step 4, fermenting the following raw materials in parts by weight at 35-42 ℃ to obtain a prefabricated first ingredient: 3-5 parts of red beans, 3-5 parts of mung beans and 3-5 parts of black beans;
step 5, drying the prefabricated first ingredient obtained in the step 4 at 40-50 ℃ until the water content is 5-10%, and then crushing the dried prefabricated first ingredient into granules to obtain a first ingredient;
step 6, drying 3-5 parts by weight of blueberries and 3-5 parts by weight of strawberries at 40-50 ℃ until the water content is 8-15% to obtain a second ingredient;
step 7, mixing the first ingredient obtained in the step 5 and the second ingredient obtained in the step 6 according to the weight ratio of 1:2 to obtain a total ingredient, and filling the total ingredient into the porridge tank;
step 8, mixing the meal replacement porridge body in the porridge tank with the total ingredients to obtain the blueberry weight-losing meal replacement porridge;
wherein, the porridge tank comprises an upper porridge tank 1 and a lower porridge tank 2; the lower porridge tank 2 is internally provided with the meal replacement porridge body; the lower porridge tank 2 is of a cylindrical structure with an opening at the upper part, and a first partition plate 3 which covers half of the opening of the lower porridge tank 2 is arranged at the opening of the lower porridge tank 2; and a third mark 8 is arranged on the side wall of the lower porridge tank 2.

step 6, drying 5 parts by weight of blueberries and 5 parts by weight of strawberries at 40 ℃ until the water content is 8% to obtain a second ingredient;
step 7, mixing the first ingredient obtained in the step 5 and the second ingredient obtained in the step 6 according to the weight ratio of 1:2, and filling the mixture into the porridge tank;
step 8, mixing the meal replacement porridge body in the porridge tank with the first ingredient and the second ingredient in the step 7 to obtain the blueberry weight-losing meal replacement porridge;

and 7, mixing the first ingredient obtained in the step 5 and the second ingredient obtained in the step 6 according to the weight ratio of 1:2, and mixing the mixture with the meal replacement porridge body obtained in the step 3 to obtain the weight-reducing meal replacement porridge.
Experimental data
Calculated by the following general weight weighing formula, the person exceeding 10% of the standard body weight is defined as overweight, the person exceeding more than 20% of the standard body weight is defined as obese, and the person exceeding-10-10% of the standard body weight is defined as normal.

Claims (4)

1. A preparation method of blueberry weight-losing meal-replacing porridge mainly comprises the following steps:
step 1, drying the following raw materials in parts by weight at 40-50 ℃ until the water content is 5-10%, and crushing to obtain raw material powder: 5-10 parts of blueberries and 3-5 parts of carrots;
step 2, mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight with water 2-5 times the volume of the raw materials, boiling for 15-40 minutes, and adding 5-10 parts by weight of glucose to obtain the base porridge: 5-10 parts of millet, 30-40 parts of oat, 3-5 parts of sweet potato, 3-5 parts of konjak, 1-3 parts of white gourd and 3-5 parts of potato;
step 3, cooling the bottom porridge obtained in the step 2 to normal temperature, mixing and stirring uniformly with the raw material powder obtained in the step 1 according to the weight ratio of 1:4 to obtain a meal replacement porridge body, and filling the meal replacement porridge body into a porridge tank;
step 4, fermenting the following raw materials in parts by weight at 35-42 ℃ to obtain a prefabricated first ingredient: 3-5 parts of red beans, 3-5 parts of mung beans and 3-5 parts of black beans;
step 5, drying the prefabricated first ingredient obtained in the step 4 at 40-50 ℃ until the water content is 5-10%, and then crushing the dried prefabricated first ingredient into granules to obtain a first ingredient;
step 6, drying 3-5 parts by weight of blueberries and 3-5 parts by weight of strawberries at 40-50 ℃ until the water content is 8-15% to obtain a second ingredient;
step 7, mixing the first ingredient obtained in the step 5 and the second ingredient obtained in the step 6 according to the weight ratio of 1:2 to obtain a total ingredient, and filling the total ingredient into the porridge tank;
step 8, mixing the meal replacement porridge body and the total ingredients in the porridge tank according to the weight ratio of 1:0.2, mixing to obtain the blueberry weight-losing meal replacement porridge;
wherein the specific preparation process of the first ingredient is as follows:
step a, soaking red beans, mung beans and black beans in water at the temperature of 75-90 ℃ for 5-10min, taking out, soaking in cold water for 5-8h, taking out, and draining to obtain pretreated mixed beans;
b, steaming the pretreated mixed beans in a pot for 30-50min, standing to 35-42 ℃, putting into a sealed fermentation tank, adding skim milk uniformly mixed with bifidobacteria until the pretreated mixed beans are immersed in the skim milk, and fermenting in a sealed manner for 8-12h to obtain fermented mixed beans;
c, drying the fermented mixed beans at the temperature of 40-50 ℃ until the water content is 5-10%, and then crushing the dried mixed beans into particles to obtain the first ingredient;
wherein the porridge tank comprises an upper porridge tank and a lower porridge tank; the lower porridge tank is internally provided with the meal replacement porridge body; the lower porridge tank is of a cylindrical structure with an opening at the upper part, and a first partition plate which covers half of the opening of the lower porridge tank is arranged at the opening of the lower porridge tank; a third mark is arranged on the side wall of the lower porridge tank; an external thread is arranged on the outer side of the opening of the lower porridge tank, and an internal thread matched with the external thread is arranged on the inner side of the opening of the upper porridge tank, so that the upper porridge tank can rotate along the upper part of the lower porridge tank;
the total ingredients are filled in the upper porridge tank; the upper porridge tank is of a cylindrical structure with openings at the upper and lower parts, the upper porridge tank is arranged above the lower porridge tank, and a second partition plate which covers 2/3 of the opening of the upper porridge tank is arranged on the opening at the lower part of the upper porridge tank; the upper porridge tank is provided with a first mark and a second mark on the side wall of one side of the second partition plate and the side wall of the side opposite to the second partition plate respectively; the upper surface of the second partition plate is arranged to be a higher inclined surface at one side connected with the inner wall of the upper porridge tank;

when the first partition plate and the second partition plate are positioned on the same side, the upper porridge tank is communicated with the lower porridge tank, and the second mark is aligned with the third mark.
