地,在S4中,氧化和皂洗中的浴比都为1:4-20。
优选地,热水冲洗的温度为60-90℃,热风烘干的温度为80-100℃。
本发明中提出了一种棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,首先采用前处理工艺,通过选择合适的精炼试剂和工艺参数,对棉制品进行有效地退浆,使得制品适于后续还原染色处理;其次对染料进行还原溶解,由于采用保险粉和改性还原糖的复配体系作为还原剂,由于改性还原糖将是通过还原糖经乙二醛溶液改性得到,使得还原剂的还原能力得到极大改善的同时,再复配保险粉,得到了一种可以在特定温度下还原力不断释放的复配还原体系,因此可以保证所述还原染料被还原生成具有良好分散稳定性能的还原隐色体钠盐,有利于后续浸染的均匀度和重现度;与此同时,还原体系中亚硫酸钠、硫化钠以及尿素的加入则进一步使得整个还原体系的还原能力趋向稳定,并且可以增强隐色体钠盐的渗透性,获得较好的色牢度,同时由于前述使用还原糖替代部分保险粉,可以显著降低染色排放污水中COD值,大大增强了环保性能;接着所述棉制品在惰性气体条件下进行浸染,通过选择特定温度进行上染,使得整个布面染色均匀度、重现性且色牢度都极好,染色后制品的K/S值也获得了显著提高,并且选择特定的三种盐复配作为促染盐进行续染,获得了比单盐效果更好的促染效果,固色率也得到了极大地提高;最后,对棉制品进行氧化,控制氧化温度,由此获得均匀的氧化效果,再经过皂洗,去除浮色,以便保持色泽,从而可以获得较高的色牢度,最后水洗,烘干得到成品。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例中,一种棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将所述棉制品加入前处理液中,室温下按2.3℃/min的升温速率升温至96℃,保温16min,再按照1.8℃/min的降温速率降温至75℃,再用75℃水冲洗6min,再加入冰醋酸调节pH值为6.0-7.0,用室温水冲洗8min;
S2、染料还原溶解,将相当于棉制品质量2wt%的还原染料按照浴比1:15稀释,加入烧碱5g/L、保险粉5g/L、改性还原糖3g/L、亚硫酸钠1g/L、硫化钠1.5g/L、尿素4g/L、平平加O 3g/L,搅拌条件下以0.7℃/min的升温速率升温至55℃,保温15min,再加入到预载待染棉制品的染色装置中;
S3、还原浸染,将氮气通入到染色装置中对氧气进行排除,通氮气结束后密封染色装置,将经过步骤S1处理后的棉制品置于步骤S2处理后的染液中,以1.8℃/min的升温速率升温至75℃,保温8min,加入促染盐10g/L,续染8min;
S4、氧化、皂洗和烘干,将步骤S3处理后的棉制品用冷水冲洗,然后以3g/L的双氧水在35℃条件下氧化15min,再以皂洗剂在96℃条件下皂洗13min,最后热水冲洗、热风烘干。
实施例2
本实施例中,一种棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将所述棉制品加入前处理液中,室温下按2℃/min的升温速率升温至100℃,保温10min,再按照2℃/min的降温速率降温至60℃,再用80℃水冲洗3min,再加入冰醋酸调节pH值为6.0-7.0,用室温水冲洗10min,其中前处理液的配方包括:纯碱4g/L、传化精炼剂TF-108 8g/L;
S2、染料还原溶解,将相当于棉制品质量0.01wt%的还原染料按照浴比1:20稀释,加入烧碱1g/L、保险粉10g/L、改性还原糖1g/L、亚硫酸钠2g/L、硫化钠1g/L、尿素5g/L,搅拌条件下以1℃/min的升温速率升温至50℃,保温30min,再加入到预载待染棉制品的染色装置中,其中,所述改性还原糖的制备方法包括:将还原糖加入水中搅拌均匀,滴加乙二醛溶液,并加入磷酸钠调节pH值为9-10,在40℃条件下搅拌反应2h,再加入焦亚硫酸钠,在70℃条件下搅拌反应4h,干燥后得到所述改性还原糖,还原糖、乙二醛溶液、焦亚硫酸钠的重量配比为:1:0.01:1.5,所述还原糖为葡萄糖;
S3、还原浸染,将氮气通入到染色装置中对氧气进行排除,通氮气结束后密封染色装置,将经过步骤S1处理后的棉制品置于步骤S2处理后的染液中,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至80℃,保温5min,加入促染盐30g/L,续染5min,其中所述促染盐按照重量比是由1:2:3的硫酸钠、氯化钠和柠檬酸钠复配而成;
S4、氧化、皂洗和烘干,将步骤S3处理后的棉制品用冷水冲洗,然后以0.5g/L的浓度为40wt%的双氧水在30℃条件下氧化20min,再以皂洗剂在90℃条件下皂洗20min,皂洗剂包括:净洗剂209 1g/L、纯碱2g/L,其中氧化和皂洗中的浴比都为1:4,最后采用90℃的热水冲洗、80℃的热风烘干。
实施例3
本实施例中,一种棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将所述棉制品加入前处理液中,室温下按2.5℃/min的升温速率升温至90℃,保温20min,再按照1.5℃/min的降温速率降温至80℃,再用60℃水冲洗8min,再加入冰醋酸调节pH值为6.0-7.0,用室温水冲洗5min,其中前处理液的配方包括:纯碱7g/L、传化精炼剂TF-108 5g/L;
S2、染料还原溶解,将相当于棉制品质量10wt%的还原染料按照浴比1:5稀释,加入烧碱20g/L、保险粉1g/L、改性还原糖5g/L、亚硫酸钠1g/L、硫化钠2g/L、尿素1g/L、平平加O 5g/L,搅拌条件下以0.2℃/min的升温速率升温至70℃,保温10min,再加入到预载待染棉制品的染色装置中,其中,所述改性还原糖的制备方法包括:将还原糖加入水中搅拌均匀,滴加乙二醛溶液,并加入磷酸钠调节pH值为9-10,在60℃条件下搅拌反应1h,再加入焦亚硫酸钠,在95℃条件下搅拌反应2h,干燥后得到所述改性还原糖,还原糖、乙二醛溶液、焦亚硫酸钠的重量配比为:1:0.1:1,所述还原糖为果糖;
S3、还原浸染,将氮气通入到染色装置中对氧气进行排除,通氮气结束后密封染色装置,将经过步骤S1处理后的棉制品置于步骤S2处理后的染液中,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至60℃,保温10min,续染10min;
S4、氧化、皂洗和烘干,将步骤S3处理后的棉制品用冷水冲洗,然后以5g/L的浓度为35wt%的双氧水在50℃条件下氧化5min,再以皂洗剂在100℃条件下皂洗5min,皂洗剂包括:净洗剂209 3g/L、纯碱1g/L,其中氧化和皂洗中的浴比都为1:20,最后采用60℃的热水冲洗、100℃的热风烘干。
实施例4
本实施例中,一种棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将所述棉制品加入前处理液中,室温下按2.2℃/min的升温速率升温至95℃,保温15min,再按照1.7℃/min的降温速率降温至70℃,再用70℃水冲洗5min,再加入冰醋酸调节pH值为6.0-7.0,用室温水冲洗7min,其中前处理液的配方包括:纯碱5g/L、传化精炼剂TF-108 6g/L;
S2、染料还原溶解,将相当于棉制品质量5wt%的还原染料按照浴比1:12稀释,加入烧碱10g/L、保险粉5g/L、改性还原糖3g/L、亚硫酸钠1.5g/L、硫化钠1.5g/L、尿素3g/L、平平加O 2g/L,搅拌条件下以0.6℃/min的升温速率升温至60℃,保温20min,再加入到预载待染棉制品的染色装置中,其中,所述改性还原糖的制备方法包括:将还原糖加入水中搅拌均匀,滴加乙二醛溶液,并加入磷酸钠调节pH值为9-10,在50℃条件下搅拌反应1.5h,再加入焦亚硫酸钠,在85℃条件下搅拌反应3h,干燥后得到所述改性还原糖,还原糖、乙二醛溶液、焦亚硫酸钠的重量配比为:1:0.05:1.2,所述还原糖为半乳糖和乳糖的混合物;
S3、还原浸染,将氮气通入到染色装置中对氧气进行排除,通氮气结束后密封染色装置,将经过步骤S1处理后的棉制品置于步骤S2处理后的染液中,以1.7℃/min的升温速率升温至70℃,保温7min,加入促染盐15g/L,续染7min,其中所述促染盐按照重量比是由1:1.5:3.5的硫酸钠、氯化钠和柠檬酸钠复配而成;
S4、氧化、皂洗和烘干,将步骤S3处理后的棉制品用冷水冲洗,然后以2g/L的浓度为37wt%的双氧水在40℃条件下氧化12min,再以皂洗剂在95℃条件下皂洗13min,皂洗剂包括:净洗剂209 2g/L、纯碱1.5g/L,其中氧化和皂洗中的浴比都为1:12,最后采用75℃的热水冲洗、90℃的热风烘干。
本发明中的各项指标的测试方法如下:
(1)K/S值用X-Rite测色配色系统测定被染样品的K/S值,在每个试样不同部位测试5次,取平均值。
(2)使用Hunter3Lab测色仪对染色下棉麻织物前后色差△E进行检测;
(3)色牢度
耐皂洗色牢度按照GB/T 3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度》方法D(4)测定。
耐汗渍色牢度按照GB/T 3922-1995《纺织品耐汗渍色牢度试验方法》测定。
耐摩擦色牢度按照GB/T 3920-2008《织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》测定。
耐人造光色牢度按照GB/T 8426-1998《织品色牢度试验耐光色牢度:日光》氙灯方法2测定。
上述实施例1-4得到的棉制品的染色性能测试结果如下表所示:
本发明中提出了一种棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,首先采用前处理工艺,通过选择合适的精炼试剂和工艺参数,对棉制品进行有效地退浆,使得制品适于后续还原染色处理;其次对染料进行还原溶解,由于采用保险粉和改性还原糖的复配体系作为还原剂,由于改性还原糖将是通过还原糖经乙二醛溶液改性得到,使得还原剂的还原能力得到极大改善的同时,再复配保险粉,得到了一种可以在特定温度下还原力不断释放的复配还原体系,因此可以保证所述还原染料被还原生成具有良好分散稳定性能的还原隐色体钠盐,有利于后续浸染的均匀度和重现度;与此同时,还原体系中亚硫酸钠、硫化钠以及尿素的加入则进一步使得整个还原体系的还原能力趋向稳定,并且可以增强隐色体钠盐的渗透性,获得较好的色牢度,同时由于前述使用还原糖替代部分保险粉,可以显著降低染色排放污水中COD值,大大增强了环保性能;接着所述棉制品在惰性气体条件下进行浸染,通过选择特定温度进行上染,使得整个布面染色均匀度、重现性且色牢度都极好,染色后制品的K/S值也获得了显著提高,并且选择特定的三种盐复配作为促染盐进行续染,获得了比单盐效果更好的促染效果,固色率也得到了极大地提高;最后,对棉制品进行氧化,控制氧化温度,由此获得均匀的氧化效果,再经过皂洗,去除浮色,以便保持色泽,从而可以获得较高的色牢度,最后水洗,烘干得到成品。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将棉制品加入前处理液中,室温下按2-2.5℃/min的升温速率升温至90-100℃,保温10-20min,再按照1.5-2℃/min的降温速率降温至60-80℃,用60-80℃水冲洗3-8min,再加入冰醋酸调节pH值为6.0-7.0,用室温水冲洗5-10min;
S2、染料还原溶解,将相当于棉制品质量0.01-10wt%的还原染料按照浴比1:5-20稀释,加入烧碱1-20g/L、保险粉1-10g/L、改性还原糖1-5g/L、亚硫酸钠1-2g/L、硫化钠1-2g/L、尿素1-5g/L、平平加O 0-5g/L,搅拌条件下以0.2-1℃/min的升温速率升温至50-70℃,保温10-30min,再加入到预载待染棉制品的染色装置中;
S3、还原浸染,将氮气通入到染色装置中对氧气进行排除,通氮气结束后密封染色装置,将经过步骤S1处理后的棉制品置于步骤S2处理后的染液中,以1.5-2℃/min的升温速率升温至60-80℃,保温5-10min,加入促染盐0-30g/L,续染5-10min;
S4、氧化、皂洗和烘干,将步骤S3处理后的棉制品用冷水冲洗,然后以0.5-5g/L的双氧水在30-50℃条件下氧化5-20min,再以皂洗剂在90-100℃条件下皂洗5-20min,最后热水冲洗、热风烘干;
在S2中,所述改性还原糖的制备方法包括:将还原糖加入水中搅拌均匀,滴加乙二醛溶液,并加入磷酸钠调节pH值为9-10,在40-60℃条件下搅拌反应1-2h,再加入焦亚硫酸钠,在70-95℃条件下搅拌反应2-4h,干燥后得到所述改性还原糖,还原糖、乙二醛溶液、焦亚硫酸钠的重量配比为:1:0.01-0.1:1-1.5,所述还原糖为葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖、乳糖和麦芽糖中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其特征在于,所述棉制品为纯棉织物、纯棉绞纱、纯棉筒纱、棉混纺或棉交织物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其特征在于,在S1中,前处理液的配方包括:纯碱4-7g/L、精炼剂5-8g/L;所述精炼剂为传化精炼剂TF-108。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其特征在于,在S3中,所述促染盐按照重量比是由1:1-2:3-4的硫酸钠、氯化钠和柠檬酸钠复配而成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其特征在于,在S3中,所述促染盐按照重量比是由1:1-2:3-4的硫酸钠、氯化钠和柠檬酸钠复配而成。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其特征在于,在S4中,所述双氧水为浓度35-40wt%的双氧水;皂洗剂包括:净洗剂2091-3g/L、纯碱1-2g/L。
7.根据权利要求3所述的棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其特征在于,在S4中,所述双氧水为浓度35-40wt%的双氧水;皂洗剂包括:净洗剂2091-3g/L、纯碱1-2g/L。
8.根据权利要求4所述的棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其特征在于,在S4中,所述双氧水为浓度35-40wt%的双氧水;皂洗剂包括:净洗剂2091-3g/L、纯碱1-2g/L。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其特征在于,在S4中,氧化和皂洗中的浴比都为1:4-20。
10.根据权利要求9所述的棉制品的还原染料高效染色方法,其特征在于,在S4中,热水冲洗的温度为60-90℃,热风烘干的温度为80-100℃。
