A weight-losing meal-replacing food is characterized in that: the weight-reducing meal replacement food comprises, by weight, 10-20 parts of white radishes, 10-15 parts of Chinese yams, 1-5 parts of red radishes, 15-25 parts of white gourds, 5-10 parts of water Chinese cabbages, 3-5 parts of cucumbers, 35-50 parts of purified water, 5-10 parts of milk and 1-3 parts of white sugar, wherein the weight-reducing meal replacement food is pasty liquid prepared by mixing the raw materials.

The diet meal replacement food as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the white radish milk comprises, by weight, 15 parts of white radish, 10 parts of Chinese yam, 4 parts of red radish, 24 parts of white gourd, 5 parts of Chinese cabbage, 3 parts of cucumber, 42 parts of purified water, 5 parts of milk and 2 parts of white sugar.
3. The method for preparing the diet meal replacement food as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing white radishes, Chinese yams, red radishes, white gourds, water white vegetables and cucumbers according to the preset weight ratio of the raw materials, mixing, adding into a stirrer, and smashing to obtain a prepared juice;
s2, adding purified water into the container and boiling;
s3, mixing the prepared juice with boiled water and boiling again to obtain a mixture;
s4, adding milk and white sugar into the boiled mixture, and fully stirring to obtain the pasty weight-reducing meal-replacing food.
