黄精为百合科,属于植物滇黄精PolygonatumkingianumColl.et Hemsl、黄精PolygonatumsibiricumRed.或多花黄精Polygonatum cyrtonemaHua的干燥根茎。《中药大辞典》记载黄精具有养阴润肺、补脾益气、滋肾填精的作用,主治阴虚劳嗽、肺燥咳嗽、脾虚乏力、食少口干、消渴。现代药理学研究认为黄精具有抗病原微生物、降血脂、血糖、延缓衰老、提高学习和记忆再现能力的作用。
近年来,我国保健类饮料发展势头迅猛,许多研究机构、企业都在研发、生产保健类功能饮料,一般的饮料体积和重量庞大,不方便随身携带,尤其不适合出差、出游一族。而泡腾片是以适宜的酸、碱为崩解剂和加入其它原料制成的一种片剂,投入水中,酸和碱发生剧烈的化学反应,产生二氧化碳,促使片剂在段时间内崩解溶化的一种新型片剂,国家GB/T29602-2013《固体饮料》以把其列为特殊类型固体饮料,方便携带。
