(1)养心菜,其主要成分黄酮类可扩张血管,促进血液循环,降低心肌耗氧量;药理作用是养心、宁心、清热、活血,经常食用能治疗预防心血管疾病、冠心病、高血压、高血脂等,对中老年人血管硬化、高血脂、高血压等病症均有很好的缓解和治疗作用;可增强人体免疫力,有很好的食疗保健作用。(2)铁皮石斛,味甘、性微寒;具有生津养胃,清热润肺,消炎止痛功效;能够降血糖血脂,增强人体免疫能力。 (3)甘草,味甘甜,性平和,入心、脾、肺、胃四经;生用偏凉,可泻火解毒、缓急止痛;炙用偏温,能散表寒、补中益气;善于调和药性,解百药之毒。(4)薄荷,味辛,性凉,入肺经、肝经;具有疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气功效;主治疏风、散热、解毒、外感风热、头痛、咽喉肿痛、食滞气胀、牙痛。(5)金银花,味甘、微苦,性寒,归肺,胃,心,大肠经;具有清热解毒、凉血化淤之功效,主治外感风热、瘟病初起、红肿热痛等;含有多种对人体有利的活性酶物质,具有抗衰老,防癌变,轻身健体的良好功效。
近年来随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高。特别在各种疾病的发病率不断升高的今天,人们开始注重营养保健。开发功效独特、满足人们保健需求且新颖的保健食品,具有广阔的市场前景。目前市场上含片的种类很多,但具有益气、润喉、缓解肿痛、增强免疫力、保护心血管等综合功效的保健含片不多,尤其是以纯中药制剂的含片更少。养心菜集观赏、药用、食用于一身,具有很高的实用价值,近年来成为最具经济价值的绿色保健叶菜之一。目前,虽然市场上以养心菜为原料的产品较少,而且携带和食用都不太方便。本发明提供了一种养心菜含片及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种养心菜含片及其制备方法,能够提高原料利用率,有效保留养心菜及其他各原料中的营养元素,提高人体对其营养成分的吸收。
本发明首先一种养心菜含片的制备方法,所述制备方法的步骤包括:原料提取液制备、提取液混合干燥、粉碎、压片、包衣、灭菌、包装;所述原料提取液为养心菜提取液和中草药提取液,所述中草药包括铁皮石斛、甘草、薄荷、金银花。
所述原料提取液的重量份数为养心菜提取液30份、中草药提取液1~5份;所述中草药提取液中中草药的重量配比为:铁皮石斛10~15份,甘草5~10份,薄荷2~5份,金银花5~10份。
所述制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)养心菜提取液制备:将养心菜经过清洗后,真空微波干燥,放入微粉机粉碎5~10min,按养心菜与纯净水重量比为1:20-30进行超声波浸提2~3次,温度45℃~55℃,浸提时间15min~25min,得提取液A;
(2)中草药提取液制备:将铁皮石斛10~15重量份,甘草5~10重量份,薄荷2~5重量份,金银花5~10重量份清洗后,真空微波干燥,放入微粉机粉碎5~10min,按混合物料与纯净水的重量比为1:40~50的比例,进行超声波浸提1~3次,温度40℃~60℃,浸提时间10min~15min,得提取液B;
(3)提取液混合干燥:取提取液A 30重量份和提取液B 1~5重量份混合均匀后进行真空浓缩,温度40℃~60℃,真空度0.03MPa~0.06MPa,浓缩至比重1.1~1.2,得浸膏;将浸膏置于烘箱内干燥,温度60℃~75℃;
(4)粉碎:干燥后用微粉机粉碎,制得细粉;
(5)压片:在细粉中加入0.2~0.3%硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后压片;
(6)包衣:将压片置于薄膜包衣机内,用薄膜包衣液对压片进行包衣,温度55℃~60℃;
(7)最后灭菌、包装即得养心菜含片。
步骤(1)(2)中的微粉机粉碎,颗粒粉碎至20~120μm。
步骤(6)中的薄膜包衣液中加入魔芋葡甘聚糖。
步骤(1)(2)中的真空微波干燥,绝对真空度50~80kpa,微波功率1.0~3.0 kw/kg,时间4~6min。

(1)养心菜提取液制备:将养心菜经过清洗后,真空微波干燥5min,放入微粉机粉碎5min,颗粒粉碎至20~120μm,按养心菜与纯净水重量比为1:25进行超声波浸提2次,温度55℃,浸提时间25min,得提取液A。
(2)中草药提取液制备:将铁皮石斛10份,甘草5份,薄荷2份,金银花5份清洗后,真空微波干燥5min,放入微粉机粉碎5min,颗粒粉碎至20~120μm,按混合物料与纯净水的重量比为1:40的比例,进行超声波浸提1次,温度60℃,浸提时间15min,得提取液B。
(3)混合干燥:取提取液A30份和提取液B5份按比例混合均匀后进行真空浓缩,温度40℃,真空度0.03MPa,浓缩至比重1.1,得浸膏;将浸膏置于烘箱内干燥,温度60℃。
(4)粉碎:干燥后用微粉机粉碎,制得细粉。
(5)压片:在细粉中加入0.2%硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后压片。
(6)包衣:将压片置于薄膜包衣机内,用含有魔芋葡甘聚糖的薄膜包衣液对压片进行包衣,温度55℃。
(7)最后灭菌、包装即得养心菜含片,每片0.5~0.8g。
实例2
(1)养心菜提取液制备:将养心菜经过清洗后,真空微波干燥5min,放入微粉机粉碎8min,颗粒粉碎至20~120μm,按养心菜与纯净水重量比为1:20进行超声波浸提3次,温度50℃,浸提时间18min,得提取液A。
(2)中草药提取液制备:将铁皮石斛15份,甘草8份,薄荷3份,金银花8份清洗后,真空微波干燥5min,放入微粉机粉碎8min,颗粒粉碎至20~120μm,按混合物料与纯净水的重量比为1:45的比例,进行超声波浸提2次,温度50℃,浸提时间13min,得提取液B。
(3)混合干燥:取提取液A30份和提取液B5份按比例混合均匀后进行真空浓缩,温度50℃,真空度0.04MPa,浓缩至比重1.2,得浸膏;将浸膏置于烘箱内干燥,温度70℃。
(4)粉碎:干燥后用微粉机粉碎,制得细粉。
(5)压片:在细粉中加入0.2%硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后压片。
(6)包衣:将压片置于薄膜包衣机内,用含有魔芋葡甘聚糖的薄膜包衣液对压片进行包衣,温度58℃。
(8)最后灭菌、包装即得养心菜含片,每片0.5~0.8g。

(1)养心菜提取液制备:将养心菜经过清洗后,真空微波干燥5min,放入微粉机粉碎10min,颗粒粉碎至20~120μm,按养心菜与纯净水重量比为1:30进行超声波浸提3次,温度45℃,浸提时间20min,得提取液A。
(2)中草药提取液制备:将铁皮石斛15份,甘草10份,薄荷5份,金银花10份清洗后,真空微波干燥5min,放入微粉机粉碎10min,颗粒粉碎至20~120μm,按混合物料与纯净水的重量比为1:50的比例,进行超声波浸提3次,温度45℃,浸提时间10min,得提取液B。
(3)混合干燥:取提取液A30份和提取液B5份按比例混合均匀后进行真空浓缩,温度60℃,真空度0.06MPa,浓缩至比重1.2,得浸膏;将浸膏置于烘箱内干燥,温度75℃。
(4)粉碎:干燥后用微粉机粉碎,制得细粉。
(5)压片:在细粉中加入0.3%硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后压片。
(6)包衣:将压片置于薄膜包衣机内,用含有魔芋葡甘聚糖的薄膜包衣液对压片进行包衣,温度60℃。
(7)最后灭菌、包装即得养心菜含片,每片0.5~0.8g。
Claims (3)
1.一种养心菜含片的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)养心菜提取液制备:将养心菜经过清洗后,真空微波干燥,放入微粉机粉碎5~10min,按养心菜与纯净水重量比为1 :20-30 进行超声波浸提2~3 次,温度45℃~55℃,浸提时间15min~25min,得提取液A ;
(2)中草药提取液制备:将铁皮石斛10~15 重量份,甘草5~10 重量份,薄荷2~5重量份,金银花5~10 重量份清洗后,真空微波干燥,放入微粉机粉碎5~10min,按混合物料与纯净水的重量比为1 :40~50 的比例,进行超声波浸提1~3 次,温度40℃~60℃,浸提时间10min~15min,得提取液B ;
(3)提取液混合干燥:取提取液A 30 重量份和提取液B 1~5 重量份混合均匀后进行真空浓缩,温度40℃~60℃,真空度0.03MPa~0.06MPa,浓缩至比重1.1~1.2,得浸膏;将浸膏置于烘箱内干燥,温度60℃~75℃ ;
(4)粉碎:干燥后用微粉机粉碎,制得细粉;
(5)压片:在细粉中加入0.2~0.3% 硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后压片;
(6)包衣:将压片置于薄膜包衣机内,用薄膜包衣液对压片进行包衣,温度55℃~60℃;
(7)最后灭菌、包装即得养心菜含片;
步骤(6)中的薄膜包衣液中加入魔芋葡甘聚糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养心菜含片的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)(2)中的微粉机粉碎,颗粒粉碎至20~120μm。
3.如权利要求1-2中任一项所述制备方法得到的养心菜含片。
