Description

Homogenate meal for nasal feeding patients for old people
Technical Field
The invention relates to homogenate diet nutritional products, in particular to a homogenate diet for elderly nasal feeding patients.
Background
The nasal feeding method is a method in which a catheter is inserted into the stomach from the nasal cavity and liquid food, water, and medicines are poured from the tube. Nasal feeding is suitable for patients who cannot eat through the mouth, and is a method for taking sufficient protein, water, medicine and heat by feeding a nutrient-rich liquid diet through a stomach tube.
The nutritional support can improve the nutritional condition of the organism, maintain the function of the gastrointestinal tract, reduce complications and create conditions for disease recovery. The nasal feeding nutrition is a reasonable, economical, safe, simple and effective treatment way, and the nasal feeding liquid should be prepared as it is. The elderly need to eat a proper amount of protein, and the metabolism in the body of the elderly is mainly catabolism, which is a result of the function change of endocrine glands in the body of the elderly, so that more abundant protein is needed, and the quality of the protein is more important than the quantity of the protein for the elderly. Therefore, the best half of the daily protein is high-quality protein, such as lean meat, milk, eggs, fish, shrimp, beans, etc. In addition, crushed vegetables, mushroom soup, soybean milk, jellied bean curd, etc. can be taken.
Nutritional support is a fundamental measure in the treatment of critically ill patients, since nutritional support is no longer a simple method of supplying nutrition, but is one of the measures for treating diseases. The homogenate diet is fluid diet prepared by natural food, the contained nutrient components are similar to normal diet, because the homogenate diet is crushed in vitro, the digestion and the absorption are easy, and the homogenate diet can be prepared into balanced diet with sufficient heat energy and complete various nutrients, the osmotic pressure is not high, and the homogenate diet has no stimulation to the stomach and intestine, because of containing more dietary fiber, the constipation can be prevented, the homogenate diet is not only convenient for long-term use, but also is economical and easy to implement, and is ideal enteral nutrition.
The homogenate diet product on the market at present is high in price, the economic burden of a patient family is heavy, the homogenate diet is instant, the nutrition is seriously lost in the preparation process of drying and the like, and most of the homogenate diet product is not verified in the nutritional efficacy through years of clinical tests.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the homogenate diet which is easy to absorb and low in cost, and the homogenate diet is suitable for oral nutrition supplement of elderly nasal feeding patients who are difficult to eat and swallow, stomach fistulization patients and patients who normally eat and have insufficient calorie intake.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of homogenate diet for elderly nasal feeding patients comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing soybean meal, corn meal, rice meal and buckwheat flour according to a formula ratio, adding sesame oil, lard oil, rapeseed oil, salt, eggs and water according to the formula ratio, uniformly stirring, and steaming.

And S3, respectively chopping the vegetables with the number of the varieties more than two according to the proportion, and cooking.
S4, mixing the above food materials, pouring the mixture into a food processor, smashing the mixture for 3-5 minutes at the speed of 3.6-4.8 ten thousand revolutions per minute, adding a certain volume of milk, stirring uniformly, adding the pork rib soup or the chicken soup to a constant volume, and bottling.
Preferably, the egg is steamed with one shell, and is cut after being pulled out of the shell and mixed with other food.
The common homogenate diet for the elderly nasal feeding patients prepared according to the preparation method comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 18-22g of rice flour, 8-12g of corn flour, 8-12g of buckwheat flour, 8-12g of soybean flour, 8-12g of pork chop, 38-42g of chicken breast meat, 6-8g of pork liver, 14-16g of eggs, 90-110ml of milk, 38-42g of carrot, 28-32g of Chinese cabbage, 28-32g of white cabbage, 4-6g of sesame oil, 4-6g of lard, 4-6g of rapeseed oil and 1-2g of salt.

Example 7 application observation of balanced nutrition formula for homogenate diet
Data 1
The method comprises the following steps: 152 nasal-fed elderly patients who were unable to eat normally above age 60 were observed; the nutrition of the homogenate diet is supported for 1 month by a patient who is admitted to a hospital and screened for nutrition risk (NRS2002) and has no nutrition risk less than 3 points and no malnutrition (BMI >18.5KG/M2 and serum albumin > 35.0/L) and is given to a common nasal feeding patient according to 25 kcal/KG/day and protein 1.0-1.2/day.
The result is; nutrition risk screening (NRS2002) for patients without nutrition risk and malnutrition, BMI 20.2KG/M2 before nutrition support, serum albumin 35.5/L nutrition support 1 month BMI19.8KG/M2, serum albumin 36.7/L (all P >0.05).
Data 2
The method comprises the following steps: 105 nasal-fed elderly patients who were unable to eat normally above age 60 were observed; the nutrition risk of patients with malnutrition (BMI < 18.5KG/M2 and serum albumin < 35.0/L) is screened (NRS2002) by nutrition risk screening in hospital, and the patients with protein-enhanced nasal feeding are given nutrition support of homogenized diet for 1 month according to 30 Kcal/KG/day and 1.5-2.0/day of protein.
The result is; nutrition risk screening (NRS2002) 51 non-nutrition risk persons, BMI 16.9.2KG/M2 before nutrition support, serum albumin 30.5/L, BMI 18.2KG/M2 after nutrition support for 1 month, serum albumin 34.2/L (both P is less than 0.05), continuing to give protein-enhanced nasal feeding patients with homogenate diet nutrition support for 2 months, and obtaining a result; nutrition risk screening (NRS2002) 75 persons without nutrition risks, BMI18.7KG/M2 and 36.4/L serum albumin (P < 0.05) when protein enhanced nutrition support is supported for 2 months in a balanced nutrition formula of a homogenate diet.
And (4) conclusion: the homogenate diet balanced nutrition formula is convenient, economic and sanitary. Can basically meet the nutritional requirements of nasal feeding elderly patients who can not eat normally, is prepared by hospital nutritional canteens in a standard way, and can basically ensure the sanitation and nutritional standards of homogenate diet. Compared with the factory-type nutrition formula with the same macronutrients, the homogenized meal balanced nutrition formula has the price of only 1/3. Accords with the national situation of aging in China and is worthy of further research, popularization and application. The homogenate diet is also designed aiming at lactose intolerant patients to be provided with a formula capable of replacing milk so as to meet the requirements of patients in different conditions.
