Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to homogenate diet nutritional products, in particular to a homogenate diet for elderly nasal feeding patients.
Background
The nasal feeding method is a method in which a catheter is inserted into the stomach from the nasal cavity and liquid food, water, and medicines are poured from the tube. Nasal feeding is suitable for patients who cannot eat through the mouth, and is a method for taking sufficient protein, water, medicine and heat by feeding a nutrient-rich liquid diet through a stomach tube.
The nutritional support can improve the nutritional condition of the organism, maintain the function of the gastrointestinal tract, reduce complications and create conditions for disease recovery. The nasal feeding nutrition is a reasonable, economical, safe, simple and effective treatment way, and the nasal feeding liquid should be prepared as it is. The elderly need to eat a proper amount of protein, and the metabolism in the body of the elderly is mainly catabolism, which is a result of the function change of endocrine glands in the body of the elderly, so that more abundant protein is needed, and the quality of the protein is more important than the quantity of the protein for the elderly. Therefore, the best half of the daily protein is high-quality protein, such as lean meat, milk, eggs, fish, shrimp, beans, etc. In addition, crushed vegetables, mushroom soup, soybean milk, jellied bean curd, etc. can be taken.
Nutritional support is a fundamental measure in the treatment of critically ill patients, since nutritional support is no longer a simple method of supplying nutrition, but is one of the measures for treating diseases. The homogenate diet is fluid diet prepared by natural food, the contained nutrient components are similar to normal diet, because the homogenate diet is crushed in vitro, the digestion and the absorption are easy, and the homogenate diet can be prepared into balanced diet with sufficient heat energy and complete various nutrients, the osmotic pressure is not high, and the homogenate diet has no stimulation to the stomach and intestine, because of containing more dietary fiber, the constipation can be prevented, the homogenate diet is not only convenient for long-term use, but also is economical and easy to implement, and is ideal enteral nutrition.
The homogenate diet product on the market at present is high in price, the economic burden of a patient family is heavy, the homogenate diet is instant, the nutrition is seriously lost in the preparation process of drying and the like, and most of the homogenate diet product is not verified in the nutritional efficacy through years of clinical tests.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the homogenate diet which is easy to absorb and low in cost, and the homogenate diet is suitable for oral nutrition supplement of elderly nasal feeding patients who are difficult to eat and swallow, stomach fistulization patients and patients who normally eat and have insufficient calorie intake.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
